Quiet, peaceful and shady

This guesthouse looks really nice, with a beautiful garden. Located on Bang Kachao, close to Sri Nakhon park, the location is just beautiful. The place offers free bikes to explore the surroundings.

We stayed in the Deluxe room. Because of the large windows, there was virtually no privacy with the curtains opened. Also, the bathroom was flooded whenever we took a shower and the water doesn’t drain. Furthermore, the owner seemed… dispassionate. She did help with everything we asked, but we felt hesitant to ask things.

the decor was nice & fairly clean.

none of my messages sent prior to arrival were answered. had my messages been answered i could have prepared & planned better. location is very remote. no orientation or information given when checked in (i did arrive late due to flight delay) was not provided until the next day. bring your goggle translator as no English will be spoken. difficult to figure out meal/food options, nothing provided on site, must leave to go down the street, cash only, no accessible bank machines. I paid extra for a deluxe room with big windows… big mistake, i felt like i was in a fishbowl being watched by the locals. the accommodations are on a very busy pathway, there is no privacy…. not even to open the curtains to let light in. very disappointing experience as I’ve stayed in many places cheaper then this homestay & received so much more including privacy. as no english spoken, you are stuck on your own figuring things out 😔
