After a day of fun in the sun at the beach which is a delightful scenic walk over the Intracoastal bridge or enjoying downtown dining theatre art galleries shops and bars only 1 and a half blocks away or a game of golf 6 blocks away, you’ll walk through the white picket fence gate down the side garden path to your backyard sundeck and your own private entrance of French doors to your 4 room attached cottage boasting original hardwood floors throughout. Living/Dining room, full farmhouse style kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bath. Your light and airy space offers a shabby chic slip covered sofa, smart tv( Netflix ROKU) and antenna tv, 600 Mbps WIFI Xfinity internet, bistro dinette set, full kitchen w oven stove refrigerator toaster and coffeemaker for K cups or ground coffee, welcome basket, walk thru closet, bath equipped with sunflower showerhead, storage, lavender liquid soap lavender body wash lavender shampoo, blow dryer, garment steamer plush lavender towels and many lavender themed amenities. Lavender House is located in the historical district of Parrot Cove in Downtown Lake Worth a small seaside town adorned with unique historical cottages, public golf course, weekly seasonal farmers market, bars restaurants a playhouse with live performances, antique malls coffee houses, events, parades and more all just a few blocks away! Even a dollar store for quick necessities a block and a half away. I reside in the main house and am happy to make recommendations or offer any assistance you may require. Free street parking and a rear on premises parking lot Antique rose garden recently planted and viewable from your outdoor deck. If you’re traveling with another couple we also have a deluxe spacious studio on the premises as well! The airport is 10 minutes away as is Citiplace and the chic downtown Palm Beach. The Lavender House cottage was the perfect spot to stay for our visit to the Lake Worth area.
Just the perfect size for the two of us! It was quiet and clean!
It's within walking distance to many great restaurants. We spent almost every evening at the restaurants located on Lake Avenue and the nearby waterfront district.
Adriane was the perfect host and ensured our stay was the best it could be. We look forward to staying here again!

Our week at the cozy & picturesque 'lavender' cottage was one to remember! The property is perfectly situated in the heart of historic Lake Worth, Florida.
The cottage proprietor and host, Adriane made us feel welcome from the start! She was exceptionally responsive to our many travel questions and made us feel right at home!
We really appreciated the kitchen amenities which allowed us to prepare a home cooked meal each evening with dinner in the beautifully tended and private gardens.
We can't wait to return and would highly recommend a stay at this beautifully charming cottage!

My wife and I returned for January and February this year again escaping Winter in the Northeast. It was like coming home. Words are not enough to express our appreciation and gratitude towards our perfect host, Adriane. Her back yard is great for early morning coffee and bird watching. The apartment is just right for us. Walking to the beach , almost daily and returning to our favorite bars and restaurants. Really hated to leave. See you again! Thanks for the Painted Bunting

This was our first experience renting a vacation home and the Parrot Cove house was just amazing. We were so happy with our choice. The apartment was exceptionally clean and extremely well stocked. Our host Adriane was so welcoming with every detail of our stay and all of her personal touches were so appreciated. Vacation at Lavender House
Lavender House is a lovely property. Adriane has a very pretty back yard and the neighborhood is very quiet. We made the decision not to rent a car and that decision worked out fine. Lavender House is a very short walk to the 2 main streets, Lucerne and Lake. There are many restaurants close by, along with a grocery store several blocks away, and a Dollar General right up the street. Getting basic supplies was very easy! In addition, the # 62 bus stop is a 5 minute walk to Lake Ave. The bus took us directly to the beach for $2.00, was a very short trip, and ran frequently. Adriane herself is a wonderful host. She was extremely helpful and always available to answer any questions. During our trip we had a bit of a crisis and she tried to accommodate us in any way she could to help alleviate our stress. Her kindness will not be forgotten.

First VRBO Experience, Awesome Dave & Kathy
Wanted to get out of the Cold North for 6-8 weeks. We found Adrianne's Lavender House on line. We have Never rented blind before. Wow, did we get lucky! The Cottage was perfect for the 2 of us. We stayed 6 weeks with Adriane. I say with Adriane because we pretty much saw each other and talked daily. She is an incredible host. Helped us find food, fun and sights. Walked to beach daily., happy hour all around town nightly . Enjoyed morning coffee overlooking the beautiful back yard. Not enough words to express our gratitude. We are coming back! PS: Thanks for saving me a parking spot Adriane!

A nice stay
This rental was in a very convenient location, an easy walk to restaurants, Saturday farmers' market, and the beach. The apartment was comfortable, except for the bed which was too soft. Maybe the springs need to be replaced. The back garden was delightful, and eating lunch on the patio was very pleasant. Adriane was attentive to our needs, and willing to give us local knowledge of the area.

Just what I was looking for!
I was in town for 4 days and was looking for an affordable property close to the beach and close to groceries and restaurants. This place was perfect! Beautiful property in a historic district. Cute and cozy. Beautiful backyard garden. Very peaceful. Adriane is the perfect host!

Great, cute place
Adriane is the perfect host, attentive and wants to make one's stay very pleasant and happy. She helped us check in and settle and gave us tips about where to go to eat, etc. in the neighborhood. The location is perfect, in the historic Parrot Cove area of Lake Worth, which is quiet, but close to restaurants, the beach, the theatre and other shops (such as coffee shops and bakeries). The place is a cute, renovated apartment at the back of an historic cottage, and is very private. Her garden outside in the backyard is lovely and a great place to sit and have breakfast and coffee in the morning and/or a drink at sunset on the dedicated outdoor table (with umbrella) that was solely for our use. We had a great time. Her cottage is quite clean, too. We had a great time and recommend the cottage and Adriane highly.

Hidden Gem!
My husband and I spent 6 nights at Adraine’s place! She gave us a warm welcome and was always available when we had any questions or needs (mostly advise on restaurants and travel). Her place had many special touches. You can tell she cares much about her guests stay. The location was great as the house is close to beaches and restaurants! Her place was equipped with everything we needed. We would recommend staying at her place when you’re in the area!

Great spot close to Lake Avenue . We stayed in the rear cottage that has access to back yard and small porch. It was very clean and well maintained. I could not give a five star because it does have window AC units that although new are a little noisy . They made it a little hard to hear TV and sleep without alternating them . Nice kitchenette area and fridge. Sitting area separate from bedroom. The bathroom has small stall shower if this is important to you. There also are two steps to climb to get into cottage . This could be issue if you have difficulty with access. However there is a smaller space at ground level. Adriane was a lovely host and resides at Lavender House so she is available easily . We are sure you will enjoy your stay . We did!!

Comfortable, beautiful and charming historic cottage location
Private, comfortable accommodations in Lake Worth’s Parrot Cove historic district, conveniently located to lively “downtown” multi-ethnic restaurants and arts scene and beaches, all accessible by foot. Room for everything plus a sunny backyard porch with table, umbrella and chairs, neat kitchen,comfortable bed. Adrienne, with a sunny disposition and knowledge of the area, is the proprietor, and is available if needed. A real find. Would stay here again.

Great Value!!
This was just what we wanted. No high rise condo/hotel with throngs of people around. But walking distance to bars, restaurants, and unique shops. A beach was just short drive away.
So why 4 stars and not 5? It's not for everyone. If you want a spa like bathroom and granite counter tops this is not for you. But if you want a great priced cozy retreat with a charming hostess then this is for you.

Great charming cottage
The cottage was well appointed and the host lives on property to make sure all is satisfactory. She is available but not intrusive. Street parking was easy as was access to the town and restaurants and the beach. In season fresh mangoes are available. The shower might be tight for a large person. There is also a large studio with full size washer and dryer. Will definitely keep in mind for future visits.
