This is the first time I’ve used VRBO instead of it’s competitor, so I’m not sure if it’s a reflection of VRBO or the host/property manager but the communication was less than impressive. It was unclear if I was supposed to communicate with the home owner or a 3rd party company (evolve) but neither contact info was easily accessible. We got locked out from a dead battery and had to search and search for a way to get ahold of anyone. Luckily we were able to get it to work for a hot second & got the contact info from inside the house. As far as cleanliness, there were a few things that could have been better like some stained sheets and dried pee on the toilet seat upon arrival. The air conditioner upstairs also wasn’t working properly so it was rather warm. Otherwise we loved it! It was a cute & welcoming space in an up & coming neighborhood!! The beds are also extremely comfortable!!

Enjoyed the home. Very well stocked with kitchen items and offered cofee and snacks.. the garage parking was a little difficult to access with a large suv. We also seemed to not be getting a good wifi signal. Often said no internet connection. But we were able to watch tv. Overall a very nice home, conveniently located, and the hosts were attentive and responded quickly to any questions we had.

This property was a great place for two family’s with elementary aged kids. The kids loved the 3rd floor loft area. Everyone slept great. Beds were comfy and neighborhood was quiet. There was enough bathrooms and showers. Soaps were provided along with other basic things such as trash bags, paper towels, napkins, dish soap, etc. plenty of safe parking in garage and on the street. It was clean and we had no issues with the property managers/owner. Great experience overall.

This is a great house. One of the best I’ve stayed in. They’ve thought of everything. Front door code is easy to remember and you know no one else has it. A few Snacks/coffee/water provided. Garbage bags/paper products/soaps provided. TVs with instructions and were already signed into popular apps. The available garage for parking made coming/going a breeze. The beds and linens were comfortable. Very comfortable and clean. Thank you.

Very clean and updated duplex with plenty of space and amenities. Barely heard the other side of the Duplex at all during our stay. Location was perfect for the zoo and children’s museum and was very easy access to downtown for food and leisure. Would absolutely stay again.

We stayed at this little gem for four days following Christmas. The location is super convenient and quiet. This is an older home which was beautifully remodeled with modern conveniences. I loved that we were able to park in a garage off the street. The neighborhood is quiet and close to freeways and downtown Indianapolis. It is a duplex as another reviewer mentioned, but we never heard the people next door. It was my brother, me, my four adult children and my daughter's friend. There was plenty of room for all of us with beds to spare. We had a minor issue with a tripped breaker when we arrived and Dave was quick to respond and the situation was remedied quickly...even on Christmas day! The beds were comfortable, the home was clean and we can't wait to come back in the summer!

Great place overall. Check in process was a little off as the instructions came via a separate website (right after booking, not the day before show) that required another login and password, but nothing terrible. The house was in immaculate condition, and had plenty of extra seating. We had room for 3 small families and some adult children. Minor complaint was that the rental is actually half of a duplex, and the walls were pretty thin, so you could hear people through the walls of the other unit. The goods way outweighed any negatives. The house was well kept up, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was just right for 3 families at breakfast (we ate the other meals out).

This home was perfect for our family of 6 adults and 4 children to get together with rooms for each couple and another for 2 older kids upstairs. The large bedroom has an ensuite bath and was large enough for our daughter and son-in-law to have their toddler on a children's mattress bed on the floor, a pack-n-play for the infant and still plenty of room. The location was very close to everything we wanted to do including the children's museum and downtown. It was very clean and the snacks, water and coffee were nice to have. There was also plenty of room in the garage for a minivan and large suv.

Dave has a very very beautiful and clean home. We needed a place to stay for a family reunion over Thanksgiving and it was just the right amount of space for 11 people. The house is fully stocked with everything you could need for a pleasant stay. The thoughtful details like the soap dispensers in the shower to even the throw blankets in the living room just elevated the house. The laundry room was very useful for us especially since we had kids. He is also very responsible and accommodative which we very much appreciated. Dave, we will certainly be back and would be more than happy to be hosted by you again. Thank you so much for making our stay so delightful.

The house is in a great location and Dave was very accommodating. Everything was updated and in good working order. The house has all the little extras; spices, aluminum foil, extra toilet paper, paper towel, ziplock baggies, shampoo, conditioner. I would definitely stay there again.

This house was the perfect spot for our group! We were in Indianapolis for a trade show and the hotels were all crazy expensive! The four of us were very comfortable at this house! We loved being able to get to the convention center quickly, but also being out of the hustle and bustle of downtown. The house was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Great experience!
