Situated in Naples Park, this lovely house for $280 per night is a great option for your next trip. Completely remodeled home with open floor plan. The three bedroom & two bath pool/spa home is near Vanderbilt beach & Delnor Wiggins State Park beach. Walk or bike to the beach using one of four bikes provided with this rental. This home features a high-end kitchen with granite, stainless steel appliances, including a three temperature wine cooler. There is travertine tile flooring throughout, except in the bedrooms which contain bamboo wood flooring. The house is equipped with a flat screen TV in every bedroom and the great room. The master bedroom has a king bed and it's own private bath with jetted shower. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and door to adjoining bath with jacuzzi tub. The 3rd bedroom has twin beds. All bedrooms have a flat screen TV. In addition there is a playpen/crib if needed. The spacious great room provides ample comfortable seating, a large flat screen HDTV, DVD player, DVR, wireless internet and telephone. The dining room, which overlooks the pool area, seats 6 to 8 people. Also provided are beach towels, beach chairs, hair dryers, grill and some pool floats. The pool area is beautifully landscaped with a variety of tropical trees and plantings. It is complimented with travertine stone pavers and has a large outdoor umbrella table that seats 6. Also, it has a two seat lounge chair with umbrella and foot rest and a BBQ gas grill. This house is conveniently located near Mercato, a high-end shopping, dinning & theater experience. You can walk to Whole Foods, Trader Joes & many restaurants including Randy's Fish House, Bravo's, AZN, Capital Grill, Elevation Burgers, Chipolte, Blue Martini, Seasons 52 and several more. This home is a perfect get-away for anyone wishing to completely relax and enjoy fun and good times in one of the most desirable beach destinations in the country.

We enjoyed the location and the house itself a great deal. Perfect depth into Naples Park, walking distance to Japanese restaurant and 1 min drive to Whole Foods or Trader Joe's, as well as super close to Waterside Shops, beaches etc This is the kind of house people want to "buy". Great pool, stately kitchen with large travertine floor tile, center isle and latest cutting edge appliances. A/C in great working order, super quiet. Large smooth driveway. Great place to be in Naples.

This was the best rental we’ve ever been at. The pool and hot tub were an oasis - even a hammock in the yard - made it a lovely vacation. The beaches are close, the kitchen was well-stocked and the beds comfortable. They even have a massage chair that we enjoyed. We used the desk and office chair in the 3rd bedroom for work and everything was seamless, thanks to Amanda. Our questions were answered very quickly. What could be better? We’ll definitely be back!

Amazing house rental! Well stocked & had everything you need. Plenty of stores & restaurants all around. My friends & I really enjoyed the pool & spa & cooking in the beautiful kitchen. We hope to come back next year for 2 weeks instead of 1! Thank you so much for everything !

dont let this place pass you by , it was amazing we had a great time house is fully loaded nothing was spared here we travel alot and this was my top 1st home out of 28 we have rented. Came to Naples for a quick 4 day visit for the first time. Wanted a location close to the beach, that also had a private pool/ spa. This home was beautiful & felt very comfortable. The pool was amazing. We did have issues with the spa not heating, and then the air conditioning broke. The property owners responded right away & took care of everything. So despite all of this, we still had a wonderful time!

We had a great time. This place was clean and was exactly like the pictures show. The pool and spa worked great. The kitchen was very well equipped. The only complaint I could find was that the TV's only had basic cable and didn't get many channels . The owners were very nice and handled things in a timely manner after we called or texted. Would definitely recommend this property.. it was very near to several restaurants and grocery stores.

Our family really enjoyed the week in Naples. This house is in a great location that was convenient to attractions, restaurants, shopping and the beach. Wiggins State Park is a great beach, witch easy parking (during the week) and short walks to shady beach areas. The pool and back yard at the house were an awesome way to enjoy the outdoors and have local friends over for meals and play time. The house was very clean, well-equipped for a family with small children, and comfortable. We will stay here again when we return to Naples.

Great location, nice quiet neighborhood, friendly neighbors. Owner thought of everything to make a stay more comfortable and stress-free ... from bicycles, pool floats, cards & games for kids adults, baby mattress (& I think, I a saw a stroller stored in guest room closet?), plenty of dishes & utensils, pots & pans, serving & storage containers, kitchen, bath & bedroom linens, flat screen TV in every room, plenty of good lighting & plenty of windows for sunshine to enter all rooms, ceiling fans in all rooms, plenty of comfortable seating inside and outside (how fun ... a massage chair!), large washer & dryer, laundry sink, lots of storage in garage, bedrooms & kitchen. What can we say, except we thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful home, we felt very comfortable as two couples who had privacy if needed and also plenty of space to enjoys each others company both inside and outside. It was obvious the owner made a point of ensuring a comfortable, stress-free and serene environment for their guests ... we would definitely return!

We had an amazing stay. Amanda and Brandon are great hosts. They have everything you could possibly need at the house and if they didn’t have it, they made sure to get it before our arrival. They even went out and got some toys for my kids before we came. I would highly recommend this place to anyone in the future. The pool and backyard area is great, kitchen was large and tv area super comfortable. The bedrooms were all neat and comfortable, extra blankets and pillows provided as well. The location is perfect for shopping, restaurants and not far from beaches or other touristy things someone may want to do. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent again!

We loved our stay in this beautiful home! The hot tub was great to have since the temps were a bit below the norm. Owners gave us great ideas to enjoy our time in Naples. There were only 2 of us but 3 couples could easily stay or a family of 6. They also had a massage chair that was amazing!!! We would stay again in a heartbeat!

Amazing family vacation!

This home was absolutely perfect for our family needs! We surprised our three kids (ages 5 and 6) with a trip to the beach for Christmas and booked this home on VRBO. It did not disappoint! The home was newly remodeled with every detail, decoration, and more thoughtfully done. There were plenty of beach towels, a small cooler and chairs to set us up well at the beach. Our absolute favorite feature of the home was the heated pool. The kids were in the pool by 7am most days and loved the lit up pool at night. The fenced in back yard helped us enjoy great family time in privacy as well. The big kitchen was perfect for cooking and storing snacks and goodies in the clean fridge. You are minutes from everything - the beaches (we drove), the Mercado shops and restaurants, Walmart, Whole Foods, Starbucks and more - all under 3 minutes away. All in all, this was a great vacation and we hope to be able to come back to this home more than once this year!
