Situated in Grace Bay, this charming condo for $458 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Carpe Diem is located in the heart of Grace Bay and is a short 15 minute drive from the airport. Our unit is fully updated and is located right on the ground floor; filled with of all the amenities of home. While we are not located directly on the beach; we are a 4 minute walk to the public beach access. We are the only unit in Carpe Diem that provides lounge chairs on Grace Bay beach; so you only have to carry the umbrella and cooler if you wish. We also provide fold-up beach chairs that you can bring with you to any other beach on the island. Carpe Diem is within walking distance to everything that you need during your vacation; so you don't need to rent a car. The grocery store is a quick 6 minute walk away. If you don't feel like cooking, there are over 30 restaurants within a short stroll. Neighbouring plazas host a variety of shops from cafes, art shops, clothing stores, and even a police outpost. The very popular dog rescue charity, Potcake Place, is also located just across the street in Salt Mills Plaza. This was our first time staying in a VRBO. Everything was exactly the way described online. Comfortable enough just for the two of us. The property came equipped with everything we needed, except food of course. Our host was very helpful during our stay. We loved all of the recommendations she gave us. We would highly recommend this VRBO to any couple looking for a vacation getaway!

This is our second trip to TCI. We stayed at Beaches with family on our first visit. This time, the hubby and I were looking for a more personal, less resort-feel of TCI. THIS PLACE IS PERFECT. Location - We did not rent a car. We were not comfortable driving on the opposite of the road than what we are used to, especially with round-abouts. (There is plenty of parking, and the condo is gated if you wish to rent a car.) We were right across the road from Salt Mills and within walking distance to many restaurants. Furthermore, we did two excursions with Lady Grace of Ritz Carlton. The walk to the RC is about 5 minutes, and the snorkeling trip and dinner cruise are open to the public. The beach access is also a short walk. The chairs on the beach are clearly marked, so we had no trouble finding them. The hubby enjoyed the umbrella and chairs, but I had a hard time leaving the water. The turquoise water is so indescribably blue. The condo is beautifully decorated, and the furniture/bed super comfy. There are plenty of ice trays in the fridge in case you love ice as much as we do. The kitchen is fully functioning with everything needed if you decide to cook yourself. Easy to work TVs in main room and bedroom were super helpful since we stayed during Week 1 of college football. The screened-in porch has two lovely hanging chairs, a clothesline, with easy access to the pool. Miranda and Keaton provided so many extras! We will definitely come back. Best place! Super clean and safe!

This was the perfect place for our anniversary. Very clean, great location and stocked with everything imaginable! We loved it.
Miranda was great at communicating with us prior to and during our stay. She did a great job making sure we had everything we needed and even surprised us with a cake to celebrate our anniversary. Very nice touch.
The villa was clean. Towels and sheets were very soft.
The location is great. If you've been to Grace Bay before, then you know how central this location is to everything - beach, restaurants, shopping and nightlife.
The walk to the beach is short and the provided beach chairs are great. The condo has three beach umbrellas to choose from if you want a little shade.
Finally, it's a great sized condo. We moved from Club Med to this villa. Our hotel room at Club Med was comically small and dingy. The villa at Carpe Diem felt huge - nice size bedroom and very roomy kitchen/dining/family room area. It was SO nice to have a lot more space.
It really is complete with everything - just bring your food and drinks and everything else you'll need is already there - towels, soap, laundry detergent ... even ice cubes.
We'd definitely stay here again.

Our stay couldn’t have been any better. We were there for our 20th wedding anniversary and Miranda has everything you could possibly need set us up with all our cookware, sunscreen, coolers yeti, cups, beach bags, beach chairs, Tommy Bahama chairs, great bedroom air conditioner king size Tempur-pedic mattress we wanted for nothing. I would recommend getting this place and also running a car. I think the car only cost is $350 for the whole week then you don’t have to worry about cabs. I also recommend going to the IGA instead of the little convenient store across the street. You will save a fortune it was about exactly 3 1/2 minute walk from the condo to the beach and the beach is absolute paradise. Thank you again for the wonderful stay!

The description was aligned absolutely perfectly with what we showed up to. This place will not disappoint and I am already looking at when we can book our next trip.
This location could not be better, and is perfectly positioned near everything. The unit was very well equipped and exceeded any expectations that we had.
Miranda was the best host and was very responsive to my many questions prior to traveling. There was a ton of information provided that made everything very easy once we arrived to the island.

We absolutely recommend staying at this beautiful condo. Not only is it in the best location with the beach, supermarket, and restaurants in walking distance, but the place itself was immaculate and stocked with everything we needed to feel at home. The owners were so great too. Very welcoming and caring. We highly recommend this wonderful condo and we actually booked our next stay for 2024 before we even left!!

