A nice quiet, little flat in very easy reach of the U-Bahn. Plenty of shops and restaurants in the vicinity.

Sehr bequem, sauber und gemütlich. Eine perfekte Lage mit U/S-Bahn weniger als 1 Minute entfernt. Ca. 8 Minuten mit U-Bahn bis zum Zentrum. Sehr empfehlenswert !

We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment - was clean, neat, decorated with nice furnishings, and had everything we needed. The balcony overlooked a delightful quiet park. Buses and trains are right around the corner, as well as markets and restaurants. Couldn't ask for better! Also, we inadvertently left a bag in the apartment and the owner is mailing it back to us (overseas), way above and beyond, truly grateful ! Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The location of the appartment is very convenient to any puplic transportation. A short four minute walk takes you there. A pizzeria and a bakery is right around the corner. A large grocery store is a six minute walk away, on the other side of the subway station. The appartment is very nice, clean and very cozy. I loved the shower after I figured out how to use all the different water stream options. The listing photos are exactly how you will find the appartment. The kitchen is fully equippt for cooking and the washing machine is very useful. I also had no problem to use the internet. The owner was super helful in giving directions to the appartment and was prompt to return the security deposit. With these easy and excellent transactions, it is very easy to choose this appartment again and again. Would recommend this flat to any of my friends or relatives.

The apartment was extremely close to convenient public transportation and to a grocery. We were there during cold weather and appreciated the location. The bakery and Italian restaurant nearby were both good. The apartment itself was warm and well-appointed with linens and kitchen items. We felt safe and snug in our Munich home.

“Lovely apartment very near transport and helpfull owner. From the initial inquiry to our pulling the door closed behind us - everything about this rental was fabulous and professionally handled. I really enjoyed being only 50 metres away from the Underground - when it came to getting in from the airport and off to the Main Station - but quite frankly the apartment is so close to the absolute centre of Munich. I only spent two nights but would definitely use it again and recommend it highly.

We're sitting in the apartment as I type this review. The apartment is great: cozy, in a very quiet residential neighborhood, and has everything you need. It is very clean with new appliances and amenities. There are only a couple restaurants/cafes close by, but we did not mind at all because we liked the safe residential feel of the neighborhood and it felt good to escape the hustle and bustle at the end of the day. The subway is literally next to the building and there are a couple grocery stores on the same street. The city center is just a few stops away, 10 minutes or so on the U train. We did rent a car on the premise that we could park a small car in the garage, but ours was too tall to fit. You would have to have a really low to the ground tiny car to fit in that space, so consider that if renting a vehicle. The owner was so nice that he didn't charge us for the parking space since we wouldn't be using it, and we have never had a problem finding a parking space on the street in front. The water pressure is great, and we never ran out of hot water. The unit stays nice and warm. Currently it's about -1C, and we can be in the unit in shorts and t-shirt with no problem. Nice hardwood floors and comfortable bed. The washing machine is new, no dryer but hanging rack is provided on the deck. Nice little balcony that can seat 4, overlooking a quiet courtyard. The owner met us at 9am on Saturday morning to let us into the unit, which was very nice of him. The TV works great, but never used it since everything is in German. The space is perfect for 2 people, but any more would be a little crammed. The price was very good for the convenient little flat, if we return to Munich, we will rent this unit without question. And yes, there is free wi-fi.
