Located in Miramar Beach, this lovely house for $2,573 per night is a great option for your next break. Las Olas has been masterfully updated in 2023. In addition to adding a brand new full bathroom, the interior has a new neutral paint color throughout, adding cohesiveness and bringing a light, airiness to the whole house. The kitchen has all new gorgeous quartz countertops, bright, white cabinets, updated lighting, fixtures and barstools - adding a modern, clean feel. Gorgeous wood-look flooring has been installed throughout the second and third floor. All of the bathrooms have been updated with new showers, tiles, vanities, and flooring. The primary bathroom has been beautifully redesigned with a new glass shower enclosure, stand alone soaking tub, new floors, fixtures, and lighting. Come experience luxury on the beach at the all new Las Olas! More about Las Olas: Las Olas is a beachfront vacation rental in Miramar Beach, Florida right on the Gulf of Mexico. The white-sand beach and emerald-green water will be right at your door when you stay at this luxury rental! There is a private beach walk off the back deck that leads you to the shore. From March to October, three sets of beach chairs will be provided and set up by the beach attendant. You can also spend time relaxing in your own private pool while looking out at the beach. The beachfront pool is on the side of the home under a lanai that provides shade to keep you cool during the hot summer. During the winter, the pool can be heated upon request. Inside the home, there are eight bedrooms (three offer gulf views), four and a half bathrooms, two living areas, a gourmet kitchen, and a gulf-view dining area. All three floors of the home are serviced by an in-home elevator. The first floor houses the primary living areas including a cozy living room with two plush sofas (one doubles as a sleeper sofa), a wet bar with a mini fridge and beverage prep station, and a flat-screen TV. Also on the first floor is the kitchen with white stone countertops, a double-wide sink, stainless steel appliances, an icemaker, an electric stove, coffee maker, crock pot, toaster, and blender. The cabinets are well stocked with all dishes, utensils, and cookware. The bar counter provides seating for four at bar stools. Dining can also take place at the rustic wooden table with seating for eight. While dining, guest can enjoy looking out at the beach through the dining area's large windows. The second floor houses a secondary living area with a sleeper sofa, futon and flat screen TV. Off of the living area is a full bath with a combination shower/tub. The bedrooms on the second floor include a bunk room perfect for children, two guest suites, and two queen suites with private balconies overlooking the beach. Rounding out the second floor is a large laundry room with GE appliances. The third floor is home to two more queen suites that share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. The final bedroom on the third floor is the luxurious master suite. The master offers a king bed, a love seat, a flat-screen TV with a sound bar, DVD player, and DVR. From the master suite, step out onto your own private balcony with the best views from anywhere in the house of the Gulf. The master also has its own private bathroom with dual sinks, soaker tub, standalone shower, and private water closet. Off of the master bath is a walk-in closet that doubles as a second laundry room. Las Olas is just a short distance away from shopping and dining venues such as the Destin Commons and the famous Whales Tail Bar and Grill. The property has nice bedrooms with a selection of different size beds and multiple pull out couches. The living space and kitchen are quite small to accommodate all the guests. Kitchen has basic supplies but was lacking in the pots and pans department. Very close to the beach with nice views from the kitchen and different balconies. Fireplace does not work.

Our main concerns were safety of the toddlers. The front door does not latch so one of our 2 year olds opened the door and wandered onto the driveway. Also, there needs to be an alarm on the back door (as well as front) to safeguard little ones from wandering out back and into the pool. But we LOVED how there were many amenities within walking distance. The house was perfect size for our group and you couldn't beat the distance from the beach.

House was fine, however the beach is supposedly private but with no sign indicating private we were constantly asking people from to move. I noticed our neighbors had the same problem.

The property was perfect for what we were looking for. Unfortunately we were there when they closed the beaches. So the kids could not get in the water. The rental itself was very reasonable. But the VRBO fees were ridiculous. The same amount as the rental itself. We will not use them again. We will go straight to the rental company.

Only two suggestions for the home owners: Put a mirror in each bedroom. The only mirrors were in the shared bathrooms, made it tricky for the gals trying to get ready at the same time! Put some kind of felt pads on the bottom of the kitchen chairs. The noise scooting them on the tile floor was really loud! Other than that, a perfect beach getaway!

This beachhouse was amazing, so much room...loved the setup! Enough room for our group of 14, even had room for a few more!
Enjoyed being right on the beach, the cabana boys that came and set up our beach chairs and umbrella's, and took them in, having an icemaker was a huge plus. Very close to anything and everything! The 4 bikes were a plus. When calling in
Only had a few things that would make it less stressful... some type of latch on the front door, youngins could easily get out and get hit by the heavy traffic. The back patio needs some type of light, lower back door won't latch, (stuck).pool has too much chloring, surrounding sound on lower level TV wasn't working.shelving in refrigerator.
Let guests know to take trash bin to road on trash pick up days.

Beautiful house with an amazing beach front view
This was the 2nd year in a row that my family and extended family stayed at Las Olas. The house is beautiful, clean and has plenty of space for our family of 18 people. Our favorite thing about this house is that it is right on the beach! This was a huge selling point for our family as it give you the freedom to come and go on and off of the beach with ease without hauling a bunch of stuff. I hightly recommend this property!

Everything was wonderful except the rusted table on the deck. One of our family members cut their toe on the rust and had to get medical attention on vacation. The house is perfect for a large group. Very neat and clean. Thanks so much!

This awesome house has it all! The beautiful beach and the ocean are right at your back deck. The bedrooms are very spacious, comfortable and relaxing with beach views from most of them. The house was perfect for our large group of 20 people of all ages. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking in and it is close to many restaurants, some even in walking distance. The extra den on the second level is just outside the bunk room and just right for the kids. Our kids loved having their own space. The master suite is amazing and the elevator is a life saver! Believe me, you will love this beach house and will not want to leave at the end of your stay at Los Olas!!!

Okay house that is too close to public beach access for the price
The house was nice and very close to the water, although the den was surprisingly small for a place that sleeps 22, and the king mattress needs replacing. Our main issue was the location: 2-3 doors down from public beach access - which meant fighting to protect our beach space each day from the day-trippers and across-the-streeters. It would have been nice if that was disclosed prior to payment.
These public access beachgoers had no qualms setting up their tents/chairs in front of ours (which we learned must be set up before 7am each day if you want beach space in front of the house you're actually staying in). Unfortunately, there are no rules or enforcement against this.
The water and beach were beautiful, but next time we will go back to the much less crowded Seagrove, FL. This turned out to be a disappointment for the price point.

GREAT WEEK!
This home was huge and extremely comfortable for our party of 20! We come to Miramar or Destin every year for vacation and this one was the best yet. Plenty of room for both entertaining and relaxing! The staircase from the back door to the beach was the DEFINITION of CONVENIENCE and nothing compares to a sunset along the Gulf coast. Can't wait for our return! THANK YOU Five Star for a one of a kind vacation!

Las Olas by the Sea!
This was our first trip to Destin and wow! The ocean is so beautiful and definitely an amazing sight to see.
The house is also amazing and was very comfortable. With 17 of us under one roof, we were never in each others way.
This was an amazing vacation and a great first trip to the area. Thank you for allowing us into your wonderful home. My family and I are already anxiously awaiting our return to Destin.
