Pool days will create long-lasting family memories. You can enjoy the pool in private, soaking up the Florida sun and relaxing in the spa with massage jets. The pool can even be heated if required. You'll really make the most of the pool area, dining al-fresco under the lanai with a large table and plenty of seating. With that said, the pool and spa lighting allows you to enjoy the sunset and tranquil evenings. The villa is comfortable for family and friends of up to 8. By comfortable, we're talking private quarters for all with all 4 bedrooms having ensuite bathrooms! The Queen bedroom is downstairs, with 2 x twin bedrooms and master suite upstairs, equipped with a large walk-in closet and walk-in shower. All bedrooms have ceiling fans in addition to the villa having much needed and welcomed air conditioning. The open plan kitchen, dining and living area includes plenty of comfortable seating and a full cable package TV package. In addition, you also have a DVD/Blu-ray player available to you so you can unwind and enjoy the entertainment. The well-equipped kitchen includes all appliances for your self-catering needs: fridge-freezer, oven/range, microwave, toaster, coffee pot and tea kettle. It is more than roomy for preparing and serving meals at the breakfast bar and spacious dining area. If you find time between chilling in the pool area and enjoying the endless choice of attractions nearby, you'll love the games room with pool table, air hockey and foosball. As an extension to that, there are plenty of resort amenities in the safe, gated resort of Bella Vida. Bella Vida Resort is superbly located right by Walmart and the 192, where shops, restaurants and entertainment is plentiful. Disney, Universal Studios and Sea World can be reached in 20 minutes! Yes, this villa offers you everything for the perfect family vacation and we're excited to host your stay! We are the property managers, as well as the host for your stay. You will be provided with a unique access code that will only be provided to you for your stay. The house was clean and beautiful. It is great having a bathroom in every bedroom! The wifi worked for all of an hour upon arrival and never came back on. The AC in the downstairs was broken upon arrival - and we were not informed of this prior to arrival, even though owner was aware. I understands things happen, but it was extremely uncomfortable in the living room/kitchen and and a technician did not come out until the second to last day of our stay, which was very disappointing. As a property owner, if you can't control something, at least attempt to make it right for the customers. Listing information states "Pool Heat" can be turned on for additional $. This is very misleading, as we booked the place wanting to use the hot tub. However, the hot tub wasn't heated as it is connected with the pool heat. What is the point of a hot tub if it doesn't heat up? This needs to be corrected in the listing info/rental documents. It's unfortunate as the house is beautiful and is located in a nice and safe gated community.

The owner was super helpful or flight had a 24 hor delay ... so we missed out on 1 day , awesome thunderstorms with lots of rain ....bur we still had a great time.

Comfortable and very roomy for family of 6, reasonably priced. Not too far from Orlando but traffic is just really bad, so it always take a long time to go to Orlando. Convenient for Disney.

We enjoyed our stay very much, great location and neighborhood, but the beds were an issue. Our aged bodies (68-75 years old) need support when sleeping. The beds are way too soft. Plus while we think we understand the rationale for the plastic mattress covers. The plastic made them very slippery and we all perspired during the night, as the plastic prevented body heat from dissipating. Otherwise everything worked fine, we enjoyed the game room and the spacious accommodation.

I wish that every room had a TV my Aunt slept down stairs because of that . The Love Bugs were horrible other then that me and my family enjoyed our stay and I loved that if anything went wrong they handle the problem right away. Thank you so much Key Vacations

Lovely villa with all you need. Villa and pool were clean. Nice comfortable seating with good beds. Lots of space with a good games room and bathrooms galore. Easy access to activities in Orlando, Tampa or the east coast. Probably the best villa I have rented in Florida.

This house was clean, well located (there is Walmart and Aldi's about 10 minutes away) and was everything me and my cousin's family needed for our Orlando adventures. Check in and check out were easy. The house was very clean and the kids (and adults) had a great time in the pool. Its about 35 minutes from Universal and Disney and there is Medieval Times right near the community entrance. We had a great time!

The property was very clean and we enjoyed it very much. The communication with the owners was great. The onsite check in was the only hitch since there was no guard stationed at security it was very difficult to get a hold of someone to open the gate.

Great house, great pool and spa. Very clean when we arrived, we’ll stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen. Awesome communication the property manager, had a couple small issues that were addressed very quickly. Average game room, some of the games could use replacing. Excellent location to many restaurants and golf courses. Would definitely stay here again, thanks!

Overall the stay was very good there were two minor issues but it didn’t take away from our stay at all. The location was fantastic within walking distance to Walmart and restaurants. I would without a doubt stay here again.
