About this villa rental
Nestled in Poinciana, this charming villa for $235 per night is a great option for your next vacation. This villa is fully air-conditioned and has 4 nice size bedrooms. Master bedroom has a king-size bed, walk-in wardrobe, en-suite with walk-in shower, bath, twin sink dresser, and toilet. The second bedroom has a large built-in wardrobe, en-suite with shower bath and toilet. The third bedroom has a double bed built-in wardrobe with a bathroom opposite with shower, bath sink and toilet. The fourth bedroom has twin beds with built-in wardrobe and shares the bathroom opposite with the third bedroom. There is a large family room with very comfortable L shaped settee, with a separate settee in the quiet alcove. There is a large TV, stereo unit, and book library. This villa has a well equipped modern kitchen with everything you are likely to need for your catering. There is a dining room with a table that seats eight. The pool area has a large pool ( villa pools in Florida are normally very small) 35foot long with spa, both can be heated if required. Please note there will be an additional charge for the pool and spa to be heated. If you choose to pay the additional cost the pool/Spa will be heated to 86 degrees. Pool side furniture is available. Now free Tennis courts on site.

Nice clean place, easy communication with host and property manager, equipped with everything needed for the family. Dollar General around the corner had everything else needed in terms of extra soaps toiletries and condiments for an extended stay. Nice family friendly location.

We stayed here for two weeks in Sept 23 and loved every minute. The villa is spacious, well looked after and has everything you need to feel like you are home from home. The outside space was fabulous. Loved nothing more than an early morning coffee looking out over the lake, or a dip in the pool at the end of busy day at the parks. Would recommend this villa and would stay here again. Thank you.

Good sized 4 bed villa. Pool bigger than most Floridian villa pools. Big master bedroom recently updated with useful walk in wardrobe for all of your suitcases, large bathroom and separate WC. Great 3rd & 4th bedrooms with bathroom at other end of the villa for another family if several families sharing. Great views & wildlife around lake. Deb the owner was very good at answering queries & Diane & Gary from the management company were great too, very responsive when needed. Any issues resolved quickly. Would highly recommend.

We had received the wrong access code for the driveway and could not get in. Fortunately, a very nice neighbour came and allowed us to drive through the gate and told us the correct code. The code for the front door, was fortunately correct.
The house is a bit outdated and needs some repairs and cleaning. Unfortunately the bottom of the pool and hot tub was very dirty. The pool service did not come until the second to last day of our departure. After that, the pool floor was clean, now the water was cloudy. Therefore, we were not able to use the pool. There are some cracks in the netting above the pool where leaves fall and insects get in. The dates of the rubbish collection are not correct, a neighbour told us that the rubbish collection comes when it wants, so it is best to always put the rubbish out ;)
Unfortunately, we could not reach the property management by phone, and no one called us back.
The theme parks can be reached within 40 minutes and Orlando is also about 50 minutes away. The Kennedy Space Center is highly recommended and can be reached in just over an hour.
There is everything you need in the area. Different supermarkets, outlet centres, shopping centres, restaurants, snack bars and pubs.
We felt very safe in this residential area and the neighbourhood is also very nice and helpful.

We stayed here for just over 2 weeks, great communication from both the owners and the property managers. It was spacious and clean, the pool was huge and due to the way it was situated, very private, there was no property looking in directly from either side like we have had in the past and the outlook was amazing over the lake. Can’t recommend it enough.

The night before we left we thought about changing the address on the house so the next person would not be able to find it and we would be able to stay longer. Third time we have stayed here and the place is great. Management keeps the place clean and the owners are super people always available to answer questions. Hope we can get the house again. Len

I’m in love with this home, we had an amazing and loving time here with my hubby and kids, for the first time it was cold this year do to the weather but we enjoy the pool the entire time, is so comfortable and plenty of rooms. Everything was near by and the view in the pool area was amazing, I took pictures everyday.
When we first got there the pool was cold but I called the their maintenance guy and he was so nice and sweet and came right away and got it fix.
The only thing is that the pool heater is from 7 to 7 so it will turn off at 7 pm, and u have to put the pool cover everyday and take it out the next day so the pool stays warm. Other then that I loved it here, we didn’t want to leave. Ty so much for Deb the owner for always getting beck when I need it, she is amazing. u won’t regret ur stay here. I will stay again❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️💯❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

We just finished staying at this home for the last 8 days and can’t wait to come back! The location is not far from the parks (about 30-40 min) and is in a nice quiet neighborhood. We loved the pool and hot tub and the view was awesome. The owner Deb was super responsive whenever we had questions prior to arriving. Definitely recommend this home.

Nice Villa with everything you need for a comfotable stay.
Could do with a few upgrades to make it a 5*.
Pool area needs painting, bathrooms need a refresh, dining table is getting old.
I think the management team are a bit cheeky asking that you wash you're sheets etc before you leave, but generally enjoyed the stay.

What a great time we had at this Villa. The house was perfect for the 7 of us. Everyone got their own bed. Beautiful and spacious and the pool with the lake was awesome. My girls enjoyed swimming everyday all day. My husband enjoyed the hot tub and scanning the lake for the alligator. The wild life is incredible around the house. Everything was great family says best vacation house yet. Now for the heated pool lol, we are New Yorkers and always cold so when the pool was like bath water we assumed it was normal. It was not lol. Gary from management was over and said nope not suppose to be that hot. We laughed about it. Gary and his wife were awesome and very sweet people. Thank you all

My family of 5 visited with my mother. The space was perfect as we had rooms and space for everyone, as well as enough bathrooms for the adults to have private baths. The neighborhood was safe and clean. You would need to rent a vehicle to visit the local attractions but we liked being separate from the busy spots of the theme park area.

Perfect place to stay with kids, parents, and grandparent!

We have communicated with Deb and Les a number of times and they always get back to us to answer any questions and they are always concerned that the people are satisfied with their stay at their home.

My family loved this house. First, this home was one of the cleanest I’ve ever stayed in. That’s a big deal and sadly a lot of cleaning services don’t seem to do a good job on vacation rentals, so that is really the first thing I had to acknowledge.
The neighborhood was quiet, it was easy to get into the neighborhood and the house. The pool was awesome, my kids loved it. The washing machine and dryer work fantastic, which is great for people like me who like to wash clothes on vacation to keep from bringing a as much.
The kids enjoyed the park, right up the street.
Any questions I had were answered quickly, which I appreciate so much. My kids have already asked when we can stay there again. It will be the first home I check from now on when we are planning to head to Disney. The drive isn’t that bad, we live in the country and are used to driving at least 10-20 minutes to get a grocery store so being about 10 minutes from those on vacation is fine with me. The drive to the parks was not bad either. This home really was awesome for a family of 5, and could easily accommodate a family with several more kids. Everyone had their own space to spread out.

Myself, my wife, my Mom-in-law, my daughter, her husband and their 2 year old daughter were looking for a relaxing vacation and get-a-way after the last year. The place was the perfect answer for us. Just far enough away to find quiet and enjoy the awesome view of the lake from the pool, yet close enough to enjoy all that the Orlando area has to offer. Would definitely go there again!
