About this house rental
Located in Pasadena, this attractive house for $401 per night is a great choice for your next break. Welcome to our sweet home of over 3,000 square feet, 5 bedrooms with a beautiful backyard in a very quite cul-de-sac. We are less than 5 miles from NASA, less than 25 minutes drive to Seabrook, the marina district and the Kemah Boardwalk. We are midway between the great city of Houston and the oceanfront Island of Galveston. 34 miles from Galveston and 20 miles from downtown Houston. We have a gorgeous master bedroom suite with California King size bed with private master bathroom downstairs. There are 2 queen size beds and two full size beds in other 4 bedrooms upstairs. There is a large family room with direct views of the back yard and a large formal living area combined with the formal dinning room. Cook in the large gourmet kitchen with high end appliances. Dine in the formal dining room with rosewood furniture. Have a casual family meal on the large granite kitchen counter top or at the glass breakfast table by the bay window over looking the beautiful back yard. Stay entertained with smart TV on the large 50” TV in the family room. Do your grocery shopping at our neighborhood grocery stores, HEB, Kroger or Walmart which are within minutes drive from our home. Drive about 30 minutes to Houston downtown/ medical center and enjoy all that Houston has to offer from shows, plays, the Zoo, the Museum of Art, Museum of Natural Science, etc. Baybrook mall is minutes away from the house with all the modern stores and great restaurants. Eat at the Kemah Boardwalk along the water and enjoy the sail boats and watch the yachts pass by. Drive about 38 minutes to the Island of Galveston and spend the day at the beach walking, dipping in the ocean, sun bathing, shopping or eating at the restaurants as you watch the sun set. This home is an excellent Texas-sized home to come and enjoy the great Gulf Coast region being close enough to Houston but away from all the traffic and congestion of the big city. Welcome to the Lone Star State of Texas!!! NOTE: For safety reasons there are "Ring" door bell at the front door and ring camera in the backyard. There are three additional cameras, two in the back yard and one in the front yard.

The home is lovely and well-appointed. The only surprise was lack of salt and pepper in the kitchen which caused a last-minute grocery run. The backyard is absolutely beautiful! When I contacted the owner with a question he responded very quickly. I would rent it again.

We were in town for my mother’s 86th birthday and had a great stay. Appreciated a lower level master for my mother so she didn’t have to navigate stairs. Close to shopping and restaurants. Will stay again!!

I came with two friends to host my nieces baby shower. We only were there for a few hours every night and slept there but the home was very comfortable. Wish we had more time to enjoy, but it was a great home. Recommend it. Very spacious.

The home was clean and beautifully decorated with spacious and comfortable seating. We did not have any problem signing in to the tv apps to watch our favorite Christmas movies. Having the 5 bedrooms was a real plus to accommodate our family dynamics. The home was conveniently located to all our family members we were visiting for Christmas in the area and this was really important to us. The kitchen was great and we were able to prepare the food we were taking to share with family members at various events. The owners were very responsive in answering any questions we had. Great home away from home for our holiday needs.

Home was furnished nicely and had a large, fenced in back yard. Family room TV received no local live stations (so no local weather forecasts) and no sports stations. (Ex. ESPN: we were asked to sign in.)
We received a long list of instructions on being quiet in both the front and back of the house, in parking our cars, and when entering and leaving. It seemed almost as if the owners didn't want the neighbors to know anyone was staying there. There was also a large note of admonition in the kitchen saying that this home was "not a rental property." But, we paid to stay there. Doesn't that make it a rental property?
Because of all the admonitions and instructions left by the homeowner, I felt self conscious all the time I was on the property. I was unable to relax since we were unable to watch TV at all. I just felt like I was imposing and that at any moment I might bother the neighbors. Perhaps, I'm just too sensitive.
P.S. The gutters need to be cleaned out.

We were a party of 5 sisters with 2 husbands. This beautiful home had 5 bedrooms which was perfect for us. Six of us travelled from Mississippi to celebrate our sister who lives in Houston turning 60. This home accommodated us perfectly. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals. We only dined out three times during our 7 day stay. We cooked a lot. Everything was very comfortable just like being at home. Very well decorated and just really really nice.
We did miss having more TVs for leisure time but we made it work. I’d recommend bringing your iPad or laptop to catch your favorite shows. The neighborhood is very quiet and private. Very close to dining and shopping and grocery stores. Would recommend this wonderful house to anyone wanting to stay in this area and we certainly plan to rent it again.
Should be noted only the huge master bedroom is downstairs. Elderly people may find the stairs challenging up upstairs bedrooms and bath. Thank you for sharing your home with my family.

Wonderful home for our Texas vacation

This is a great property with very friendly owner/managers. Only downsides: advertises all king beds - only one is a king (others are queen) - we really wanted the king beds. The 10:00am checkout is too early anx they are firm on that. Otherwise, it’s a really great place to gather.

Couple's Retreat
We traveled with 4 couples all over 50 years old. This house was amazing and HUGE! From the moment we entered the home we felt welcome. The house is well decorated and extremely accommodating with everything you could possibly need for your stay. Everything in the house is updated and controlled by some type of technology. The backyard landscape and lighting allow you to continue your fellowship and conversations well into the night. The house sits in a quiet neighborhood in the middle of Houston and Galveston with many shops, grocery stores, restaurants, and a mall within 5 miles. Sam and Sabiha, the property owners were very gracious host. They attended to our every needs within minutes of the request. We could not have asked for more. Thank you Sam and Sabiha for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home!

Home sweet home
My family and I traveled to clear lake for a family event and absolutely fell in love with this beautiful home! (I even joked to my husband I was going to stay forever;)
It was so comfortable and homey feeling and in a great location to all our events. I highly recommend staying in this home you won’t be disappointed. It was easy to book and the owners were so wonderful and attentive to our questions and needs. Thank you! We can’t wait to come back!
