Situated in Sunriver, this attractive house for $454 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Updated Sunriver home, just a short bike ride to the Village and SHARC. 10 unlimited-use SHARC passes are included with our home! Air conditioning (rare for SR rentals) installed Spring 2019. Three-level, 1850 sq.ft. home where you can relax with your family on our quiet and conveniently located loop on the South side of Sunriver. Enjoy our open deck and patio area with private hot tub as you watch deer roam our backyard daily! New outdoor patio furniture with two tables and plenty of seating; two loungers as well! Easy access to bike paths, Sunriver Lodge, and the beautiful Deschutes River. Our home also features a living area with a large flat screen/DVR, a spacious and well-stocked kitchen, a separate bonus room, ping pong & pool table! All the bedrooms are equipped with flat screen TV, and cable is provided throughout the house. If winter sports are your thing, our home is the perfect base camp for all your adventures with a convenient access to South Century Drive leading directly to Mt. Bachelor's amazing ski resort less than 30 minutes away! After a day of chilly outdoor activity, settle back in with our crackling wood-burning fireplace to keep you cozy and warm. And don't forget all the breweries and great shopping that Bend has to offer, only 20 minutes away! Sunriver Resort is a luxury resort and residential community in central Oregon located 15 miles south of Bend. It boasts 300 days of sunshine and a climate ideal for a myriad of outdoor activities - both warm and cold weather. Enthusiasts enjoy endless outdoor recreation activities including over 40+ miles of paved walking & biking paths, golf, tennis & pickle ball courts, hiking, kayaking, floating, stand-up paddle boarding, white water-rafting, skiing, rock climbing, disc golf, tubing, and ice skating (in the winter months). The house is a short walk to the Village. The house is spacious and has all the basic amenities. We were a group of 9 and enjoyed all the space. It is an older home and has some wear and tear. We particularly didn’t care for the sinks being part of the main bedroom but overall enjoyed our visit. The communication from the owners was great!

Parkland 2 was an ideal location in Sunriver. Home was furnished nicely - with plenty of adult bicycles, 4 bedrooms, kitchen was equipped nicely, with hot tub & decks. We enjoyed our stay!

This property checked all the boxes for us. The home sits right on the bike path, close to the heart of Sunriver and easy access to the meadow loop via the bike path. It was quiet yet you saw people riding and walking by all the time. We loved the outdoor space and use of the bikes. The owners were prompt to respond and treated us with a kind, friendly manner. The home came with so many thoughtful supplies including spices, large number of dishes and utensils, plentiful towels and linens, and a large number of games and books. The kids loved the bunk bed room and the adults appreciated the air conditioning. We felt right at home!

Perfect house for our family Christmas trip. Lots of space, fun board games, pool table and ping pong for entertainment. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. We’ve rented numerous houses in the area and our family will definitely put this at the top of the list for favorite places. Looking forward to coming back.

Excellent property for our family on Spring Break. Fun bike riding, playing pool, and lounging in the Hot Tub. Kids loved all the movies especially since they could watch them in the bunk bed.

The games, movies and wii were diverse and on good working order. There are weights in the bar/den area if you like to exercise on vacation. The spa was nice and easy to get into—I would have liked the jets to be stronger but it worked and was clean so that’s ok. There’s a nice bbq, plenty of adult bikes and helmets, snow sleds, pool table and ping pong table in garage. Lots of space to hang out and relax and a great location for our Sunriver activities.

We discovered this hidden gem last year on our first family trip to Sunriver, Oregon. Because we had such a wonderful vacation last year we decided to come back. This cabin does not disappoint!! We loved the themed rooms, hot tub, games, and movies. We ended up spending more time at the house than planned because of the Hazardous air quality while we were there. The SHARC passed were a great bonus, but unfortunately it was closed because of air quality also. We made the best of things and enjoyed the house with family.
