OPEN CONCEPT LIVING/DINING/KITCHEN AREA No question where the main attraction is in this home - the huge, beautifully lit open plan living/dining/kitchen area. Here’s where you can all gather to celebrate just being together. Or maybe you’re here to mark a special family or friendship occasion. Either way, there’s room to relax on comfy couches and watch the HDTV with Roku. The dining table seats 11 guests, so you can all gather if you’re planning a big meal during your stay and celebrate together. The kitchen is a modern one (this is a brand new home after all). So expect to find modern countertops and plenty of storage space for your favorite foods. There’s also an oven, stovetop, microwave and dishwasher, all those essentials you take for granted at home are here. And that includes a washer dryer. After all, enjoying the great outdoors Southern Utah style can get clothes a little messy sometimes! 4 BEDROOMS You get a mix of double beds, a single bed and sleeper futons to choose from here, so there’s somewhere for everyone, young and old. And it’s a single level home remember, so no stairs to climb. Wherever you sleep, you’re sure to enjoy a restful night here, waking up refreshed and ready for a new day of adventures. 3 BATHROOMS Take your pick from tubs and showers when it comes to getting ready for a new day. All bathrooms in this brand new house feature modern suites. And there will be towels and toiletries from the host for all guests to use. THE SECOND HOUSE – Sleeps 3 Ideal if someone in your group wants a separate space to enjoy a little peace and quiet during your stay. This annex has a separate entry door, plus 1 bedroom and a bathroom, its own kitchen and a family room with a sleeper sofa. Separate booking OUTSIDE Enjoy the scenic views of Southern Utah through every window and from the covered porch and outdoor benches provided. There are plenty of outdoor activities to keep guests entertained too. Why not play volleyball or badminton using the court and net provided? You can also play corn hole and horse shoe. We had such a fun time staying there! The house was very clean and very well put together. There was plenty of space and we spent most of the time playing card games. The hosts were very polite and very kind. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely home definitely our best VRBO rental. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and easily accommodated our 4 families 10 persons total. Great location for hiking in Capital Reef and there’s so much to do and see. Jared was very nice and allowed us to check in early. Would love to come back. Highly recommended this house.

A group of us stayed at this house while attending a music festival in Torrey. The location was perfect. We all had side by sides and could leave directly from the property and experience some beautiful landscapes! It was amazing. The accommodations were perfect!! Definately will stay again!

Everything was as described -- the kitchen was well equipped, plenty of towels, TP, paper towels, etc. The only issue we had was with temperature in the rooms since there are individual units in each room. The owners were responsive to our requests for assistance.

This home is so spacious and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well appointed and had everything we needed for the week. The pictures are great but don’t do it justice- so much nicer in person.Such a lovely large great room/dining/kitchen space. The four bedrooms are all a nice size. Two of the bedrooms have access to a Jack and Jill bathroom which is nice for families. A third bedroom has an on suite bathroom that has another door to the hallway so it’s accessible to everyone. This home is perfect for large family gatherings, though it’s remote(well stocked little grocery in town) it’s very peaceful and quiet. We hit many national parks from this location and enjoyed the scenic views.

We loved our stay! This was a beautiful barndo with great style. It for all 11 of us comfortably. Jared was responsive to all of our messages and was great to work with. We will keep this on our favorites list and come back again! Our only suggestion is to have larger blankets for the fold out beds.

This was the perfect spacious property for our family of adult children to stay for our weekend getaway. We had almost everything we needed while staying here. We enjoyed our time very much and spent the evenings playing games together at the large kitchen table. My only critique would be is that the main area got cold in the evenings and we had no way to control the heat. It would also be nice to have the yard fully fenced for dog to be let off leash. We made do and just took our dog out to the horse pen and let her off leash as she will not potty on leash. Overall a great place to stay and we would stay again.

Great location for Capital Reef. Hugh space. Very comfortable beds, well stocked for cooking. Loved the wood burning stove. Only suggestion is the addition of bedside lamps for bedtime reading. definitely recommended. One of the. best VRBO properties we have stayed in. great for family or friends group.

This accommodated my married kids and their kids. We came to Wayne county for a family reunion. We wish our schedule wasn’t so busy and we could have spent more time there. Nice big spacious living room and kitchen with nice bedrooms and bathrooms. Definitely would recommend and stay there again.

Overall experience was good. House was welcoming and updated. Location was where we wanted but surrounding area was not very “out of towner” friendly. Not very much shopping close and places closed early.

Convenient location for hiking front country at Capitol Reef. Kitchen was basic. We supplemented tools with a grater. Wifi was slow but adequate. Owner could have been more engaged with communication. Owner has total control of heat and cooling, which is set at 72F and somewhat noisy. Local grocery store has everything you might need. We might stay there again due to location.

Was skeptical based on the VRBO pictures but it turned out to be perfect for my family of 12. Close enough to Capital Reef to be there in about 30 minutes. Very well equipped kitchen. Will certainly stay there again if I need plenty of room.

Brand new, interesting and quirky metal home. Comfortable beds, everything works very well, spotless. Nice property for horses or other animals, volleyball net is set up, fire pit nearby. Within 15 miles of Capitol Reef NP and SR12, one of the best drives in the country. Oddly there are no usable closets nor hangers, rather lots of peg-hooks on the bedrooms walls. Wi-Fi was spotty at best, maybe due to the metal structure.

Clean home. Comfortable beds. Great house for our family of 5 adults and 2 children. Loved the layout. Didn’t spend much time at the house as there were day trips/hikes planned every day. Plenty of staple items to get you started. Wi-Fi was spotty but we were still able to do everything we needed to. If 13 people were staying there, you would need to figure out the hot water situation. Would definitely stay here again.
