Construction Works ARE IN Progress ON THE Vacant Block OF Land Next TO THE Complex Beautifully furnished Nelson Bay holiday unit has a spacious open plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. The air conditioned living area opens out to a large balcony with outdoor dining furniture and BBQ, a great place for alfresco dining while enjoying the water views across the bay. This unit overlooks a fantastic cycle and walking track, which makes for a picturesque ride or walk from Dutchies Beach to the Marina. The unit consists of 3 bedrooms, main with ensuite and ceiling fan, 2nd bedroom has a ceiling fan and all 3 bedrooms have a balcony to capture the beautiful breeze. Internal steps in the uni - 9 to the front door, 2 from the kitchen to the living area and 4 to the bedrooms. There is 1 open car space so you can park the car and take a quick 2 minute walk to the heart of Nelson Bay. Note:- NO Watercraft Permitted ON Premises - Street Parking Only Available FOR Watercraft Bedroom Configuration: - Bedroom 1 - Queen Bed + Ensuite + Ceiling Fan + Balcony Bedroom 2 - 2x Single Beds + Ceiling Fan + Balcony Bedroom 3 - 1x Queen Bed + Ceiling Fan + Balcony Linen: - This property does not include sheets or towels, please bring your own or contact us to organise the linen hire service. The linen service is priced depending on your length of stay, prices start from $28 for a King/Queen/ Double pack and $24 for a Single pack. Linen Packs consists of 2 flat sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bathmats, hand towels and tea towels (BYO beach towels). The property provides pillows, blankets, and quilts. Lovely outlook. Close to shops. Ensuite needs fly screen on window. Taps in shower in ensuite hard to manage.

Lovely unit, that view! And the lorikeets! Very relaxing. Unfortunately June being colder we didn't get to enjoy the verandah as much as we would have liked, but that was expected and views from inside still spectacular. We loved the unit, it's location and all the nature around it. It is very comfortable and well set up. It was nice to go somewhere that has plenty of plates and cups etc. I love how big the living space is and that the bedrooms are so separate from this. Beds and couches are pretty comfy. Unit is very clean. There are some internal steps (2 smaller sets) which might be a problem for some. My sore knee was struggling after 8 days there. Given we visited in June, it was especially nice that the unit had carpet and solid blinds so it was easier to stay warm. But a few mini heaters for the bedrooms/ bathrooms would be good for the colder months. Loved the Chromecast...thank you! Only thing I'd comment on is that the ensuite shower has no door or curtain and it meant lots of water over the floor. But I'd definitely visit again once my knee improves.

Wonderful location but property was dirty & tired. Doona covers need a good wash, pillows old, floor dirty. The jug in the kitchen is disgusting & not clean - inside the microwave was filthy. T V had to be fixed as Foxtel was not working on arrival - I reported that on Thursday but technician didn’t arrive until Saturday afternoon to fix it. To spend so much money for 7 days it is so disappointing & the fact that the property was just not up to standard - it’s tired and old & needs to be freshened up. It has the potential to be a wonderful property but I won’t be back - For what I paid for 7 days rent is unreasonable for the condition of the property.
