About this house rental
Situated in Lake Clarke Shores, this lovely house for $649 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Conveniently located on the West Palm Beach canals and with exceptional views, our villa has just been refurbished. It is composed of 4 rooms (including 2 parental suites) and 4 bathrooms and can accommodate 9 people. In addition to its "feet in the water", its private pool unheated (be careful the heating of the pool is an option at $ 300 per week because it generates over-consumption of gas), its inviting garden, its covered patio and its two terraces with refined outdoor furniture will fill you. All the equipment of the house is "high-end" and the decoration is neat. The living room of 65 m2 is open on the canals and the garden, with access to the swimming pool and the terraces equipped and equipped with a barbecue. It has a dining area with table seating 12 people, a seating area with a large sofa and 4 armchairs. It has a wall-mounted TV with a giant screen and a Blu-ray home theater system. The 2 parental suites also overlook the canals and the garden, each offering a home cinema installation. The first one is furnished with a large double bed (king size) electrically articulated, the second suite includes a double bed (queen size). The third bedroom has a double bed and a single bed. The fourth bedroom has two single beds. Kitchen includes brand new Kitchenaid appliances. The house is fully air-conditioned and offers free internet access. The house is located in a very quiet area surrounded by channels giving access to the ocean. The public beach is less than a 10-minute drive away, in the busy town of Lake Worth. This large beach of fine sand is decorated with restaurants, cafes and some shops. After the beach, golf, water skiing or jet skiing, kite surfing, or fishing at sea, you can go shopping in downtown West Palm Beach (in the 150 shops of City Place) or in the luxury shopping district of Clematis Street, or to the large shopping malls of Palm Beach Gardens or Wellington. The house is located 1 hour from Miami and you can also easily discover Florida: Orlando and its amusement parks, then Cape Canaveral in the North, the Everglades and the Keys in the South, without forgetting a long stop in Miami to discover its different atmospheres (Art Deco, Cuban, festive ...). Just like Miami, West Palm Beach is both serviced by an international airport and a train station. It is our home, we have renovated and decorated it with passion, we hope that you will spend unforgettable moments, like us!

I have to say this has been the best villa we have stayed in. Claire our host was super responsive with any questions we had on the run up to the rental. Property manager Jean Alain super friendly guy checked us in showed us around the property and left his contact details should we ever have any questions but we were all good 😊

Just the 2 of us and such a spacious place right on the Lake. The house was very stylishly decorated, I love to cook and the kitchen had every cooking, preparation tools that any one could think off along with new kitchen appliances. The house was well stocked toilet paper kitchen roll and some spices etc to get you started. The whole house was clean and super comfy bed. Outdoor well highlight I think for us with the infinity pool overlooking the lake, my partner was catching fish off the dock and having BBQ watching the sunsets which were just out of this world. We spent a few days fishing in west palm with good friend of ours Patrick of Swamp to Sea so if you’re into fishing look him up. House is close to plenty of stores and vast restaurants I would definitely recommend Sushi Jo just up the road off Forrest Hill Blvd we had take out couple nights. Location is good for anything you plan to do we just come to chill out and fish but your close to several shopping malls, the beach, and many museums.
The neighbourhood is quiet and feel very secure.

We just spent a wonderful week at Claire’s beautiful property. The home is gorgeous and was clean and super well-appointed. We particularly loved the view out to the lake, the motorized blackout shades, the porch (which can be screened or open with the click of a button), the heated towel racks in each bathroom, and the super comfy leather couch in the living room with the massive TV. Jean was available for any questions and check out was a breeze. Location was central and right off the highway so we spent a lot of time on Palm Beach Island, went to the zoo, down to the Boca Art Museum, and did a few beachside dinners at Benny’s and JB’s. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe - no sidewalks however, so we weren’t able to get out for any walks (we have a baby and didn’t want to push a stroller in the street). We had a wonderful week and made many happy memories!

A wonderful property that fit all of our needs perfectly. Property was as listed, really better!! Very comfortable 4BR 4bath house with very spacious family room and dining area. Pool was fantastic for relaxing and spending the afternoon just hanging out. Kitchen was superbly stocked from appliances, silverware to dishes. Hope to come back again for future visits.

Furnishings were very high quality and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with top of the line appliances and accessories. The property manager was knowledgeable, friendly, and responsive. The kitchen is very well equipped and serving dinner to a crowd was a pleasure. The bathrooms are updated and very spa-like. Property manager was responsive and very helpful. We enjoyed the tennis courts and walks around the lake.

Great week with family
We had a fantastic week. We were met by Jean who was very pleasant and helpful, and kept in touch all week. We spent most of the week by the pool, talked about going to the beach, but never made it , the house and pool were too nice to leave 😊.
We had several fresh avocados from the tree in the yard. Cooked dinners on the grill and made full use of the amazing kitchen. A truly enjoyable vacation. We would definitely stay here again. 😊

Great Vacation Spot
Beautiful home with many exceptional features. The yard with the pool, seating and grill was a great spot to hang out all day. The kitchen and bathrooms were well-equipped. Thr house is in a great neighborhood to walk around. The surrounding area outside Lake Clarke Shores is not the best, but easy access to I-95 gives plenty of other options. Televisions had plenty of channel and app options. Washer/dryer were apartment sized with slow non-vented dryer. We would definitely stay here again.

The property is luxurious and approachable, it didn’t feel stuffy or delicate for the kids in our party. Amazing Stay
Amazing! This home is beautiful inside and out. This was our first VBRO we’ve rented, and it did not disappoint! Cleanliness-check, toiletries - check, spacious - check. Totally enjoyable home with all of the creature comforts of home. I was in the pool every day and I believe the kitchen was my favorite room in the house and I absolutely loved the master suite. The pool was a hit with my grandson. We will be back!!!

Amazing Villa !
My Family and friends spent an amazing week at this Villa, From the initial booking , to checking in to the property , everything was perfect. Property Manager Jean met us at the house and walked us through all the amenities and explained everything that we needed. Any follow up questions were answered without hesitation.
The house itself is absolutely stunning!!! The kitchen is like something out of Masterchef , Every utensil you could ever need, pots and pans and on and on, all high end equipment in perfect shape, all the appliances looked as if they were just installed. I love to cook and this kitchen just made everything that much better.
The rest of the house was also incredible, two master suites, 4 full bathrooms, huge main family room, pool right on the canal!!
I could go on and on about this villa, it really is that nice!
We were sad to leave, put we are already looking to return to this exceptional property! Thankyou Claire for allowing my family and friends to make some amazing memories!
