Situated in Kiawah Island, this attractive house for $456 per night is a great option for your next trip. Go Eagles Go! Yes, we are from PA but that's not what I'm cheering about. We have an eagles nest a stones throw from our back deck. Right now we have two baby eaglets which is quiet exciting. Situated in West Beach, we are four minutes by bike to Night Heron Park, which has several beach access points and six minutes to Freshfields Village. Located on a quiet street in the luxurious, gated Kiawah Island resort, this lovely home ensures convenience and comfort. Kiawah Island is a place where you will certainly reconnect with nature and your loved ones especially when you stay at this 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom vacation rental home. We can accommodate 8 guests but we only have room for two cars in our driveway! During your stay, you can look forward to lazy days by the seashore, just a half mile from the home, pristine and challenging golf courses, paved bike trails with gorgeous views, and an immersion into an incredible display of exotic birds and animals, including loggerhead sea turtles and even alligators!! THE PROPERTY Lush, mature plantings, trees with dangling sphagnum moss, and a pond surround this lovely home, tucked back on a tropical property that is sure to make you feel one with nature during your stay. Two private, large, rear decks will be the perfect spot to spend time in the outdoors, as you sip your morning coffee or evening beverage while sitting amidst the vibrant greenery. Animal and exotic bird sightings are a common occurrence in this natural setting. Here, you can also fire up the gas grill for a cookout with your group! When you step inside this bright and cheerful newly renovated, four level unit, you’ll still be able to see the serene forest views from the numerous windows in each room. Inside, wood and tile flooring meet your feet, while homey décor and comfortable furniture invites you throughout the house. When it’s time for dinner, whip up a delicious meal in the fully equipped kitchen, which has been fully updated with custom cabinetry, granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Casual additional seating is available in a small breakfast nook or on stools at the kitchen island. THE LOCATION Whenever you’re not relaxing at the house, you’ll be in the perfect spot to explore the area! The Kiawah Island resort features tennis courts and golf courses which you can pay to use! So golfers, be sure to bring your clubs, and tennis players, bring your rackets! While you’re here, you can also look forward to many lazy beach days, as the Kiawah beachfront is just a half mile from the home at Night Heron Park! If you’re up for a day trip, the home is under an hour from colorful Charleston, where you can dine out at numerous restaurants, walk through the charming town, and experience the lively nightlife! This was a very nice property. Layout of the house was really nice and spacious. Kitchen was well stocked- nice dishes, glasses, appliances. Umbrellas , beach chairs, toys, towels provided which was so nice. Property manager was great and very attentive. I would recommend this property.

We had a great family weekend. The house is in a nice location. We soent the day at the beach and evenings on the deck barbecuing. The owner was responsive and very kind.

Loved the fact that it was so spacious and that it had a private master suite on the top floor with a large balcony with rocking chairs. Bed in the master bedroom was so comfortable.
Kitchen had all the conveniences of home. While we did not use the beach towels provided, it was a nice touch for them to be available, along with all the items needed if you bring your dogs. Please keep your dogs on a leash when outside because there are alligators in the pond.
Karen was a pleasure in which to work, very good communication.
One important note, at least for me, never saw one palmetto bug inside the house, you know those big cockroaches. That is almost unheard of at the beach. I was impressed. Don't really know how that's even possible, but it's true.

We have stayed on Kiawah many times over the past 30 years. With grown children, a toddler, and a pet we had specific requirements for a Kiawah rental. This particular rental has everything for all your needs. It is one of the most well stocked rentals we have ever vacationed. 5 stars for cleanliness and organization (cabinets and garage). Everything is labelled and there is a 3 ring binder with any information you might need.

Wonderful property that was very dog friendly (even had supplies in case you forget!). Large space and kitchen is great for families and there is even a Bald Eagle nest behind the house. The property manager was very helpful and attentive.

