Seaview Villa sits elevated above the Caribbean with Hans Lollick Island directly across and the British Virgin Islands just to the east. The vista is breathtaking from the 80 ft long deck, which has a 12' by 20' pool. THE REMODELING JOB FINISHED in Fall of 2018, with additional windows added in every room, 4 renovated bathrooms, a new half bath, outdoor bar next to the pool and all new painting. Every piece of furniture and all appliances are new. (4) large bedrooms, each with en suite bathroom, and completely new furnishings, split AC units and new windows assure every guests comfort. One king bed made up with (2) large twins which can be separated. Kitchen has Mahogany cabinets and new Stainless Steel appliances. The Living Room has leather sofas, HD TV, wifi internet and AC. A half bath is in the hall. The two pergolas at either end of the deck are covered in clear roofing to allow all weather dining and lounging. The grounds are lush with beautiful vegetation and custom stone walkways. The property is within the Mahogany Run community, which has a gatehouse peopled 24 hours per day.

This is a great house. Of any of the VRBO houses we have rented, this has the best outdoor seating setup and the best views (This was the second house we’ve done on St Thomas). Looking out at the ocean and the multiple islands you can see from the deck (and from the pool!) is so relaxing. Lots of stuff at the house as well … pool floats, beach chairs and coolers, a kitchen well stocked with a number of appliances and kitchenware – things like that make the vacation much more relaxing. 15 minutes to the Coki Beach area (and Coki Dive Center), under 25 minutes to Red Hook, 15 minutes or so to Havensight, and under 10 minutes to Magen’s Bay. The info on VRBO is accurate, and there is a reason this consistently gets 5-star reviews. Communication with Joel (the owner) was great – always a quick response. Next time we rent a house in St Thomas, we will do this house again. We loved it!

The property is nice, the views are stunning and overall it was a nice stay. Unfortunately, four out of five of us got sick during our trip (6 days) but nonetheless we made the best of it.

We just returned from a fantastic week spent at Seaview Villa and had a terrific time! The views from this property are stunning. The house is on the north side of the island and directly in front of you is Hans Lollik Island and to the far right you can see many other islands. The location is truly amazing. A stone stairway leads down from the parking area to the house where you’ll see a round wooden door that opens directly into a courtyard area with a beautiful (heated) pool and a bunch of comfortable longue chairs. The deck is massive. On the right side is a covered area with cushioned seating area with plenty of room for everyone. And to the left you have another covered area that has a large table and chairs for, I think, eight people. We enjoyed our coffee and breakfast and several dinners here. We were a group of 5 older women/friends traveling together and the house layout was perfect for us. We each had a private room (with adjacent bathroom). The main living area had one bedroom w/queen bed attached to it, along with a half bath off the living room/kitchen area. We spend a lot of time in the living room playing games and visiting in the evenings after long days exploring the island. The owner Joel Aragona was VERY easy to communicate with, and extremely responsive with any questions we had during our stay, along with suggestions for things to do as well. And for transportation you can't go wrong with his suggestion to use Curlson Ferreira.

Joel’s property was gorgeous as advertised and he was a wonderful host. The views were spectacular and there was everything we could have needed or wanted available right down to the really nice and relaxing floats and chairs we took to nearby Megan’s Bay beach. Having 4 bedrooms spread across 2 wings afforded my family of my wife and I and our 2 adult sons great privacy when desired. AC worked great. Joel also recommended 2 wonderful restaurants to us. Joel was also very accommodating when we requested a later check out on our last day. We did wish a grocery store was a little closer. We also had a couple of surprise visitors including workers to install a new pool heater and a pool cleaner who showed up unannounced. Would have been nice to know they were coming. And one of the kitchen cabinet doors is coming off the hinges. But none of these minor issues significantly detracted from what was a very enjoyable stay.

The views are beautiful and the property met our needs. Bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable, kitchen was perfect, and we felt very safe during our stay. The property could use some “TLC” since we experienced some maintenance issues. The owner was very prompt in his responses to any of our needs.

We went to St. Thomas to celebrate my son turning 21. From the moment we got to the airport our trip was nothing but spectacular. The pictures do not do this villa justice. Waking up every morning with the ocean view was breath taking. We made so many memories. Joel and Curlson were very attentive and the perfect hosts. Being able to follow Curlson to the villa was so accommodating to ensure we didn't get lost. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a paradise getaway.

