Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices - not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. When we showed up there was trash all over the garage floor. When we went inside the floors were fitly. There was a large clump of hair in the shower. Linins were not washed and had hair and sand on them. Looked like the cleaning people just made up the bed without washing sheets. The screen was blown out of the back door and bugs had free access. My wife and I spent 2 hours washing and cleaning so we could stay.

We found the house to be perfect for a week of fishing. Peacock bass, clown knife fish, cichlids and largemouth in good numbers with our boat. Easy tie up at the house.

My daughter and I were very happy with our stay. We were in town for spring training and spent most of our time in the Jupiter/Juno area. We didn’t spend a lot of time in the house except to sleep and it was very clean and comfortable. We would definitely book here again.

First time staying with this organization and will definitely be my last the house was not clean had ants and roaches swas not well maintained the wall in the shower was caving in our feet were black from walking around the inside of the house with no shoes on very unhappy

Lock code we were sent for front door didn't work and no key in lock box. Representative was finally able to contact property manager to get us another code to get in, frustrating but house was nice once we got in. Pool area could use some cleaning.

This property is located in a beautiful and safe neighborhood. The pool was great and the rooms were very spacious. The main bedroom was very large with sliding doors to the pool area. Anything you needed was just a short drive and the beach was about a 10 minute drive. We had a problems with the microwave shorting out and they sent someone right over.

Location was perfect for those wanting a central spot to explore Palm Beach County, and quiet and safe at night when ready to relax. The canal and view was beautiful, we caught a few peacock and black bass! Really nice to have the big pantry space in the kitchen, everything you need is in there for a comfortable weeks stay. The pool area is nice and clean, but not very roomy, and the pool was cold in January with no heater. Beds were very comfortable and both rooms were large (master is HUGE) and nice to have walk in closets in both to stick luggage in. I would stay again!

The home is nice, Pool was clean and everything was well organized. We received an early message that home was ready ahead of time and were provided all info in order to check in early. Neighborhood is really nice and view is great. A couple spiderwebs around the walls outside of the house and by the pool but the inside was clean and neat. However, it was 4 of us staying overnight and we invited 2 friends to spend the afternoon with us. We were chatting at the pool at 8pm, no music or anything and we were called by Vacasa to remind us on lowering the volume! On a Saturday at 8pm when we were just chatting by the pool. That for sure spoiled the stay. Not sure why that happened but we rented this one to be able to spend the Saturday afternoon in a private pool and we were stopped at 8pm even though quiet hours start at 10 and we were just having a conversation without music or anything loud.

So we got off to a bit of a rocky start, but Tim went above and beyond to rectify the situation. He is an awesome property manager and deserves tons of praise. That said the house is slightly dated, but super comfortable. The house itself is very clean. There are some fishing rods and bait, to use in the channels in the backyard. While the interior is slightly dated you are paying for the area. It has an amazing pool, some toys for pool, a great view of the channels. We had iguanas and ducks in our backyard all day and amazing Osprey perched on a pole right outside of our backyard. We could watch him hunt and eat. The house is close to downtown, lake worth and boyton, tons of food choices in area, and I-95 is 5 minutes away. The house also come with a bunch of streaming tv services. The showers are nice and big, it has an amazing soaking tub, and a sauna (which we did not use-Florida is already a sauna 😂).If we are back in the area, we would come back.

The pool is the main feature why we chose this house. It didn't disappoint. We only stayed 2 nights. It is a nice open house with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a sauna. The house needs some updating especially for the price asked. It is still nice to be in as it is.

We loved the pool, sauna and the fact we could fish from the back yard! Absolutely beautiful home well furnished with lots of extras pool floats, fishing baits weights bobbers gadgets and more, sqirtguns for the kiddos like I said I could go on forever. The neighborhood was peaceful and beautiful. We got the pleasure of meeting the owners one day and he was so kind and welcoming as well. We enjoyed riviera beach the most while we were here.

Not only was the home and location simply perfect for the needs of myself and my family of 5, the level of customer service and client experience was second to none. I was traveling 10hrs from North Carolina with my wife and 3 small children and arrived earlier than my expected check-in time. I called for early access to the home and no problem. I arrived back home to NC only to find out that I left something important behind and it arrived to my doorstep via FedEx days later. I didn't even get a chance to miss it lol. Thank you Tim, the support team, and EVERYONE at Vacasa for still providing great customer service, but most important, client experience when most in the service industry has sadly put that in the back seat. Can't wait to use you guys again!

Great place to be... has everything you need and more! Stayed with our 20 month toddler and really appreciated the fully enclosed pool. The pool itself was a treat to spend time in as well. Kitchen was fully stocked with all of the utensils, silverware etc (most of it was new even). Really have nothing bad to say. We really enjoyed our time in this home. Great location too!!

Fantastic home to relax in. Everything was clean, new appliances, the silverware looked hardly used and overall just very happy with our stay overall! The sauna was such an added bonus as well. Thank you!
