Even though the snow gods did not shine during our weekend, there is so much to do at Snowater that we had an amazing time anyway. There are trails by the river, swimming, basketball, racquetball, pool, ping pong, movies, real fireplace. It was great despite low snow levels. Thank you for a great stay!

My friends and I were super impressed with the property, way cleaner and cozier than it looked in the photos. It's close to a river with a lovely walk along the shoreline. The amenities on the property are also super fun, the old cottage on the property is especially charming. And the sauna and bathtub in the condo felt very luxurious!

Beautiful location with amazing grounds and condo amenities. The unit itself was decent enough, but had a major problem with ants. The dishwasher didn’t really work and the bedding could use some updating.
Everything else was great. The rooms were spacious and quiet. The kitchen was small, but efficiently laid out. The living room had ample space and a beautiful window seat that everyone enjoyed sitting in to read.
The property is surrounded by the Nooksack river and the sound of the rapids was soothing to fall asleep to. The pool and game rooms had been reopened by time we got there- they had previously been closed due to COVID. You can even follow the condo path along the river to access the Horseshoe bend trail.
One bit of advice would be to buy groceries before you get there. The shopping options are few and far between.

The community was amazing. Tennis courts, 2 indoor swimming pools, and trails. It is only at 25-30 minute drive up to Mt. Baker. I wish we had brought more lotion because it was quite dry up in the mountains and in the condo. They had plenty of videos for kids and adults and also had Netflix which was great. I would say that the dishwasher may not be working the best-it didn’t quite clean everything so I washed everything by hand. The location was great though and the company was very responsive. You do have to pick up the key in Maple Falls, but they do allow you to drop off the key at a nearby grocery store. We had a great time overall.

Great location. Needs updates
There are lots of games and puzzles which is good because there is no wifi. The units at snowwater have not seen updates in a long time which makes it feel less clean but location to Baker makes up for that.

Great ski getaway
condo was perfect for a family with two teens. Property is gorgeous; common areas weren't open due to pandemic but trails were lovely and access to Baker was great!

Great access to Mt. Baker
We stayed here with our 3 kids (8, 6, and 3). It is a great place to stay with a family. They have kids games and plenty of space with the 3 bedrooms. The views from living room and master bedroom into the forest and river are great with panoramic windows. It is super convenient to be able to wash laundry in your unit with 3 kids hiking in the snow so lots of wet gear. Everything you need to cook in the kitchen comes in handy as there are few dining options in this area. Highly recommend! We did not run out of hot water as previous reviewer mentioned, but there were just 5 of us. I’d stay there again for sure.

Nice condo. But Hot Water Runs Out
Have to say two and a half Stars. The condo was real nice and everything. But we ran out of water every day taking showers. Not enough hot water for more than 3 or 4 people. Condo sleeps 8