The pictures don’t do justice to the breathtaking views from the pool area! My favorite part of every morning was stepping out onto the deck. The area to the villa is gated and there is also a locked coded gate to the entrance of the Villa and another front door that is keyed. I traveled with three other females and we all felt very safe. The bedrooms and bathrooms were beautiful. The layout may be helpful for some to know. There is a bedroom,bath and half bath connected to the kitchen and living area on one side of the pool. There are two bedrooms and baths on the other side of the pool. There is also a beautiful bedroom and bath going down the stairs from the pool. Some people may like this arrangement because it gives privacy but others may find it a little disconnected. We did not have any problems while we were there.We enjoyed the pool every day, and the house definitely has everything you could need, including beach chairs, and towels, coolers for the beach. Although the location is only about 7-15 minutes from most activities, (longer from airport)you will need transportation(so budget for taxis) There are taxis and rental cars available if you’re comfortable driving. There are some narrow roads and hilly areas and driving is on the left side.Curlson, as mentioned in other reviews, met us at the airport, and he provided transportation for our group. He was knowledgeable of the island and very professional. We enjoyed our stay!

This property was absolutely perfect for our family vacation. The layout of the house offered space and privacy for all 8 of us. Walking down the stone steps to the beautiful hobbit door that opens to the pool and the most spectacular view of Hans Lollik and down island was dreamy. The pool was perfect for morning swims, afternoon cooldowns after shopping in town, and nighttime dips under the stars. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The house was clean and comfortable. We will definitely be back again.

This property provides a quiet getaway with full amenities, including a pool, BBQ grill, and an outdoor deck with ocean views. Three of the four bedrooms are master suites, and the is fourth similarly situated as the bathroom is right off of that bedroom. This property is well-suited for a large family or multiple couples who vacation together. The property owner is your point of contact for any questions or concerns, and he is responsive. I would recommend this property to someone wishing to visit St. Thomas.

We absolutely love St Thomas and this house meet our families needs. We loved the layout of the home gave each family their own private areas and pool area, deck and living room were great common areas for all us to gather comfortably. We rented a car and had no issues driving to the property, hills are steep but easy to drive on. We also tried getting taxis but found it harder to get taxis to the house in the evening. We had a few unfortunate events during our stay, construction work, ice machine not working, running out of water. The owner was very accommodating and addressed each one of these issues immediately and stayed in constant contact with us to make sure things were fixed promptly. I would recommend this property for your next family or friend gathering and I would stay here again.

An absolutely fabulous property. The views were amazing. What a place to wake up to when you’re on vacation! My husband and I were there for my daughter’s wedding on Magens Bay. We stayed along with the bride and groom and other family members. It was perfect as the bedrooms and bathrooms are split away from one another so everyone has privacy. The pool is in the middle which is so wonderful to have because everyone just congregates around it. Plus Joel has provided beach chairs, towels and cooler for any beach excursions which is so wonderful to have so you don’t have to rent chairs or buy towels. And you can bring your own beverages which is great for the beach. Curlson showed us around the property and explained everything to us and gave us some great tips about the island which made it so smooth to check in. It’s also in a gated community so you feel secure leaving your vacation property. We loved all the outdoor seating which we utilized every chance we got. There’s even a washer and dryer! Do yourself a favor and rent this property when you come to St Thomas, you will not be disappointed! One word for this property, fabulous!

Gorgeous estate with a beautiful pool and unmatched views of the water. Quiet and serene. The only things I could think of that could be improved is that each room could use a TV because of the seperation between the rooms and the main house. But who watches TV on vacation anyway?? The other thing is the distance from the action. It's perfect for a quiet getaway but be prepared to drive the mountainous terrain to get to dining and island amenities. Otherwise, it's a great stay and beautiful place.

There were 3 couples in our party while staying and we all had the most amazing time. The house is as listed and everything we needed was provided. The beds were very comfortable and linens smelled amazing. The views are incredible and pictures don't do it justice. We'll definitely be back next year and stay again.

We were 4 couples staying here for a week. There was plenty of room for all of us. We loved the awesome view from our deck. The pool was clean and refreshing to use daily. Everyone said their beds were comfortable and the place was very clean. We chose to use the taxi service instead of renting a car and were very glad we did. Joel was quick to respond to all my questions and easy to work with when I made a mistake. All in all a very enjoyable week.
