Located in Cruz Bay, this charming villa for $560 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. A spectacular setting!! One of the best around to enjoy outstanding views and the gentle island breezes and some of the best stargazing on the island! Drive up to a no stair entrance and master first floor living. The main level living room boasts 30 Ft. high gorgeous vaulted Cypress ceiling. The open concept living area has a fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining table for 6, books to read, games for the family, and strong internet for the remote workers in your group. The main floor has the master bedroom which has a king bed, a smart TV, private door to the porch and hot tub, and private door to the main floor full bath. This is the bedroom that accommodates a no stairs vacation. This bathroom also is accessable from the living room, has two vanities and a shower that has no ceiling so you can privately shower under the stars. Upstairs has two loft style bedrooms. One is larger and has a king bed that can be separated to make two twin beds. The other has a queen bed and an ocean view. Going down the spiral stair from the main level to the lower level. Here there is a second bathroom with a full shower, the laundry area, and various beach equipment for you to use. The house was built on an angle with the island breeze in mind so feel free to open the house up and enjoy the breeze. You will be happily surprised. Should you prefer AC, there are AC units in the living room, master bedroom, and upstairs lofts. The 40' x 12' porch has a 6 person whirlpool spa Hot Tub for relaxing after a wonderful day out, a dining table perfect for enjoying meals while listening to the surf, rocking and lounge chairs. The home is located in the Ditleff and Rendezvous Bay area. It is a 10 minute drive from Cruz Bay. The VI National Park borders this area on the North and the East side. Hillside vacation villas dot the landscape, with gorgeous views of quiet bays and manicured gardens. To get here you will fly into St Thomas Cyril E. King Airport (STT), from there you take a taxi or shuttle bus located just out the baggage claim doors. They only take cash. It is a 10 minute ride to the Crown Bay People Ferry operated by Inter Island Boat Service. The ferry is a beautiful 45 minute ride over to St John Cruz Bay. Alternatively you could take a 45 minute taxi/shuttle ride to Red Hook Ferry or Red Hook Car Barge. It is a 10-15 minute ferry/barge ride to St John. Please google for ferry times and rates. Our wonderful property managers will meet you on St John and help you navigate to the house. Once your booking is confirmed on VRBO, the managers will contact you to go over all your needs and questions. There are taxis on the island but please make sure to ask for their schedule as it changes from day to day. You can rent a Jeep on St John or St Thomas. Jeep or SUVs are recommended over sedans due to the roads. We recommend you reserve your Jeep well in advance of your trip. If you are renting a Jeep on St Thomas to bring to St John, you will need cash for the port authority and for the barge ride. The property is not shared with other parties. We do not accept toddlers. We do our best to keep everything perfect. Should something not be, we do our best to correct it asap. There are no discounts if non-working items happen. Our refund policy is attached to this page via a link, please review and note we recommend trip cancellation insurance. There are no discounts for acts of God. Rates are based on 4 guests, additional guest fee is $25 per person per night. All Holiday Weeks are a 7 night minimum. Some exceptions apply. Please contact for any clarifications needed. It is our recommendation to buy flights 6 months out or more. SUV rentals are usually best to secure right away as there can be a shortage, check their cancellation policies. Driveway entrance and front door are lit with motion lights. Front and side doors have deadbolts, slider doors have a pole in the slider and locks. There are gates at driveway entrance and porch entrance. Camera on premises looking at entrance gate, driveway, and sun pad area.

This villa was very spacious for our group of 3 couples. The deck overlooking Fish Bay was an amazing view and the sunrises over the mountain were gorgeous. The jacuzzi was so relaxing after a day of hiking, beaching and snorkeling. The outdoor shower was fantastic!!! The property manager, Kristen, was so helping in meeting us at the ferry, driving with us to the villa, giving tips of where to shop for groceries and providing all the necessary information. Convenient location to drive to Cruz Bay, the north shore beaches and the East End. We totally enjoyed our stay.

Open kitchen, dining, living area was perfect for hanging out! Kitchen well equipped and AC all around was great for beating the heat. Balcony and setting wonderful for viewing the sunrise and serene Fish Bay. The Bedroom/ Bathroom/ shower placements worked for us because our upstairs bedrooms were used by our 20 somethings. Really cozy comfy upstairs bedrooms! House uses 3 levels with entry on middle level where you find living area and primary bed bath outdoor private shower. Beds and pillows so comfortable . Top floor with 2 large beds, and lower level with bath / shower and laundry area.