Family vacation with dog, infant and mother in law. We packed clothes and stroller, everything else we needed was already at the house. This made our packing and traveling super easy. Especially since traveling with an infant can get cluttered and bulky. Stress free overall process and property manager made check in super easy and descriptive. She was also super easy to contact with questions before and after the stay. Highly recommend!!!

My family enjoyed our time very much here. Karen, the property manager, was very quick and helpful with all the questions that we had. Very clean place with plenty of room for all of us and stocked up the wazoo with everything you’d need for a vacation (beach stuff, kitchen utensils and supplies, etc) It was a short car ride to the beach where we never had issues find parking every morning when we went. If we visit Kiawah again, we’d definitely stay here again!

Vacation 2022/4th July
I highly recommend this property if you are considering Kiawah Island. We traveled with seven adults and two dogs. The home is beautiful and in a good location. The layout of the home provides spaces for gathering as well as privacy. It was very well-equipped for cooking, dining and grilling. Paper products and cleaning supplies were plentiful. The home supplies all the beach gear that you will need for a day on the beach and a place to wash your gear and let it dry. The location of the home is near Heron Park, which has good parking and beach access. Karen was a wonderful hostess, answering questions quickly and offering suggestions when asked. I would love to stay here again.

Better than Pictured!
The property location was amazing! We thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the back patio listening to the wildlife and watching the alligators. The house was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked which is always appreciated!! Soft towels were plentiful. The beach equipment provided was fabulous!! This property was ideal for our group of 6 adults and 1 toddler. The privacy of the master bedroom is nice . Karen was great to work with. We will absolutely consider this property again when in the Kiawah Island area.

We loved this property! It had all of the things needed for a perfect rental... Beach items.. including a wagon, baby items... including a nice high chair, kitchen was stocked, everything was organized labeled and easy to find and return to it's proper place! The beds were amazingly comfortable and the place was CLEAN! Karen was easy to get a hold of and prompt to answer any inquiries! We'd stay here again in a heartbeat!

This was our 14th trip to Kiawah. In a number of respects this was one of the very best properties we have stayed in. The layout is pretty much ideal, the back deck with an active alligator population is thrilling, the kitchen and bathrooms are the best equipped we have ever seen. And even the TV options are way above average. No complaints of any kind.

Best Vacation Rental on Kiawah!
We have stayed in Kiawah several times and this was by far the best property. It is located on a quiet cul de sac with just a short walk to the beach. Communication with the host, Karen was excellent. She always responded right away with any questions. We appreciated bringing our doodles as the home is pet friendly. They have beach chairs and towels in the garage and the kitchen is very well stocked with all that one would need. The house was very clean upon arrival. We would not hesitate to stay at this property again.

Great location and house. Spacious kitchen well organized with all the utensils a chef would need. Nice extras like beach cart, beach towels, and some equipment for outside sports. Excellent communications from property manager made everything easy.

Great Home in a Great Location
This home is located very close to the wonderful 30 mile bike path and is about one mile from the beach! The walk to the beach is very pretty down paths and close to lagoons! The home is surrounded by lush vegetation near a lagoon! The property manager was very attentive and easy to communicate with! The home was large and spacious and the kitchen was extremely well stocked! We cannot wait to return!

The best review I can give is that after 2 days of renting, my wife said we should rent here again. The property is dog friendly which was a big plus for us. The owner's had dog proofed the rental, which made the stay stress-free.
The rental was very clean, organized and well equipped. We enjoyed the layout.
Karen, who was our point of contact, did an excellent job of keeping us informed prior to our rental as well as checking in that everything was okay during our stay.
You cannot go wrong with this property. We even recommeded it already to someone we know who is going to Kiawah.

End of summer travel
If your looking for a quite beach vacation this is the perfect place. The house had all of the amenities you needed. I especially liked all of beach stuff (chairs umbrella's etc) that were accessible to us. All around great stay. Owner is very responsive and accommodating. Recommend renting this place.
