Nestled in Lake Berkley, this charming house for $189 per night is a great option for your next break. WE HAVE A 5 NIGHT MINIMUM with a 15 day maximum . We have 3 adult bedrooms which can handle 3 couples ( Six Adults ) with Queen beds and 1 bedroom for two small children only . Not suitable for adults or teenagers . The Lake Berkley Resort is a premier 24 hour security guard gated community just minutes away to all the 4 Disney World Parks , The New Disney Springs , Disney Boardwalk, Sea World, Universal Studios and Old Town , the new Margaritaville . There are many food stores , gas stations, , restaurants , golf courses, and many other attractions along the US 192 corridor . Walking distance to Mid Evil Times Dinner Theater , and a Super Wal Mart . The resort has a 2,000 square foot community club house directly across the street from this unit with a large heated swimming pool , a children's pool , and Jacuzzi spa. Inside the clubhouse there is an exercise fitness room , a large lounging area with flat screen TV 's . The property also has a tennis court , basketball court, sand volleyball court , a children's playground , a 14 acre lake with a small sandy beach with a fishing pier , picnic area's and a walking or jogging trail . The home is a 1700 square foot , 4 bedroom 3 1/2 bath Mediterranean Style Luxury Townhouse located in a very nice residential setting . We have FREE WI FI. THIS IS ALSO A NON SMOKING NO PETS ALLOWED PROPERTY . There are 2 designated parking spots in front of the unit for you. The downstairs has a Master bedroom with private bath and flat screen TV , a spacious cathedral ceiling living room with a large flat screen TV , a dining room, a kitchen , a laundry room with washer and dryer , and a 1/2 bath . The upstairs has another Master bedroom with private bath and flat screen TV . There are 2 additional bedrooms with another bathroom. All the bedrooms are carpeted , the bathrooms and kitchen are ceramic tile along with the living room , and the dining room has wood flooring . The facility is fully equipped with all the necessities . No need to bring anything . There are stores , gas stations, and shopping malls very close .This is our vacation home and we rent it out so vacationers can enjoy the facilities and the Disney area . We are from Niagara Falls, New York and go down to the home a few times a year . Each time we are there we make sure that the place is kept as if we were living there . We also have a management company that maintains the property and will be there in case there are any problems . There will be an information book in the unit with all contact numbers , procedures, and attractions . If you feel like doing a little traveling while you are here , Daytona Beach is about a 50 minute drive and the Tampa Clearwater Beach area is about 1 1/2 hours drive . When checking in you will stop at the security guard gate and tell them the address of the unit . You will be asked for a drivers license and proof of rental , the guard will record your info and give you a pass to get into the property for the days you have rented . CHECK IN TIME IS 4 PM AND CHECK OUT TIME IS 11 AM . To reserve the property it will require a 50% deposit with a credit card or by Pay Pal . Final payment must be made 15 days before arrival . Any cancellation after 15 days you will lose your deposit , if before 15 days you will get a full refund. There is a rental agreement required

A few things one trash bag was bad. Closet door was broken. Pipes do not freeze in Florida. Down stairs bedroom bed squeak constantly . We enjoyed our stay dispite the few things

The house is spacious and well presented with all the amenities you could wish for. I particularly appreciated the bedroom with en suite facilities downstairs whilst my friends enjoyed the run of the three upstairs bedrooms and two bathrooms. Check in at the gatehouse was easy and the keybox made getting into the property simple. Possibly due to Covid restrictions there were no supplies left in the house but there is a giant Walmart a simple 5 minute drive away where you can get literally everything. Disney World is 20 minute drive and other attractions within easy reach.

This was a wonderful place to rent. It is located in a very quiet and clean neighborhood. The check in process was fast and easy, it is well lighted and secured. The house could of been cleaned a little better it had an old nasty clorox smell to it and the master bathroom toilet wasn't completely cleaned, window seal had dead ants left in it...but we didn't make a big deal of it we just left went to Wal-Mart which is 3-5 minutes away and got cleaning supplies and cleaned the bathroom ourselves. We saw a snake near the pool on the first day but didn't scare us the kids still had a blast. The owner will quickly respond if there is an issue. Definitely would rent here again. My personal opinion is he needs a better cleaning crew and air freshners in the house.

We definitely enjoyed our visit in this townhouse. The community was very quiet and the location to the clubhouse and pool was a big plus. Very glad it was so close to the Walmart as I think we made a visit to there everyday. The house was very nice. Everything was clean and in good shape. The only complaint I would have if I was forced to give one, would be the ceiling fan in living room needed cleaned. Other than that, an excellent place to stay.

The house is actually a town home, attached to 3 others. But that being said, The house was perfect in size for my family of 5. Each child had their own room. The smaller room was two twin beds which was fitting for my 12 year old because she has a twin bed at home. The house had all the kitchen Was well stocked with equipment And utensils, we just missed having a grill for cooking. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. We would recommend any other grocery store other than the nearest Walmart as it was always very busy and crazy for your shopping needs. We were busy each day and only used the pool once, but it was very close and nice. We actually spent very little time at the house, except in the evenings, due to the volunteering we were here to do.
