About this house rental
Nestled in Omaha, this attractive house for $525 per night is a great choice for your next trip. This 3,000 sq ft, 4 BR, 2.5 Bath family-friendly home with finished basement is located in the West Omaha suburb of Bennington, NE. It has the feeling of country living, yet is close enough to all the amenities the city has to offer! Sleeps 10 comfortably in beds, but has room for up to 5 more when you include the sofa and multiple air mattresses we provide. An additional $50 housekeeping fee will be assessed if more than 10 guests due to the extra amount of laundry. * 2 minutes to the Barn at Ackerhurst Dairy Farm & A View on State (Conference & Wedding Venues) * 5 minutes to the closest grocery store & restaurants * 10 minutes to West Roads Mall and Village Pointe shopping * 20 minutes to Epply Airport, TD Ameritrade Park, Henry Doorly Zoo, CHI Events Center, Old Market, Orpheum Theatre and Ralston Arena. With serene views of a corn field in the back, including a deck, patio set with seating for four, Webber grill, kids play set, & fully fenced in back yard, this home is perfect for entertaining both inside & out. It's in a peaceful and safe neighborhood, with a cul-de-sac on one end of the street & a dead end at the other. Perfect for a family reunion, wedding party, or just a weekend getaway! This home has a spacious master bedroom with a king-sized bed, including a Serta pillow-top mattress and Pottery Barn bedding. One step into the on-suite bathroom and you'll feel like you're in a luxury spa! It includes an oversized bathtub, separate shower, dual his & hers sinks with vanity in-between, and a private water closet. The second bedroom contains a queen size bed with pillow top mattress, and a pack n’ play for little ones in the closet. The third bedroom is a girl’s room with a twin-size bed and twin trundle bed underneath. It also has a large solid wood dresser, and a comfortable gliding chair, which is perfect for reading bedtime stories or rocking little ones to sleep. The fourth bedroom is a boy’s room with a brand new solid wood full-size bed, pillow-top mattress, & Pottery Barn Kids desk with hutch purchased in Oct 2021. We also have a twin-size air mattress in the closet. The bedrooms are all upstairs, and there is also another full guest bathroom, and laundry room with front-load washer & dryer for guest use. The main floor has a spacious living room with new carpet in May 2019, a leather sectional, and a large wooden entertainment center, with a 55” flatscreen 4K Smart TV, Hulu + live tv, Disney +, Amazon Movies, X-box, board games, and lots of DVDs. The remainder of the first floor has hickory solid hardwood floors that were also installed in 2019. The kitchen has everything you'll need to host a proper dinner party, including pots, pans, crock pot, skillet, blender, toaster, can opener, coffee pot, plenty of cooking utensils, dishes, glasses & silverware. It was remodeled in March 2022 to expand the island with seating for up to four, add a new stainless steel sink, Delta faucet & granite countertops with tile backsplash!!! The adjoining dining room includes a solid wood table and chairs with seating for up to ten, and coordinating buffet with Pottery Barn dishes. In addition, there is also a half bath on the main floor. The finished basement has a queen size sofa sleeper with matching love seat, and a 55" smart TV. There is also a kids play area downstairs with tons of toys, puzzles, board games, and a kid-size table for two. The storage closet underneath the stairs contains an 8 foot long folding table, as well as a card table and eight folding chairs - perfect for entertaining large parties! This home also has a two car garage, and free WiFi. What more could you need? Just bring your suitcase and enjoy your stay! Disclaimer: This is our primary residence, and the majority of what we earn from renting it is invested back into our home in terms of maintenance or remodeling projects. We take pride in keeping our home looking nice and neat. We do have kids however, so things inevitably get broken or stained from time to time. We do our best to repair or replace things in an expedient manner, but on occasion, there are things we’re unaware of. On the flip side, we don’t sweat the small stuff if your kids do the same while staying in our home! (That’s what insurance is for).

The house was perfect for us as a place to stay for our son’s wedding with all of us arriving from out of state.
We were able to enjoy several meals together and use it as a base during the time leading up to the wedding and all of the associated events, and as a fantastic place to wind down the weekend.
Our 5 year old grandson exclaimed the basement playroom as “The best playroom ever!”

Perfect place for our 3 generation family to spend family time between outings! Played board games while others were napping. Easy to navigate to restaurants, zoo, Children’s Myseum, miniature golf and Strategic Air and Space Museum.

Had a great experience staying here. We came with 5 kids 12 and under, there were plenty of things to keep them occupied, I was glad that we didn’t have to pack any extra toys to bring with because there were already toys there. We felt safe in the neighborhood it was in and the house was very neat and clean. Definitely would recommend this place.

This property was a great fit for our family weekend. Plenty of beds, bathrooms and places to hang out. I don't think we have ever stayed in the home where it was the owners primary home. They provided toilet paper, paper towels, toiletries, and said we could use any items in the kitchen. So many games and toys for the grands to play with! Not to mention a fun playset and trampoline in the backyard. We spent two nice evenings on the deck and enjoyed playing games out there as well. We were there 4 nights and cooked 2 meals in and 2 meals out. Plenty of nearby restaurants to choose from. Our time was spent enjoying family time and the home we were staying at. We had a big storm our second night and, I mean big. 95 mph winds. Our hearts go out to the homeowners as they had siding ripped off on side of the house and we lost power for 7 1/2 hours. We also had a basketball hoop fall on our car. But, it did not dampen our spirits or time together. We would 100% recommend Liz and Ryan's home.

Excellent home for young families

If you have small kids, this is the place to rent. Lots of toys, great bedrooms, and a nice playset outside. The only downside is you can't get to the backyard from the deck.
