This holiday home is conveniently located minutes from the River district with shopping , fine restaurants and bars as well as art galleries and theatre. The home is 17 miles to the Fort Myers beach and easy drive to the offshore islands of Sanibel , Captiva . This newly renovated home is fully equipped for family style gatherings with stainless steel kitchen, wet bar, tile floor & granite throughout home. King size bed in master with full on suite and oversized shower and california closet. Outdoor fire pit and oversized .40 acre on cul de sac for quiet and fun family time. All amenities such as clean towels , linens , coffee pot, toaster, iron, blow dryer, outdoor patio table & cooking utensils. Home is cleaned, sanitized and reviewed by owners for each stay ! The property is very nice and easily accessible. Deb and Richard make sure your stay is the best. Even though they were out of town, they made sure a friend was available to assist us with the hot tob. Merf was wonderful and very responsive. Great overall experience.

Our family of 4 (kids 8 & 5) picked this place to enjoy a private pool for days filled with swimming and relaxing. Grandparents ended up staying most of the time with us but still plenty room for everyone. We spent most of the time outside, either in the pool or eating and playing cards on the lanai - we couldn't have asked for a better setting. Deb's communication was much appreciated and we enjoyed talking with Rich when he would come to check on the pool. 10/10 recommend and would love to stay again!

This house is very nice. We had problems with the hot tub and pool and could not use them, which was one of our filters in finding a home. Other than that everything else was great.

We truly enjoyed the house, especially the pool area! So much seating and lounging. The owners were VERY responsive and even gave us tips on places to eat. The kitchen is well appointed. The house was in great condition considering the hurricane that came through months before.

Deb and Rich are the best hosts anyone could ever ask for. Check in was easy. Their home is just so welcoming and all the conveniences of home. The heated pool and hot tub were my daily enjoyment and thank you Rich for your cheat sheet and coming at night to set up the spa.

Very well stocked beautiful home. Very quiet and friendly neighbors. I had a couple of friends spend some good quality time with me for a few days and this was my first time renting a house. I am looking forward to coming back in May.
My vacation was in January and I booked the house before Hurricane Ian. I have to admit i was a little concerned, but Deb kept me informed on what work was being done and reassured me that the house would be ready for my trip. It definitely was worth the wait.
I would highly recommend Deb and Rich's beautiful home to anyone looking for a relaxing private vacation without distractions as with a hotel or resort. This home is a resort!

This home was amazing. It was very comfortable and made you feel good about staying there. It was stocked with absolutely everything you could possibly need and so much more. Rich and Deb were very understanding and quick to respond to our needs. Both were very pleasant and really cared about making you feel special. The pool and hot tub were the main focus and we enjoyed relaxing in them. Thanks again for the "cheat sheet" once we got the hang of it! The pool lounge bed pads were great to just relax and float around. The grocery stores and places to eat are just minutes away. We had a great time and will definitely return to this home. We enjoyed our weekend stay recently! The house was plenty large enough for us, the neighborhood was quiet and private and we honestly just spent two days floating in the pool. Grocery stores and gas stations are under 3 miles away so it is still very convenient to get what you need!

Wonderful place
The place was exceptionally clean and well decorated. The sectional couch was comfortable and large enough we all sat and watched a movie one night. Deb checked in on us and responded back quickly when we had questions. She was kind to drop off a beach umbrella which we requested. Nice to have an extra fridge for beverages. . I enjoyed cooking in the kitchen. We had privacy while laying poolside. The neighborhood was quiet. Just a quick drive to get groceries. Lots of comfortable outdoor seating. The beds were comfy and had soft linens. There was plenty of toilet paper, garbage bags, dishwasher cleaner and soap. I didn’t have to go and buy more, which I have always needed to do at other rentals. She even had a large beach blanket, cooler and beach chairs for us to use. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Deb and Richard were very accommodating during our extended weekend stay , and the home is beautiful ! Our kids loved the pool and hot tub , even though the beach is only a short drive away I think the pool was their favorite part of the stay .

Perfect location and property owners!
All I can say is if you need a place to stay for your family for an event or just a nice relaxing spot with easy access to the beach, the store, or places in the area this is a perfect spot to stay. This house has everything you could possibly need for your beach time , making dinner in an air fryer or crockpot or entertaining, even bath robes, curling iron, hot rollers! The property owner has made sure this place has everything one might need if they came for a visit. Including beach chairs, coolers‘s, wine glasses, games, extra blankets, air mattresses, etc. you name it they probably thought of it! This will be kept on my list for my next trip to Fort Myers. The pool/hot tub was awesome and a perfect relaxing place, and made a great place to work poolside as well.. And the owners were quick to help and even provide us with items needed to improve our stay!
