Pet CONSIDERED. $49 for insurance and $50 per day Copper Junction is in the Center Village at Copper Mountain and is located steps away from the American Flyer high speed quad lift. As close to the slopes as you can get the Copper Junction Lodge sits on the ski run. Our property sets up as follows: A master bedroom (loft) with a queen bed. A full bathroom on the main level. There is also three sleeper sofas, two twins and a queen - the queen is a super high end very comfortable system! There are foam mattress for all three sofas Ultimately this property sleeps 6. This property offers much more room to move, breathe and live in than the usual studio loft property in Copper, and it is truly SKI IN SKI OUT. It is well maintained, well appointed and newly remodeled. Flat screen TVs, DVD, New carpet, newer paint, and more. They have created a home with all the luxuries and then some and all that is expected in a fully stocked property. You will feel at home and you will be happy. Pay per use access to the Copper Athletic Club. • Slopeside to the American Eagle/Flyer Lift • One Car parking - based on availability • Pay Per Use Pool and Hot Tub Access All AIRBNB, Booking, Expedia and others platform guests are required to fill a pre registration which shall include a valid credit card for incidentals. This was a great location for the Union Peak Festival. Parking onsite, all the little amenities that we needed for cooking and slept all four of us comfortably. And check in was a breeze. Meaning no dest no person just park and enter the code on the key pad. Great lil spot for a summer getaway.

The upstairs is a great private area. The downstairs has the best sleeping fold out couch and it’s own bathroom. Location is fantastic.

The condo was perfect for our ski trip! The location was spot on. It was not a large condo (but we knew that based on the description), but we were there to ski, and you couldn't get closer to the lift. It was clean, the staff was responsive, and it totally checked our boxes for a great trip!!!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The staff, maintenance, and housekeeping are amazing. The owners are slum lords. This property is aging. The baseboard heaters are in particularly poor condition and unsafe. The light fixtures are broken. The electric is a nightmare. Plugs fall out of sockets. Lights flicker or don’t work. The furniture is old, broken, and poorly sized for the space. The kitchen is missing silverware and other basics. The condo is freezing. The building is old and many things about it are broken. The closets have random broken items in them. There is no way this place sleeps 6 people. The toilet handle is cracked and falling off. I am not a picky person, this rental is really that bad.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit was very close to the American Eagle lift which is what we were after, with a teenager training for a week. HOWEVER, there is only 1 real bed. Fortunately we were able to share it. Everything else in the unit is challenging and often cold with no control of thermostat. RMRM did bring us space heaters and that helped a lot. (Also, we got a parking pass but there were times when there were no spaces and another time when we had to wait for a guy to move because he was boxing us in--no space for him to park.) When my wife and 2nd teen joined us for the 2nd week of training we stayed in a "proper condo" in Frisco and it was worth the morning drive. No way would I want my wife spending time in this unit--you get what you pay for.

The place was described correctly. It was very conveniently located close to the American Eagle and American Flyer lifts. Plenty of space for two of us. The only issues we had were that the sliding door to the fireplace was broken and the elevator was not working for a day or two. The door looked like it had been fixed multiple times before. The check in process was easy except it would have been nice to get the keys at the property. We had to kindly ask our shuttle driver to make a stop along the way which impacted 12 other passengers.

Excellent location in center village. There may be some condensation that causes some water dripping by the window, but overall the necessities were there. Ski locker was convenient. 5 people can comfortably stay there.

Unit was as described. We had 4 adults in our group. I don't think I'd want more unless some were little ones. The room was clean and comfortable. Great location for skiing, can't get any closer. I'll use again in the future.

Overall had a good stay. Honestly can't beat the location. Had a view of the American eagle lift, ski in/ski out. Really wouldn't recommend for more than 4 people. We had 4 people but the 4th person was always sitting at the kitchen table or on the floor as there is only one couch. Very cramped and was not clean. Management was responsive to emails and allowed a late check out.

Stayed over the holidays 2915-16 The unit needs tlc and better housekeeping! All bedding was clean but kitchen mats , Garbage cans and rugs i found to be very Dirty! Upstairs bathroom shower head was broken and we were not able to use it. Overall , I always stay at copper junction for its appeoximity to everything but I found that this may be the worst experience I have had since 2005 that we have been visiting copper!!! I believe I should of gotten some kind of Reimbursement for all the inconvenience ! Helen Perez
