WELCOME TO OUR TORREY SPRINGS TWO BEDROOM HOME Our home has over 415 - 5 Star reviews on multiply sites! Our two bedroom home is modern and cozy with an open layout your family and guests will love. Large windows and sliding glass doors allow you to experience every sunrise, sunset, starry nights and magnificent scenery without ever stepping outside. When you do step out, you step onto two large patios designed for your comfort, a place to relax, read or to entertain. As you dine, the balmy breezes and red rock vistas just add to your enjoyment. For your privacy, the home has bedrooms and bathrooms on opposite ends. Main bathroom features a large, rain head shower and the other a jetted tub with shower. Each bedroom opens onto a private patio. The beds, mattresses and linens are of high quality for a good night’s sleep. For your convenience, we have a new stacking washer and dryer, if needed. If cooking is your passion, look no further. Our vacation home kitchen is complete. All new Stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and island. You’ll find all of the cooking tools you need from good, sharp knifes to quality pots and pans. The cupboards are filled with dishes, utensils and glasses, mixing bowls and the main staples – flour, sugar, coffee, spices, plus more. Included are top of the line coffee maker, tea pot, waffle iron, popcorn popper, pancake griddle, blender, mixer, etc. You’ll love preparing your meals as you look out the 8’ window to the creek below and the clouds forming over the Boulder Mountains. The east patio has a first-class, gas, BBQ with a beautiful wicker table that seats six. There are also two lounge chairs with ottomans for relaxing and watching for wild turkeys, rabbits, deer and elk that frequent the area. We enjoy our morning coffee watching the sun come up from this patio. The west patio and entrance to the house is best for the views of the red rock vistas and sunsets from the two lounge chairs and ottomans. Both patios are covered for year round enjoyment. Off the patio are gravity loungers for star gazing. We have all the electronics you’ll need – large screen cable TV, DVD/Blue Ray player along with movies, high speed Wi-Fi internet and wireless printer. Relax in front of the fireplace while watching the game or catch up on emails at the desk in the master bedroom. We are located minutes away from beautiful hiking and biking trails, National Forests, Torrey Town and its restaurants, bars and shopping, and the gateway to Capitol Reef National Park. Other Utah destinations like Grand Staircase Escalante National Monument, Bryce Canyon National Park, Zion National Park, Arches and Canyonlands National Parks and Lake Powell, are within hours drive making our home a perfect base camp. We stayed for 2 weeks. We truly enjoyed the house: it was so good to come back there after exploring the Capitol Reef National Park and its surroundings. The house is elegant, comfortable and bright, and views are fantastic. Linda and Martin pay attention to every detail, and beyond! It was so nice to meet both of them. We hope to come back soon!!!!

Outstanding rental in a quiet, tranquil neighborhood a short commute to Capitol Reef. Well designed home, spacious and bright. Large windows with great views. Decks on both sides of the home with comfy furniture for lounging after a day’s hike. On a scale of 1-10, this is an eleven!

If you are not completely inspired by the jaw-dropping views from each of the expansive windows in this home, you will be amazed at the various appointments, including a wonderfully appointed kitchen. The home is, in a word, perfect. Our vacation was made comfortable and relaxing by staying here and it is close to the national park as well as a grocery store/deli (there is a larger grocery 7 miles away). Our host thought of everything: coffee, tea, water and soft drinks, plus a drawer filled with herbs and spices and so much more. The favorite area for us is the large back deck where we relaxed, used the grill, ate and pondered the millions of stars in the night sky. What a wonderful place! We hope to go back again.

Hands down the nicest, cleanest, best stocked place we have ever rented, and we have rented many. Linda came to meet us and explained all the amenities. The home is spectacular and the views from every window are like a postcard. Would highly recommend this location.

The home is absolutely beautiful. Extremely clean, all new appliances, and very comfortable. The views from either of the two patios are incredible! The pantry was stocked with everything we needed to make food, and the drive to a nearby restaurant when we took the night off from cooking was also convenient.

This lovely home is perfect. The views from every window are just beautiful. The home is clean, well stocked and Linda made us feel so welcome. The beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms were like a spa
experience. Relaxing on the back porch that looks over a private canyon was magical. This is by far the best rental experience weve ever had. I cant wait to come back.

This is a great house to just be outside at. The stars at night were amazing in this Dark Sky Community. The humming birds at the kitchen window were so fun to watch. Both Linda and Martin were very nice.

Our family began our Natl Park roadtrip with our first stop here and what a great stay it was. Perhaps the most fully stocked VRBO we’ve ever stayed at and the cleanest too! Kudos on that as not every VRBO takes the same care and consideration. House is really cool and the views are awesome. My wife and I, and our kiddos really enjoyed it! Will most certainly be back again. Thank you Linda for being a gracious host and maintaining an impeccable home.

