Nestled in Dubrovnik, this charming condo for $696 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Set in the elite Ploče area, this two-bedroom apartment offers a spectacular view. The apartment’s large Juliet balcony is set overlooking the island of Lokrum and Old Town Dubrovnik. One of the most famous hotel in Dubrovnik, Grand Villa Argentina, is just a few meters away while the Old Town is within 10 minutes walking distance. The apartment consists of 2 double bedrooms with wardrobes, 2 bathrooms (one with a shower, the second with a bathtub), a living room with a dining area hosting a table for four. There is a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, oven, fridge, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and a dishwasher. The lounge area opens onto a spacious balcony with table for five and a sun lounger; this balcony is the real highlight of the apartment, which offers some of the most outstanding view in Dubrovnik. Amenities include BBQ, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, washing machine, LCD TV, SAT TV, DVD, stereo, Wireless Internet access, air condition in the living room, dining room and 1 bedroom. The historic Old Town and the famous Banje beach are 10 minutes away on foot, the apartment offers an ideal location for those who seek to wake up with a splendid view and be walking distance from the center. The nearest supermarket and ATM are located 300 meters away. The building has a short external stairway (20 steps) with an internal stairway of 20 steps that leads up to the apartment, which is located on the second floor. Hedera A17 sleeps 4 guests *In response to the recent spread of COVID-19 we have implemented new procedures for cleaning and disinfection. Safety of our guests, their families and our staff is important to us. In order to prevent the spread of disease our staff is measuring body temperature on a daily basis even if they feel well , we also encourage our guests to do the same. All surfaces with which the guest came into contact with (nightstand, table, chair, coffee table, any and all furniture, amenities, telephone, remote control, door handles etc.), are cleaned with a suitable detergent and disinfectant with at least 70% alcohol. Special attention is given to the cleaning of all bathroom surfaces before new guests arrive. In order to avoid any unnecessary contact, bed linen and towel will be changed only on arrival/departure, for longer stays, sufficient towels and linen will be left in the property. * Pets - not allowed Smoking - not allowed This property features self check in via key lock box. You will receive your code on check in day at 15:00, or earlier in case apartment has been cleaned before. We kindly ask you to provide us with your approximate arrival time so we can prepare apartment for you on time. In case you arrive in Dubrovnik before 15:00 and your accommodation is not ready yet feel free to leave your luggage at our reception, located at Ivana Matijaševića 14 street while exploring the town or enjoying your lunch at one of the nearby restaurants. As soon as the property is ready we will contact you. In order to receive your entrance code it is important that you fill out our PreCheck-in form which will be sent to you automatically several times before your arrival.

The accommodations were terrific. The location was about a 12 minute brisk walk to the old town. Many restaurants in the area as well as several markets. It is important to note that the apartment has two flights of stairs with no elevator. So you will be required to carry your luggage up. Might not be suitable with someone wil mobility issues.

The apartment is large with a beautiful terrace that overlooks the sea. One bedroom does not have air conditioning which is awkward as you need to keep the bedroom door open all night to stay cool. The apartment is up a hill from the walled city and then 50 steps up to the door. This is very common in Dubrovnik so expect lots of steps and hills anywhere you stay. We took Ubers home most days during our stay.

Lovely spacious apartment in a great location, close to old town. Wonderful view from the terrace where we spent a lot of time. Air conditioning was welcome too. The management team are very quick to respond with any questions. Only comment would be to fix the shower which changes temperature by itself so you have to adjust it constantly. My friend and I had a wonderful stay thank you!

This property is in a great location! Amazing views of the Adriatic and a short 10-minute downhill walk to the Old City. Very clean and spacious! Beautiful floors. There is AC in one bedroom but not the other. A nice fan was provided but that bedroom got fairly warm at night. There are 2 bathrooms but 1 is very small. We stayed 4 nights, 4 adults, and were only given 4 bath towels. For 4.5 euros, we could get additional towels.

We had an amzing stay in this apartment. It had everything we needed and was bigger than i expected. The view from the terrace was a real treat. The location was exellent. Short walk in to the old town and lots of lovely hotels to enjoy an evening drink at. We will be back!

Great property with a fabulous view! Short walk to Old Town. Covered terrace allows you to enjoy the view all day. Air conditioning was very effective. Would recommend staying here to anyone and would return. Thank you!

Spacious apartment with beautiful water views. Is close to the old town. Management company was very easy to work with- drove our luggage to the apartment and from the apartment prior to our airport transfer. They also booked excursions for us which were very fun- rec cave swim and snorkel. Helpful to have washing machine. Dishwasher did not work well but wasn’t a big problem for us.

This was heaven on earth. The place is huge and very nicely done. 10 minutes walk to old town. The view from the deck is so much better than the picture. The air is in 3 zones and you can get the master very cool. Best place I have ever stayed.

My sister, my husband and her husband spent 5 amazing nights at this property - it was clean, minutes from town with a glorious view from the balcony of the old city. I would recommend this property to everyone! And the service was superb! I want to go back with my daughters now!!!

Layout of this two bedroom unit was well suited for ourselves being two couples travelling together or families. It was nice to have the option of closing the doors between the kitchen, living room & bedroom areas was great. The balcony with the stunning views of the ocean and the old city were spectacular! 15 min walk into town.

Sweet place to stay. We travel a lot - prefer to stay at a place where it is managed by person who owns as opposed to a “rental company”. It’s just more personalized. The lock box did not work and we waited an hour to get in after a 22 hour journey and I felt like I was an inconvenience.

It is a comfortable apartment in a very pleasant area of Dubrovnik. It has a beautiful view of the Old Town and the sea. The Old town is in walking distance (10-15 min). It is a perfect place for a stay in Dubrovnik.

View from the patio was beautiful and the location could not be better! The inside was also sufficient and clean. Our only suggestions for improvement would be to replace the fan in one of the bedrooms as it was not working very well and to adjust the water pressure in the main bathroom shower as it was so strong it hurt to shower in there. The showerhead could also be adjusted or replaced as it moved around making it tough to keep the water in the shower and not on the floor. Other than those minor annoyances, the stay was great.

This two bedroom apartment was a great place to stay while exploring Dubrovnik. The checkin process was easy and Ivan was from the office was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location is just outside of Old Town and the location was perfect for exploring and getting out of the crowds! The location is also very convenient to two different beaches. And lastly coffee from the patio was a dream and a view I won't be forgetting. I would stay here again.

The View!!

The View!!

The constant contact with the property was comforting as I was traveling half way across the world. They offered us airport transport for 50 €. When travel plans went sideways, they accommodated an after midnight check in by staying up and waiting for part of the group to arrive. The property itself was better than the photos. The views!! I almost didn’t want to leave! You could see the old city to the right and the beautiful yachts and island right in front. It is a 10 minute walk- downhill to the city, and uphill to the property. I liked the walk. I drink and eat enough on vacation and the food is excellent in Croatia. There are markets nearby. The house has everything you need. We arrived 4 days before sailing the islands and it was a perfect way to settle in to what I can only describe as one of my best vacations ever 😊

Perfect quiet location up the hill from Dubrovnik walled city. Beautiful view. While there are no steps, it is a little trek up a hill from the city of Dubrovnik and down again for dinner and one of our party had mobility issues so that was a struggle. However for able bodied folk it’s a lovely trek to a beautifully clean apartment with beautiful views. Thank you for your quick responses to all our questions. Wonderful views.