House was perfect for our family. Beautiful porch and view of the morning sunrise. Kristen and team were very helpful and responsive. Be ready for a tight steep curve to get to the house and into the driveway. We also did not see an opportunity to walk to a beach. We drove to each beautiful beach.

A fantastic house with amazing views, a good location, and a great house manager.
The cathedral ceiling and jacuzzi are great. The laundry room has a large table for folding clothes. The kitchen is fully equipped. There are enough towels for bathing and the beach. Beach chairs and snorkeling fins are a plus. Everything in the house is well thought out and planned.
The balcony gives a great ocean view and an amazing sunrise from outdoors. The glass bay doors give a great ocean view from the living room.
All in all we enjoyed our stay in this house.

Great view of Fish Bay and great location. Quiet and beautiful both in the day and at night. 12 minutes drive to Cruz Bay. 20 minutes to Trunk Bay.
The nearest beach is about 1.5 miles away, off Reef Bay Road. It's called Parrot Bay beach. There is basically no parking there; we hiked to it from the villa. A steep rocky path leads down to the beach. Beautiful to look at, but not great for any but the most experienced snorkelers and strong swimmers. Watch out--there are sea urchins on the rocks underwater.
One slight caveat: Be aware that to access the two upper bedrooms you have to navigate a cast-iron spiral staircase. Could be challenging for some people.
The second bathroom is located in the basement, one floor down from the main floor on the cast-iron spiral staircase. Just be aware--it was not a problem for us.
I would highly recommend this villa.

This is a nice house, very well equipped with comfortable beds, nice linens, plenty of good towels, snorkel equipment and beach chairs, and plenty of dishes, cooking utensils and appliances. We loved the hot tub! Perhaps at one time you could walk to a vacant lot on Fish Bay where you could access the water, but there is now a house going up there and there is no access to Fish Bay or a way to walk to anywhere from this house.

The house was very open and sunny with the huge windows and views of the ocean from the house. It was very easy to keep the house as warm or as cool as we wanted because of the convenience of the handheld controls. We slept very comfortably in the master bedroom bed and enjoyed the large master bathroom and adjoining bath. We didn't think the listing was entirely clear that the house has three levels, so we were confused and thought the second bathroom was on the same floor as the master bath. Fortunately, my husband and I were the only guests, so it didn't matter. The shower in the master bath is outside only. It was a straight shot from the house to the nearest grocery store and into town, very convenient. We didn't use the hot tub but a couple of times, but for most people it would be a fun addition to their vacation.

Perfect location, perfect size for family of 4. Just close enough to Cruz Bay to be close enough to the action and far enough to feel disconnected. Can be a little difficult to find homes in St John due to narrow/sharp corners and crazy big hills- was a really nice touch having property manager meet us at the rental car company to guide to the house. All of the basic amenities were available which was very convenient. Will definitely return!

This was our 6th trip to St. John & the first time staying at Christy Anne Villa. The house was neat and tidy when we arrived, and Zara took the time to provide us with all the details of the home and gave us a few pointers on some of the places we had not previously explored. The hot tub was a nice addition to the home and was a great place to soak our tired bones after full days of swimming and hiking. We had daily visits from some deer, iguanas and a wide variety of birds passing by. The views from the deck were nice while enjoying some cold adult beverages and the constant breeze was refreshing. We look forward to our 7th trip back to St. John.

An awesome stay with amazing views and hot tub , smooth check in and orientation with Kristen. Great amenities and snorkeling gear . One suggestion is stocking with a Kuerig, but coffee maker was fine. Our only regret was not booking longer. Thanks so much .

The manager, Kristen, made our experience absolutely seamless!! She met us at the ferry from St Thomas (required to get to St John unless your on a private boat), stopped at a grocery store for us to stock up, and gave us a thorough tour of the property. Easy communication. Excellent service.
If you have more than one couple using the king bed bedroom on the main level, be prepared to ascend and descend spiral staircases to access a separate bathroom or a mirror. Great showers, great views. Roads on St John are not for the meek.

Super clean & beautiful views! Girls trip for 2 & the layout was perfect. Kitchen & amenities were great, hot tub was just what was needed after the flight, hiking and snorkeling. Location was also fabulous- just remote enough and easy to get to either Cruz Bay or Coral Bay.