We absolutely loved our stay in Grace Bay. The location was perfect, within walking distance of everything; 5 minutes to the beach, 5 minutes to the grocery store a couple of minutes to dozens of restaurants, coffee shops, shopping etc. Miranda was extremely responsive and helpful with all the questions we had and we were blown away with how well stocked the unit was. They have literally thought of everything that might be needed. My wife and I could not have been happier with our choice of this unit and we will definitely look at returning down the road. We had an amazing visit at Carpe Diem. Miranda was so kind and informative before we even arrived. The condo had everything we could possibly need…from beach towels to water filter to ziplock bags. Even had a specialty coffee brewer that we enjoyed. The place was super, super organized and clean! We so enjoyed the swing chairs the most after a long day in the Sun! Can’t wait to come back again! Ty so much Miranda! And the location was great two minutes to the beach and quick shop to the grocery store.

Amazing! Everything was so clean and modern The condo had everything we needed plus little extras that made it feel like home away from home. I loved the decor. I felt very relaxed and this is exactly what we needed. The area was quiet and peaceful and the beach wasn't overly crowded. Very reasonable with the price. 5 minute walk to the beach. The beach was so beautiful, I didn't want to leave. We would definitely book again.

If u don't want to drive anywhere but walk to everything, this is your place. Just do it! We absolutely loved it! Don't even think twice about it. Miranda responded on time, took the edge off traveling to a new place as she answered all my questions. There was shampoo and conditioner in the place too. Even a steamer for clothes. We always walked to the Ritz, 3 minute walk to pick up taxis and went to their bar, ok even got in their pool too at the end of the night. Workers are pretty nice and open to let you swim. AC was great in the room also, plenty of towels and beach equipment which we never used but good to have as options.

Much needed vacation
The hosts do a great job communicating and supply many items to use like coolers, umbrella, and chairs when visiting the many different beautiful beaches. The condo was very clean and comfortable. Carp Diem is a perfect location, walking distance to the beach, shops, restaurants, and grocery store. This was our second time staying at this condo and would definitely recommend to others and would definitely stay there again.

Simply Perfect!
This property was simply perfect! The location is right in the middle of Grace Bay and within walking distance to many different restaurants and shops. The beach is a short walk right behind the property and is absolutely beautiful! The owner was easily accessible for any questions or concerns by email and the condo is equipped with everything you need for a vacation. It was impeccable. We had a wonderful stay and look forward to returning one day.

It’s everything you could want in the wonderful atmosphere of Grace Bay. The location to the town, the beach, and other attractions is ideal especially if you’re a first time visitor to Turks and Caicos. If you’re tired of staying at the resorts this is the way to go.

We would give this property more than a 5 if we could! It was immaculate and has everything you could possibly need. Venessa and Bobby thought of every detail including any information you might need for your stay with clear instructions about how everything worked. The location was perfect being close to town and the beach. There are a lot of restaurants and shops within walking distance. We enjoyed having breakfast outside at Shays. We also loved Big Al's burgers. Great food and the staff were welcoming and friendly. We would highly recommend this condo and can't wail to go back!

Excellent location, well appointed, safe, clean, no real problems. Beach walk is reasonable and takes you by a couple restaurants.
The "slight bummer" category:
Bedroom gets light from 4 security lights, all night. Blackout shades get most of it but the window still glows around them.
No ice maker, no filtered water, and nobody sells ice near you. Put glasses or other containers full of water in the freezer when you get there (cooler ice) and dump the ice cube trays in a bowl. ( I think my dad picked out the fridge for them, lol)
No mattress pad under the sheets. Standard mattress.
The privacy shades for the living room are outside on the patio, so be mindful.
The Fun:
Checkout "Sandbox" next door. Gets jumping at night. Grab a beer, walk next door.
Vanessa was very helpful, I would stay here again.

A much needed vacation!
the unit was immaculate, it had everything we needed in terms of towels and linens, and it was absolutely beautiful. The hosts were incredibly helpful during the check in process and I cannot wait to come back!

Wonderful vacation
We had a great time at carp diem. They have thought of everything you might need to make your stay comfortable, and the king size bed was also very comfortable. Location was great, just a short walk to the beach. Restaurants, grocery store, and shopping were very close.

Perfect Getaway
Incredible location, very clean and stylish condo with quiet pool area or just minutes from amazing beach.
Just across the street from the Salt Mills plaza there’s plenty of things to do without the need of a rental car.
TCI is a beautiful place and one week was not even close to enough time to visit.

We had a great stay. The property was spotless and contained everything you could possibly need. It was in a nice area with several shops and dining options. Provo is a beautiful island with great people. Grace Bay beach is stunning. We would highly recommend Carpe Diem Condos.

