Nestled in Kissimmee, this charming villa for $482 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. This is a beautiful 7 bedrooms / 5 full and 2 half bathrooms. The home is perfectly located in the quiet gated community of Cumbrian Lakes. The home has a fabulous view of one of the lakes in the community which is south facing. This house has just been upgraded with all new furniture and has plenty of room to sleep for 16 people. The bedding includes 3 king size bedding, 1 queen size that all have their own bathrooms. The three twin beds share two bathrooms. Twin bedding are all decorated with Disney theme. All rooms have new flat screen LED T.V. 28-32 inch. They all have cable in each room and DVD player in the bigger rooms. The living room has a leather couch and love seat with a 55 inch Led T.V. with close to 1000 channels availability. The pool area has a spa attached to it and has a pool heater for a small extra charge. We have installed an automated spa activator for your convenience March/2015. It has plenty of space to sit and take the sun on those fabulous Florida sunny days. The pool area is also enclose with a lanai to keep any small intruders away. My husband, our five children, two with spouses our grandchild and my mother all stayed at the house for a total of 11 and we still had an extra bedroom with two beds! Beautiful, quiet neighborhood within a gated community allthough the gates were never closed as long as we stayed which was 6 days. We had plenty of room and never felt like we were on top of eachother. Anything you would need is at the house and there is also a grill which we didn't use but was nice it was there if we wanted to. Conveniently located close to restaurants and shopping as well as Disney and Universal Studios. It was nice to come back from a long day at the parks and sit in the hot tub or take a swim. We had a great time in this home and made many memories that we will talk about for years to come!

Great instructions on how to find the villa and all codes needed etc which was appreciated after long flight. Well equipped and clean villa- had everything we needed. Lovely pool and got the sun almost all day. Had a couple of small queries with management company which were resolved very quickly. Would Love to return in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay even though we were hustling around Universal Islands of Adventure and Halloween Horror Nights. When we slowed down we were able to enjoy the home and the pool. Plenty of space for 9 adults to spread out and not be on top of each other and plenty of restrooms. I would definitely consider coming back for another stay and slow down a little to enjoy the house more.

It was very nice to be able to have my family all together in one unit. However closer attention should be placed on those assigned to ensuring that the linens on each and Every bed have been changed prior to next guest check in. It was very convenient to have on site laundry.

The property was as described. The owner and property management company were very accommodating and readily available. The property could have been cleaner. There was long hair on the linen and towels. Not all of the bathrooms and toilets were as clean as I would like them. The home came fully equipped. There was nothing that we needed that wasn't provided. The flies were uncontrollable. Overall, I do recommend the property because the things mentioned can be fixed. We were there for 6 nights. We felt safe and it was truly like being at home away from home.

We enjoyed our stay. The house had plenty of kitchen items. The handheld can opener needs to be replaced ,rusty and didn't work .The electric can opener was missing the magnetic piece to hold can, but did get it to work.I suggest you replace both. Overall we enjoyed location to parks and pool area. We didn't use the game room to busy.

House could have been a little cleaner. Dirty bedding, dirty floors, towels smelled of mildew. Great neighborhood though. Check in and check out was fairly easy. Host did communicate well and promptly.

Had this trip planned a couple years ago but Covid disrupted it. Thanks to the owner for allowing us to keep it. We really enjoyed our time here, looking forward to next year doing it again. Close to everything, quiet community, and friendly people.

This is my third time that I have rented with Salvo directly. May I mention that the Owner has upgraded this home every time I have rented. This time around he replaced all bedroom floors from carpets to floating floors, painted all the upstairs bedrooms and changed the game rooms tables. This home is impeccable and must see to believe. Very clean and comfortable. Close to all the Disney parks and fabulous rear pool area. A must see and stay if you are considering to stay close to the Disney theme parks. Thanks Salvo to make our vacation the most enjoyable one, again! I have already reserved for next year.

We were a group of 16 and we all had our own space. Every room has practically a bathroom attached. The kitchen was fully furnished with plenty of utensils, pots and pans, dishes and glasses. Everything was in its proper place. As we came in the home it was super clean. The home is situated within the quiet and gated community. Salvo, the owner, was a pleasure to work with. The pool area was really a charm, facing south we always had plenty of sunshine. It was also facing a beautiful lake. I am already planning our next vacation. Everything was immaculate. This home was the best home we have rented. We have rented several homes in the past and I must say it out-beats all the homes we have rented the same area. Clean and very practical layout. The pool was heated and we had so much fun with the kids. Very close to Disney and quiet gated community. Everything was very clean and all bedding are comfortable. I love love love this condo!! I cannot say enough good things about this condo. We stayed here over Thanksgiving week with our family (12 people) and this was the perfect place. We could have comfortably fit more people in the condo in fact. Everyone had their own room that wanted their own room. The younger kids shared rooms comfortably and everyone had their own bathroom (there are SO many bathrooms in this condo). The enclosed patio with the pool was amazing! The condo is so clean and very nicely decorated. The kids LOVED the game room. It is around 20 minutes from Disney World so it was the perfect distant. It was so nice to be able to come back from the parks at night and have our own space to relax in comfortably. We loved having a full kitchen and the appliances are beautiful. We saved so much money on food by eating at the condo and bringing food with us to the park. The only thing I could say about the condo is the hot tub was never hot and we couldn't figure out how to make it work. But I will say that there was a number to call if there were issues with the hot tub and we did not call it because we really didn't care about the hot tub much. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone! We are definitely renting this condo again in the future!!
