Wolfgang is a wonderful host and the house/property was well suited for our needs. We stayed for 7 days and had a car. It was really nice to park off the street. We were in the process of picking up a new puppy for the family and Wolfgang was very accommodating by pointing out places to go for exercising our new pup. He was also kind enough to set up an extra bed on the ground floor so that we could sleep and simply walk out side with the puppy to do his business. The appliances are in top condition and very clean. I look forward to returning to the property, but maybe rent something smaller like one of the new apartments adjacent to the rental house that is within same estate.

Great location, nice stay
My husband and 2 teens stayed for 2 nights. The place had everything we needed. Shampoo, toilet paper, soap, refrigerator and coffee and filters. I went and bought coffee before realizing it was stored in/above above the freezer. Getting to the house was easy but the house entrance is on a corner of an intersection, a little unusual to get into but nice parking. We had a little trouble with keycode upon arrival, Wolfgang came right over as he is next door. Main fridge didn't get super cold for us but the big fridge did, so we turned it on and used it. Location was great, Bochum is a safe, cute town.

Wir haben ein verlängertes Familienwochenende in der Unterkunft verbracht. Wir waren zu 9 Personen. Eine Toilette für so viele Personen ist etwas wenig, für das Wochenende war es okay. Ansonsten war alles in Ordnung.

Geräumige Wohlfühloase
Obwohl wir nur einen Tag vor Anreise gebucht hatten, lief alles reibungslos und ganz unkompliziert ab. Das Haus war aufgrund der vielen Betten perfekt für uns als Firma. So hatte jeder sein eigenes Zimmer und wir konnten dennoch gemeinsam abends kochen und zusammensitzen. Sehr bemühter und netter Gastgeber. Lage war für uns top. Wir kommen gern wieder!

Alles paletti, gerne wieder
Buchung, Kontakt mit Vermieter und Schlüsselübergabe haben einwandfrei funktioniert. Ein Lebensmittelgeschäft und 1 Bäckerei sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Es war alles da, was man für einen Kurzurlaub mit Freunden braucht.

Wir haben zwei Nächte mit 6 Personen im La Residenza gewohnt.
Der Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber war hervorragend und ließ keine Wünsche offen.
Das Haus bietet ausreichend Platz und war sehr sauber vor dem Eingang befindet sich eine schöne, überdachte Sitzecke, die wir gerne genutzt haben.
Das große Grundstück bietet ausreichend Parkraum.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Sehr schick und unerwartet ruhig
„Wo geht es hier Meer?“ war die Frage nach der Ankunft und nach dem ersten Rundumblick drinnen. Der übertraf die Bilder und die Beschreibung im Netz.
Das Haus ist seh geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr modern.
Es liegt zwar direkt an einer vielbefahrenen Straßenkreuzung, aber auf dem Grundstück ist davon kaum was zu hören, zu sehen auch nicht und im Haus schon gar nicht.
Vor wenigen Tagen hat rund 10 min Fußweg entfernt ein Bäcker eröffnet. Frische Brötchen sind damit gesichert oder gleich ein das ganze Frühstück.
Wir waren an einem Wochenende mit fast 40 Grad dort. Durch die Klimaanlage im Wohnraum und den Schlafzimmern war auch dies kein Problem. Einzig auf der Empore war sehr warm, die wir mit vier Personen und einer Übernachtung jedoch nicht brauchten. Hier hilft aber evtl Querlüften.
Alles in allem sind wir rundum zufrieden und haben das Häuschen schon unter Freunden weiterempfohlen.

Wir waren zu 6 Personen und alle Waren begeistert!
Haus,Grundstück und Vermieter waren super. Vor allem sehr sauber und modern. Ein großer Webergrill steht auf der Terrasse. Das ganze Galeriehaus ist vollklimatisiert, wirklich angenehm. Parkplatz direkt neben dem Eingang , sehr grünes großes Grundstück! Man ist ungestört,keiner kann reingucken!

Wenn wir 2019 wieder das Trefffen in Duisburg planen werden wir direkt nochmal hier buchen.

Super Unterkunft mit vielen Details
Wir waren Ende Juni 2018 mit Freunden zu Besuch und haben das Wochenende sehr genossen. Der sehr ausführlichen Objektbeschreibung ist eigentlich nichts mehr hinzuzufügen.
Die komplette Ausstattung ist sehr wertig und es wurde an jedes kleinste Detail gedacht. Uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert!

Nette, familiäre Atmosphäre
Herr Nickel war ein sehr guter und netter Gastgeber, das Haus entsprechend der Fotos gut und voll ausgestattet. Besonders gefallen hat uns der Wintergarten-Vorbau, da man dort auch trotz nicht ganz so sommerlichem Wetter prima mit der Familie sitzen kann. Der riesige Kühlschrank ist für grössere Gruppen absolut Spitze.
Der "Patio" ist eine urige Sitzecke mit sehr schickem Weber-Gasgrill(!).

Very nice property decorated and fitted out to a very high standard. Super clean and very welcoming.
We really enjoyed our stay here. The house is really well laid out and has a very high standard of equipment and furnishing including a PC, very large TV, washing machine, dryer, etc. Comfy beds. The hosts are super nice and very helpful, always making sure we were ok and had everything we needed including information on local restaurants, etc. Would highly recommend this place if you are visiting Essen for a trade show (18km from the hall via very easy route) or the Bochum area. Try the little Chinese restaurant just a hundred yards or so from the house, doesn't look much from the outside but great food.

Brand new house, lots of parking, very clean and comfortable! Wolfgang and family are very helpful, hospitable and all-round amazing hosts! We stayed with a group of 5 & I would encourage anyone looking for a stay in this area to choose this place!! Thank you Wolfgang!!