My husband and I are our two teenage kids adored our stay at this property! Luxurious yet humble and homey, we couldn't have asked for anything more. Linda was just the right amount of attentive and communicative to make you feel taken care of yet "left alone". The proximity to Capitol Reef is fantastic and there are several great restaurants in the immediate area. The Chuckwagon has an excellent hometown, country vibe and was perfect for the basic grocery essentials we required, plus the sandwich counter was epic for lunches and served up a great breakfast. We utilized the zero gravity chairs for star gazing at night and the patios for morning coffee and afternoon dozing. So perfect! I highly recommend and would stay again in a heartbeat. Book it.

This property was absolutely one of the very best places we have stayed. The owners are super great and friendly and they have fitted this rental with everything and anything you could want or need. No need to pack in anything for kitchen use. The views are amazing in every direction. The rooms are decorated beautifully and the spaces are well placed and plenty big. Stay here, you will not regret it.

What a beautiful location. I porch sat out front of a morning and we gathered on the back porch of an evening. Absolutely spectacular views. The house is cozy and we truly enjoyed the amenities. Would love to come back but for now I will cherish the memories and moments. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

This is hands down the nicest VRBO our family has ever stayed in. Beautiful clean property, all the amenities you need for cooking some nice meals, cozy fireplace, very comfortable beds and beautiful views off the front and back decks. Convenient to grocery store and restaurants, but in a quiet neighborhood which allowed us some peace and star gazing. Linda the host is so personable and kind and really made us feel welcome. We really enjoyed our stay. The layout of the house was great with the two bedrooms on either side with an open kitchen/living area in the center. The kitchen was very well-stocked with great cookware that made cooking our meals easy. Linda was very helpful, responding quickly when we had questions. We would love to stay here again in the future.

This was an excellent rental experience. Linda is the kind of hostess who has tried to anticipate any need a guest could have. The house is beautifully decorated and very clean and comfortable. Kitchen is well appointed and stocked with lots of staples and food/beverages. Gorgeous views from every window. Nice touches like cozy robes, extra towels and guide book/information on the parks and wildlife…Linda also gave good recommendations on hiking and scenic drives. Overall an outstanding experience. Wish we had booked the house for the whole week! Will definitely come back in warmer weather to take advantage of the patio/grill and local seasonal businesses and restaurants.

My husband and our two pups stayed here for a few days on our way south and as a stopover during the winter storm. The location is perfect for access to the park, a trail for walking the dogs on BLM right at the end of the road, and the house has literally everything you'd need to cook, relax and be comfortable. Would absolutely recommend!

If you want to get away, this is the spot. My husband and I had a quiet little New Years weekend in Torrey, and it was wonderful to have this modern, clean, and breathtaking home base. Sunrises and sunsets were amazing.

My husband and I have been renting from VRBO for many years. This property is one of the absolute best places I have stayed. The home is VERY well equipped...every kitchen gadget one could need on a vacation. The pantry was stocked with many items, the bathroom showers were good, hot and strong ( a must for my husband). We hiked, read books and watched the snow fall. We will be sure to come. Thank you

This was an amazing rental, best I've stayed at on VRBO and Airbnb combined.
Beautiful home, excellent views, and impressively stocked with non perishables and toiletries. The beds were like sleeping on marshmallows and the towels made me feel like I was in a spa.
Only two complaints: one, at 4'10" I was too short to reach the handheld shower in the master bath, it was rather high up. Two, apparently the entire town shuts down end of October; we had to drive 20 miles to get any kind of groceries since the general store was closed. Not the host's fault and the pantry was stocked well enough we could have made due, but just to give a heads up to anyone heading out in the winter.

This specially-built home has everything we like: quiet and peaceful location, scenic views, comfortable new furniture, and a large, modern, well-equipped kitchen (no hand-me-down appliances, cookware or utensils!), including a large assortment of fresh condiments, spices, and every other staple we could possibly want or need. Our host Linda came by after we arrived to make sure we understood the controls for the gas fireplace, HVAC system, TV, etc., and to offer any assistance we might need during our stay. Overall, this was our number one, top-of-the-line best VRBO experience; it will be hard to beat!

This rental is true perfection.
It’s about 15 minutes from Capitol Reef National Park and located in an area with beautiful views. The hosts have thought of all the needs of their traveler guests; the kitchen is wonderfully well-stocked. We spent hours lounging on the back deck, soaking in the peace and quiet. We loved it so much we made a snap decision to return for a longer stay next year.

Wow, this is such a terrific place to stay! We had everything we needed and many extras we didn't expect. The home was clean, spacious, well appointed, and bright. There were views for miles out every window. The home backs onto a wash and a beautiful butte. It was amazing to watch the rainy season storms and see how the red rocks changed. For the home, we especially liked the spice drawer and large fridge for cooking, the front deck for reading, and the back deck for dining and bird watching. We've been to Torrey many times, and this home was by far the best place for a relaxing vacation.
