Nestled in Poinciana, this attractive house for $202 per night is a great option for your next vacation. For all new reservation from February 2022 we have FREE pool heating - no extra fee to pay. The pool is set to heat to 86. For your safety we have a key-less coded door entry - allowing you to drive directly to the property so you do not need to check in at an office, and no Keys needed We wish to let our guests know - DUE TO COVID - 19 CONCERNS - Our cleaners are taking extra care to disinfect all high contact surfaces in line with CDC recommended policies. For new reservations ( dated from Sept 2020 ) - we have adjusted our cancellation policy to the most flexible option offered by the site - RELAXED - and continue to offer this t all new reservations. Travelers who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they reservations between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund. For groups who can travel, we are providing a safe and private space for families who wish to take a break thru this difficult time from the restrictions in their home state/country, or perhaps taking a vacation that was cancelled earlier in the year. All our homes have a HEATED private pool, fully screened, just for you to enjoy - no contact with other groups - plus the homes are spacious, fully equipped, for all group members to relax, enjoy family time, or perhaps are “working from home” Or have online education, and can utilize the high speed wifi. Grocery stores continue to be open in our area, and provide deliveries or curbside pick up as do restaurants. The property is a short 20 minute drive from these attractions and 40 mins from the airport. Located on a 1/4 acre lot the pool is private, the pool is always heated - set to 86 and included in the nightly rate - no extra pol heat fee to pay!! This home has many upgrades - 2 king beds, granite counter tops, 3 bathrooms, games rooms, table football - “cat in the Hat” themed twin room, 5 SMART TVs etc along with upgraded patio furniture, and a gas BBQ is available to rent, delivered right to your deck. The home has a large floor plan - 2,300 sq ft. The property is under a 24 hour management program, licensed by the state of Florida. New - this home has free free long distance calls, includes Canada. This is quite a plus for our out of state and overseas guests. We have also added FREE HIGHSPEED INTERNET ACCESS and spectrum streaming cable - access your own Netflix account or similar streaming services for the 5 smart TV’s .

Nice quiet area, we enjoyed our stay a world recommended this property. We had lots more room than we needed it would be especially good for a large family.

Overall the property is fantastic! This neighborhood is amazingly quiet and serene. It needs a touch of exterior lighting but it’s a beautiful and comfortable :) I do want to let the manager know though that the Keurig in kitchen is broken- we tried 4 different outlets and it wouldn’t turn on. And there is a cut in the screen surrounding the pool- not sure when it was made but it’s on the side closest to the garage.

Again enjoyed this quiet located and well maintained villa. Loved the location and the private pool with pool heat. Still our best home in the proximity of Kissimmee/Orlando to go to theme parks and other places.

Stayed at this property for 10 days - property was as shown in photos. Immaculately clean (kudos to the cleaners), communication with management was great. Nice, quiet neighbourhood. If I was returning to this area of Florida again, I'd likely stay here.

We enjoyed our time at the house. We have two boys who are high functioning on the autism spectrum, so it was great to come back to the house and play in the pool after the days at Universal and Disney’s Hollywood Studios. It’s a nice quiet neighborhood with good privacy between the back door neighbors, unlike most other VRBO places I looked at beforehand. I had booked a different place originally, but that owner had to cancel our reservation due to a pipe leak under the foundation that needed fixing immediately. So I guess we were meant to stay here. I was really glad I was able to book this place with less than a month before our trip. This is a nice little gem with a great property manager. I noticed a couple things that needed attention, so I messaged Michelle right away. I wanted to make sure we didn’t get charged for something we didn’t do. Michelle was quick to get back to me and reassured me. One of the bedrooms had a cracked and broken blind, and Michelle told me the owner had been working on replacing blinds but hadn’t gotten to that one yet. The covered lanai was a fantastic way to be outside without having to be in the direct sun, and it was great to have pool heat included in the price. There are different floaty options for kids and adults, and plenty of seating options on the lanai. It was also great having a door from the lanai that led directly into the master bathroom, and one on the other side that led into a guest bathroom.

Everything was nice. Everything worked as it should. Everything was clean. The kids loved the pool. Once we figured out where things was, it was easy to travel. We have been to Florida 3 times, and this house was the favorite so far.

OUR STAY WAS VERY ENJOYABLE. THE NEIGHBORHOOD WAS VERY QUIET AND WE WERE ABLE TO RELAX AS WAS OUR PLAN. THE POOL ADDED TO OUR RELAXATION VACATION. WE WERE ABLE TO PLAN SEVERAL MEALS WITH THE APPLIANCES THAT WERE SUPPLIED AT THE HOUSE. OVERALL WE LOVED THE HOUSE AND PLANS ARE TO RETURN TO FLORIDA NEXT YEAR.

Let me start by saying this place was AMAZING, clean and Michelle's responsiveness and communication was professional and quick! My girls LOVED the room (Dr. Seuss) and literally every corner you turned there was a bathroom (I loved it). Both bathroom are connected to the pool which is great because after a nice swim you can go throw the bathroom instead of going through the house and wetting the floor. The heated pool WAS EVERYTHING ! It helped a lot because even though the weather was a little nippy we didn't even feel like because the pool was so warm. They had board games and even extra remote for the t.v's. I LOVED that they had strollers for the little ones (super thoughtful) I used it to go to SeaWorld and to the WorldFood Truck. God willing we should be back in August.

Evans Drive house is awesome and located in a quiet neighborhood. It has the best gathering areas, a huge Master Suite plus 3 other bedrooms. The heated pool is always at 84 degrees and very clean. The home boasts 6 televisions with a separate game room. The kitchen was large and had updated appliances. Our Agent was the Best we've ever experienced. If you're looking at a home near Disney this one is top notch.

Great area in a quiet neighborhood. Everything we wanted to do was less than 30 minutes away; including all the Disney parks. The pool and outdoor space were great. Some of the kitchen items needing replacement (coffee maker and electric tea kettle) but overall we had everything we needed.

The house is beautiful. Just remember to bring your own cleaning supplies and trash bags! We knew to bring our own toilet paper but we didn’t know we would have nothing to clean with whatsoever. But overall amazing weekend and amazing property

Really enjoyed our stay. Grandbabies loves the swimming. House was in good condition for us. Only issue was need more then 1 trash can but spoke to owner. We would stay again

The house does exactly what is says on the tin! Large, comfortable, well-stocked home in a relaxed part of the town surrounded more by residential properties than holiday lets. The best part was having Michelle as manager as she was very responsive in sorting out minor issues, not least the fact that we had a huge storm that prevented us from heading to the Gulf Coast and she organized for us to stay a few further nights before our departure. Meanwhile, she was lacking running water and power in her own home! Amazing.
