As you walk in, you are greeted by a formal lounge that continues through to an open kitchen/dining area and then through to the private courtyard. The laundry and 3rd toilet are also located on this level. All the bedrooms are upstairs as is the kids retreat/TV room with water glimpses from the verandah. Two of the three bedrooms have built-in wardrobes and main with ensuite. Sleeps 7 guests Bedrooms 1 - Queen bed with built-in robe & ensuite 2 - Double bed with built in robe 3 - Tribunk Port-a-cot & highchair available: Yes Bathrooms Main - Shower, bath, vanity and separate toilet Ensuite - Shower, vanity and toilet A third toilet is located downstairs in the laundry area Kitchen A well-stocked kitchen with everything you'll need to prepare a quick snack or full meal. Provided for guests use is fridge, stove & oven, microwave and nespresso coffee machine. Living Separate lounge room with open plan kitchen and meals area, dining setting for 8, upstairs retreat area with bay and creek views from the balcony. Outside Courtyard with dining set for 6 and a Gas Barbecue. Linen Linen is included all year round. This includes sheets, pillow cases, doonas and blankets, bath towels, hand towels, face washers and bath mats. We will have the beds made for you when you arrive. Some cleanliness issues and broken things but overall a nice apartment. Great having access to private jetty. Definitely not an ocean view as expected

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Generally good. We had difficulties getting access to the jetty and this did not work until 2 days before we left. The bunk beds were so squeaky you could here them downstairs!!Not good for inducing restful sleep. Master bedroom was excellent.

Simply the best

The property is ideally located, close to the water and shops, and in a quiet location. Cupboards had all the utensils we needed and the grandchildren had a great collection of toys. For adults who prefer to stay indoors, there are books and videos. With these additional touches and all linen provided, we really felt spoilt for the price of accommodation. We enjoyed eating in the private courtyard, which was well shaded. The private jetty was great for children to fish from but too shallow for anything serious. However, it should be good for those wanting to launch into snorkelling or other water activity. Our whole family will recommend this property to friends and it will be our first option if we visit the Shoalhaven again.

Ok property but the mattresses were uncomfortable. The bunk bed making noise every time you turn. Bbq outside so dirty that it was unusable. Distance to town pretty good.
