Make our charming & relaxing home in historic Apopka the home base for your epic vacation. 30 min from Disney, Universal, I-Drive shopping, & WinterPark. Then enjoy Wekiva kayaking,hiking,&tubing 5min away. Beaches within an 1hr. Also, very close to HIGHLAND MANOR! Our home is perfect for wedding parties, family reunions, couples retreats, or just a gathering of friends. We love providing a warm space and plenty of room to relax& get away from daily stress and be together. The Space: Beautiful view of park/reserve formal living room and dining room with gourmet kitchen & large family room. Large master suite with luxurious bathroom and direct lanai access from the suite. Second king bedroom junior suite with adjacent private bath. 3rd bedroom full bed and 4&5th rooms perfect for kids and adults alike. Upstairs enjoy the billiards room with upstairs bath. Park and playground with grill steps away. All of central Florida is within 30 min and beaches about an hour. Go from antiquing in quaint old Florida Mt. Dora to the excitement of Daytona. From Disney to Universal Studios, to snorkeling in the pristine Wekiva Springs. It is all here. Guest Access The entire house except our garage, and office. Please enter through the front doors. Please enjoy the park and grill. Interaction with Guests I like to communicate with my guests and get to know a hit about them. My mission statement is "Arrive as guests leave as friends." Even though you have the home to yourselves I really want my guests to feel that I am always available to help them if they need it. The Neighborhood Our home backs up to a beautiful neighborhood park with playground equipment for children and a pavilion with a grill. Super quiet upscale neighborhood. Very near Florida's natural Wekiva Springs. Getting Around We are 30-45 min from the MCO Orlando airport and about the same distance from Sanford airport. We have a driveway and can accommodate 2 or 3 cars. One should have a car to fully enjoy central Florida but there is UBER and Lyft nearby.

We had a wonderful time with all our family for our nieces wedding weekend. It was a four day event and we were able to keep all our dresses, cakes, and a mountain of food all within in reach. Perfect location for Apopka wedding Venues. Kitchen well stocked with dishes and cookware, even spices, making it convenient to cook for large family. Driveway large enough to accommodate 6 vehicles. We had a blast playing pool with the family.

Property was perfectly located for the Wedding Venue at Highland Manor and Rehearsal Luncheon in Mount Dora. The kitchen was well appointed for our Large Family meals and gathering as we have 3 chefs in the family that took full advantage. The bedroom spacing and bathroom situation was very accommodating for 12 adults and 1 toddler to get ready and have privacy when warranted. The home was beautifully decorated and welcoming. It felt like home away from home for all of us to gather, catch up, reminisce, and reconnect before welcoming the latest addition to our family. The playground was enjoyed by all of the adults as much as our grandson and was perfect for a few games of football. The weather was perfect for us to enjoy many hours on the patio watching the beautiful sunrise and sunsets with an equally beautiful view of the well groomed park area. Our nature lovers in the family enjoyed seeing the various birds and other wildlife from the patio, including a Cuban tree frog that stayed with us all week in the tree on the back porch!

This home was perfect for our group of golfers who were competing at Mission Inn at an event. It was an easy 30 minute ride. This home was large enough to give us all the privacy that we needed. We would definitely recommend this home to others.

Perfect location for our purpose which was a family wedding in Apopka. Visited the quaint town of Mt. Dora and went to Orlando several times for wedding events. Loved it!! Listing did not do justice to the home. Tall ceilings, wonderful comfortable furnishings, and tons of space for our group of 6 adults and 5 kids. Michele was super responsive and helpful during our stay, and the extra touch of a beautifully-decorated Xmas tree made our Xmas trip to Orlando that much more special. Highly recommend this rental for any families visiting the Orlando area/Disney parks!!

Everything was so amazing I don’t even know where to begin! The house was perfect for my family as we came to Apopka to celebrate my daughters wedding. The house is so spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. We especially loved the large skillets for feeding our little army! All the bathrooms were well supplied, kitchen had everything we needed, the house is clean, comfy and homey. The pool table was a nice plus too! It truly exceeded our expectation!!
