Located in Jamestown Township, this charming house for $982 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Welcome to Gerber Lake Home! WE WILL NOT BOOK SUMMER 2025 UNTIL SUMMER 2024 AFTER GIVING PAST GUESTS PRIORITY. 7 night rentals, Friday to Friday, are required from Memorial Day through Labor Day. 2 night minimum stay the rest of the year. Escape the hustle and bustle of life to this large, lakefront home on Jimmerson Lake which is on the Lake James chain. This 6 bedroom, 4 bath 4600 square foot home has lots of space to relax and have fun. It has 2 separate living rooms each with its own tv. The upper level entertainment area includes a pool table, hoop shoot game, and a recently added dart board. The newly remodeled main floor & The beautiful new kitchen which overlooks the lake, has granite counter-tops and is fully furnished. All linens are provided except beach towels. Enjoy our updated fire pit area and spacious patio with new furniture, 2 tables seating 4 people each with umbrellas, 1 larger table seating 8 people with an umbrella, mini bar with stools, gliders and a tree swing. The sparkling, in-ground swimming pool with retractable cover is the perfect place to stay cool and have fun. Heated pool is open May 1 - mid October (*Weather Permitting*) The large patio has a year-round hot tub, tables and chairs to enjoy dining outside or pack some firewood to relax around the fire pit while roasting marshmallows in the evening. (firewood NOT provided) This home is minutes away from shopping, restaurants, Pokagon State Park, movie theaters, winery, and many other area attractions. It is also close to the Public Boat Access to launch your boat. There are 2 Jet Ski Floating Docks for use. A state park pass is included and 3 kayaks and a jon row boat are available for your enjoyment. (there are a couple life vest but suggest to bring your own) This home is the perfect place to create memories with your family and friends!!

We loved gathering our far flung family in this home for the holidays. It was decorated for Christmas so we had a place for our presents and stockings. The kitchen had all the dishes, pots, and pans to make our feast (and coffee maker for mom and dad). All the kids had beds to rest in. It was clean and tidy, not a speck of dust in the place! The proximity to pokagon and the Tobaggoning Run was perfect. We enjoyed seeing the ducks and swans swim past at breakfast time. A great place with a beautiful view

We held our family gathering for the holiday here and was wonderful! The younger children and teens enjoyed the game room and the adults could relax and chat in the large living area on main floor. Kitchen was well stocked. Hot tub was perfect for chilly nights. Home had everything we needed and more - the Christmas decorations made the weekend even more festive!

Beautiful place! The wall of windows overlooking the lake was spectacular. Had everything we needed. The deck out back was wonderful to sit outside and soak up the sun. Was disappointed we couldn’t use the hot tub due to water needed some attention. Called the maintenance man , but since we were only there 2 nights , there wasn’t enough time for him to come and clean . Overall we had a great time.

We are a group of friends that have been taking a fall vacation together for over 40 years. This is our second time renting this home. We love it here. The outdoor area is amazing. The house is clean and comfortable. We are already booked for next fall and can’t wait to return. Thank you for sharing you lovely home with us.

We stayed at this beautiful property to have a couple nights just the girls. It was a absolute dream. We had a very nice local lady do a sip and paint the first night. We went to a local Mexican restaurant the second night. The house has everything you could need for a great stay.

We held a family reunion with 5 siblings and spouses. The house was beautiful: plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and 2 living spaces, including one with a pool table. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed, including a coffee bar and a wine fridge. We enjoyed sitting around the fire pit and watching the lake. It was just the best experience. Everyone was thrilled with the house and surroundings. Our host made sure that we had all of the pertinent information. All in all, just a great time! Would definitely rent this home again.

This is the 3rd time we have stayed at this property. It works so well for our extended family. Spacious & well equipped house, nice pool & hot tub, good dock, tons of outdoor seating, umbrellas, etc. Owners are very responsive and willing to help you if necessary. Great place to relax and enjoy lake life! Can't wait to use it again

This was our first time staying at this residence and hopefully will not be our last! Our daughters, husbands and grandchildren (ages 6 months to 8 years) joined us. The kids were busy all day long with swimming, fishing, pontoon rides and kayaking. The accommodations were great and we had everything we could have possibly needed. A lot of memories were made during our stay. Thank you!

Loved the spacious house, heated pool, jacuzzi, and all the outdoor space! We did use/enjoyed the grill, outdoor furniture, dock/pier, kayaks and fishing pools. Our family did use the state park pass which was provided. We appreciated all the amenities offered and everyone was entertained. We could not give 5 stars for cleanliness due to a few issues we encountered. These were communicated to the site manager who was responsive and indicated that they would be addressed with the cleaning crew. Overall we really did enjoy our stay at the home and would be very interested in staying again!

We got together to celebrate our dad's 80th birthday and Mother's Day. The house is perfect for a big group and the pool, hot tub, kayaks and amazing outdoor space provided ample activities without leaving the property! The inside and outside spaces had more than enough seating for all of us and this meant we could eat meals together and enjoy games. The Wi-Fi was out for reasons the owner could not control but even the teens with us did not notice! We would definitely stay here again! Thank you for sharing your lake house with our family.

This place is a dream come true get away!! This Lakehouse is absolutely beautiful inside & out!! Has all the amenities that you need! Outside has a breathtaking view of the lake. Love all the windows inside where you can overlook the lake. Has fire pit, hot tub, swimming pool and wonderful deck area for the whole family to sit. Kayaks, boat, etc. I can’t say enough! The whole family enjoyed our stay!!

Coming into the house was a serene moment, with the big window looking out onto the lake. Then how spacious and open the downstairs was, couldn't have asked for anything better. The lounging area leading out to the dock was like walking through a luxurious hotel. There was nothing out of order and everything was clean and again spacious. I can't really put into words how amazing this place is. Had a wonderful stay there

The house was beautiful and the open layout of the first floor worked great for us. We used it for a small church retreat. The only issue we had was the driveway being icy but it all worked out.

Our family has been going on a family getaway for 6 years. We have stayed in several homes, in several states. It has been our desire to find a place that we can go back to year after year. I think we have found it! The home was a beautiful home, the pictures don't show the beauty of this home. The owner was very helpful with our reservations, questions and everything we needed. Their home was stocked with everything we could have needed or wanted. There was plenty of space for our family of 10 to sit and enjoy each other's company or entertain ourselves with all the amenities of the home. We had a great stay!!!!
