With a spacious enclosed yard for the dogs and children to play or parking for the boat, double garage for the cars and a rear entertaining deck for those afternoon BBQs and drinks your holiday will be perfect. This property requires a 200 dollar refundable security deposit. Bedroom Configuration: - Bedroom 1 - Queen Bed Bedroom 2 - Queen Bed Bedroom 3 - Tri Bunk (double underneath/ single above) Linen: - This property does not include sheets or towels, please bring your own or contact us to organise the linen hire service. The linen service is priced depending on your length of stay, prices start from $28 for a King/Queen/ Double pack and $24 for a Single pack. Linen Packs consists of 2 flat sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bathmats, hand towels and tea towels (BYO beach towels). The property provides pillows, blankets, and quilts. Property Notes: Pets are welcome at this property. This property does have Wi-fi. Parking: Double garage + driveway parking for boat Lift: No Notes: By making a payment for the booking warrants you and all guests staying will abide by the Code of Conduct for Short Term Rental Accommodation which can be viewed under the Guest Info tab on our website or via the link which will be sent to you in your booking confirmation email. This property is to be used as holiday rental only, it is not to be used as a principal place of residence. Please refer to our Terms and conditions also found on the Guest Info tab on our website. Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have extra visitors (this includes day visitors) in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission if the property permits this. If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property Immediately with no refund of monies. Noise outside the property is prohibited between 10:00pm and 8:00am. This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed. After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay. We were a group of 5 adults and 2 kids and stayed in this property for 4 nights. The location is excellent with few minutes walk to both a wave-beach and a non-wave-beach. The property is well maintained, reverse cycle air conditioner in the dining room works well and there are pedestal fans in the rooms. Some books and toys are available for kids and we had our own towels, bed sheets, and pillowcases. I did not give a full 5 rating because of the following minor comments: cockroaches inside the property, unavailability of medium/ large pots and non-stick pots / pans, no dishwasher.

Nice and comfortable, convenient location, fully fenced backyard good for dogs. But cups and bowls are not very clean. The auto irrigation system is set on in midnight, very noisy to affect sleep.