If you’re renting a vehicle and want to stay in a beautiful house that sleeps 6 or less people, this one is beautiful. The views are amazing, the hottub was in great condition, beds were comfortable- plenty of room.
I only gave the communication 4 stars bc we had emailed the owner about the upstairs AC not working and after his initial ideas he didn’t follow up on helping. I could have also reached out to the property management company who checked us in- I did not.
Even without AC upstairs this place is a dream and we were so comfortable. Miss St John already!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our full week at the villa. We loved the covered patio and view with it's island breeze. We loved the full sized kitchen, the hot tub and especially enjoyed the outdoor shower. The beach chairs beach towels, noodles and coolers were much appreciated. We have already inquired about staying here next March.

Zara (our rental agent) went above and beyond anyone we have ever worked with. We had issues finding the property initially and she guided us over the phone from Cruz Bay to the villa. She then met us personally to give us a tour of the property and answer any questions. We had issues with the internet from our second day. She came over personally to access and resolve the issue. It went out again and she worked with Viya to correct it. It went out again and she had Viya replace all the equipment. It went out again when the area lost power and she helped me over the phone reset the new equipment. It worked perfectly the rest of our stay. We communicated every day with Zara and she was a joy to work with. She did everything possible to make sure we had the best experience possible. Thank you Zara. We hope to see you soon.

Excellent layout of villa, full kitchen, nice covered patio with view and breeze, and easy entry with a good parking area. Enjoyed the beach chairs and lots of towels, easy laundry. Loved the spa! But, it's temp went steadily down and we couldn't figure out what to do, so basically it was good for only one night. Later it was bubbling cooler water. We asked manager about it and she said she would send maintenance but it didn't come in time. Our stay was only 4 nights. Other than that, the whole experience was wonderful. We hiked down the hill to the shore. Very steep but a great workout. I would absolutely stay there again!

The breezes were heavenly so our doors were open all the time, no need to turn the a/c’s on, no joke. And the sound of the waves hitting the shore lulled us to sleep. Perhaps the highlight, other than the view, was the outdoor shower. It was difficult to appreciate the concept before arriving but it was truly amazing and everyone in our family chose it over the one indoors. The kitchen was fully equipped and even included some spices and oils which made cooking a pleasure, even while on vacation. We truly fell in love with this space and St. John’s. A slice of heaven.

This villa was exactly what my friends and I needed for this trip to St. John. It was spacious, full kitchen, a/c, and amazing porch. The views from the porch were spectacular. We spent most of our time on the porch looking at the views. Kristen helped us with check in. She was very lovely, but unfortunately getting to the villa was a big mess. We did not have a lot of information about the check in process when we landed in St. John. I’m a planner so I like to know things ahead of time. When we got off the ferry, we had no idea what to do. Thankfully, Kristen introduced us to Chris, our cab driver, who was a life-saver the entire trip. Chris was the absolute best so if you go to St. John and you need a ride, ask for him!! Overall the experience was amazing and the location of the villa was wonderful, there were just a bunch of hiccups the first day. I recommend this place!

Very lovely, well-appointed villa. Lots of seating indoors and out; reading lamps were very much appreciated, as were the abundant towels and beach chairs. The laundry room is excellent; clothes air-dried very quickly on the indoor drying rack. Balcony is wonderful except when windy, and it is at an elevation that catches lots of wind. Road and driveway are steep: tricky turn into driveway. Don’t expect to walk anywhere from here. But it is lovely and blessedly quiet.

The rental was amazing. Located close to town. The drive to north shore Beaches wasn't to far either. The breeze was amazing never had to use the AC. The outdoor shower on moonlite nights was amazing as well. The hot tub was the perfect way to relax after a long day at the beach! Couldn't have asked for a better Villa to stay at our group had so much fun!

Overall stay at Christy Anne was nice. Villa could use some updating. Oven was not in working condition however they did attempt to come over and look at it without success. Kristin was great and helpful. Nice selection of coolers and beach chairs/towels. The mattress cover in master to found to have large stains. Otherwise beds were comfortable. Beautiful view of fish bay.

The Christy Ann villa was a perfect vacation place for us and the views were spectacular! We were in regular touch through VRBO and messaging with the hosting service. Peter and the team were always available anytime we needed to contact them. The house was perfect for our family of 3 - but this villa can accommodate a larger group of 6 people easily. The hot tub on the deck was perfect to take in the views of fish bay and the ocean! The kitchen was fully equipped and we just had some grocery runs to have our breakfast prepared and sat on on the deck to enjoy. We drove (definitely need a 4x4) around St. John for the week and enjoyed all the beaches and snorkeling. All the restaurants in Cruz Bay were a short easy drive from the Villa. The large A/C covering the entire house was great, however we barely needed it due to the excellent cool breezes aways blowing at the villa.