Excellent in all Respects
It has been a couple months since I researched this property prior to booking, and I remember reading many glowing reviews. I suspect there may not be much new to add, other than there were no disappointments - it is as good as promised and described.
Our trip was interrupted by a medical issue but we were there long enough to enjoy the very well equipped kitchen, the breezy/shaded porch area for reading and relaxing, the well appointed living spaces and bathroom. The 3 block walk to the beach was easy and comfortable, and the sand and waters were gorgeous. We didn't have time to enjoy the pool but it provides an additional water option and was lightly attended by the other residents.
We would agree that you have easy access to shopping and dining - the longest walk was 10 minutes to the grocery store -and that no car is needed. Both van rides (shared with a least one additional party each direction) from the airport were totaled about the cost of one day of a car rental. You are about 20 minutes from the airport.
We were most surprised by the constant nature of the weather in January as we watched forecasts both before and during our trip. It never seemed to get lower than 70 in the evening or warmer than 80 during the day - a contrast to the unpredictable January weather of Florida. The air conditioning was rarely needed but available if you do.
Vanessa does an excellent job of communicating before and during the booking without being obtrusive and provides an excellent preparation for the condo. She has also been very kind, with our shortened trip, in trying to retrieve a phone and other matters, and is attentive not only to the details of her property but to those that book with her.
If we get a chance to return to the island, we hope this spot will be available.

Awesome Stay in Turks
We are very pleased with every aspect of our stay at Carpe Diem. Bobby and Vanessa are great hosts, and the condo has 100% everything you need. Stayed at over 10 VRBO Units in several places, and none have been more thoughtfully appointed and set up for a great stay. You can get a car, but dont need one. We walked all over due to the great location ojf the Unit. We spent long lazy mornings drinking coffee on the patio, and having the Gourmet Grocery Store near by is awesome. Thursday night fish fry is a must, but take a taxi.... best $20 i ever spent to get there. Love this place , we will be back for sure

Absolutely AMAZING!
This was by far one of the most relaxing vacations I've experienced. The communication with Vanessa was outstanding. Prior to booking our stay, she answered all of our questions quickly and effectively . Once our stay was book, she periodically checked in to make sure they had our travel arrangements and then sent over our check in information. WOW, detailed is an understatement. I can't imagine any one would have any questions upon arrival. The check in packet was explicit in every way.
The property is immaculate! Stylish and inviting. From the moment we walked in, it felt like "home". They layout is fluid and airy. Inside, everything is exactly where we were told it would be. Every amenity was thought of my Vanessa and Bobby. They truly made is a home away from home. The teardrop patio chairs are so comfy. I now how to purchase one for my husband at home :-). And in a perfect location. Just a few minutes walk from the beach, restaurants, and shopping. Nothing is too far away if you don't have a car. We did rent a car and there was ample parking.
We absolutely LOVED our stay and would recommend not only this area, but this condo to anyone looking to stay in the Grace Bay area.

I've been to Turks and Caicos several times and have stayed at other locations as well as Carpe Diem but not this particular unit. I arrived late so did not have contact with the property manager but did receive a check-in email from Vanessa. Everything about the unit was perfect! Supplies were greater than expected, the unit was spotless and very well appointed and comfortable. While they do not charge extra for air conditioning at this time I found I only needed AC at night and during the day if I stayed in, the condo was perfectly comfortable without AC and just using the ceiling fans. I come to Turks and Caicos every two years with a large group of friends and I will definitely book Carpe Diem Unit # 102 again!

Amazing ‘Home Away from Home’
ThIs property is top notch. From the decor, to the attention to details, to every item provided that could be needed, to the cleanliness, to the speedy response from owners, this super cute and spacious condo met our needs. The kitchen offered every gadget ever needed and was user friendly. The two swinging chairs on the screened in patio were so fun to sit for chatting and reading. The two reserved loungers at the beach and umbrella sealed the deal for us on this property, which provided us hours of time on the beach. Thanks for making our first Vrbo experience amazing!

Awesome getaway
What a great property! It was all that it was advertised to be and more. Location was the perfect for walking to great dining, shopping and exploring the beach....no need for a rental car.
Owners were very prompt and quick to reply to any questions we had and Herb (property manager) was so helpful. Within minutes of arriving he was at our door to welcome us to the property and show us everything we needed to know. He even drove us to the local grocery to pick up a few things for the week. Awesome guy!
This is a property we will definitely come back to whenever we return to the island. The owners and management really deliver!!!

Great Stay in Grace Bay
We had a fantastic time in Turks and Caicos. The owner was very responsive and easy to get ahold of. Arrival instructions were very clear and easy to follow. Property managers were close by and always accessible by phone. We had one slight issue upon arrival with some water leaking from the unit above. Property manager arrived within 2 minutes of my phone call and got it cleaned up right away. Owner followed up multiple times to apologize for the inconvenience and ensure we were taken care of. Also gave us a gift card to a local beach bar to ensure our stay got better. There were so many bars, restaurants, and shops just steps from the condo. Beach was a very short 5 minute walk and the turquoise water and white sand were well worth it. And the bonus of our two private lounge chairs was a great touch. We didn’t see more than 1 or 2 other guests at the property and always had the pool to ourself. Condo was well stocked, updated, and very clean. In unit washer and dryer Seamed brand new and were very convenient to have. Overall would highly recommend staying at Carpe Diem 102
Quick notes on the island
-Taxis are about $14-16/per person no matter where you go. In hindsight we should have rented a car.
-Everything on the island is about 3-4 times what you would pay in the states. It doesn’t matter if you eat out or shop at the grocery store, it’s expensive.
-Our two favorite things, aside from laying on the beach, were the Thursday night fish fry and a wave runner tour of different islands
