Welcome to Center Beach 2500 and thank you for visiting us! Our stunning 5 bedroom & 5 bath beach house has breathtaking ocean views and is only a few steps to tropical Fort Lauderdale Beach. We invite you to make Center Beach 2500 your home away from home.... we know you will enjoy it! We have had the good fortune of experiencing many top-rated hotels which has led us to be able to provide you with the 5-star service you know and deserve during your getaway. No detail goes amiss from the bed linens and mattresses, to our kitchen and outdoor pool- all the designs are reflecting of luxury. Center Beach property can accommodate a total of 14 sleepers. We invite you to unwind outside on the beautiful covered patio as you look out onto your very own tropical oasis. With a large hot tub that waterfalls into the pool, 3 fountains on the east side of the pool, and bubble jets-there is no better place to relax. The pool also has a barrier fence that can be installed to protect the little ones if informed in advance. If you are in the mood for grilling out, there is a Weber Natural Gas Grill. The gas grill has a side burner and a sear feature for your steaks. The patio is excellent for entertaining, as there is a six-top table, 2 chaise lounge chairs and 2 patio chairs. Escape after a long sun filled day to the upstairs master suite with a majestic ocean view. The king size bed is waiting for you with a mattress and linens of the highest quality, you’ll feel like you’re in the Ritz Carlton! The room is equipped with a 55-inch LCD TV. Professionally designed walk-in closet is spacious and organized with hangars and a luggage rack. The bathroom has a walk-in that also overlooks the ocean. The beautiful dining room table can seat 8 and an additional 4 can be seated at the counter. The kitchen is professionally designed. There are top of the line appliances that were installed in 2019. There are four counter stools. For the chef, there are full sets of pots, pans, dishes, utensils, silverware, etc. There are astounding views of the ocean in the upstairs living room area which is fully outfitted with over size high end slider glass doors, a 65 inch LCD TV, a leather sofa, chairs and cocktail tables. The upstairs patio also has an excellent view of the ocean and is set with a high-end table, 4 chairs and a ceiling fan. The downstairs living room is very large and has over size high end slider glass doors which lead to the pool and hot tub. The downstairs living room has a 65 inch flat screen TV with a leather sofa, chairs and cocktail tables. -There are two sofas where the cushions can be taken off and used as a twin bed. High end sheets and pillows are provided.

The house is beautiful and large enough to fit our 12 person family vacation. Plenty of beds and baths. Mattresses and pillows are decent but the location is walks from the beach which is exactly what we wanted. The heated pool and hot tub was a definite plus as we went in cooler months! I highly recommend. They also had beach chairs, toys, etc which was a plus! The o my downfall I would say is the manager did pop in 4 times and I believe that is too much. An initial introduction visit would be good then text messages if needing to communicate. Just seemed a bit excessive for our 4 day trip. But I would go back for sure!

Beautiful, nicely equipped, and spacious house for our large group which included a baby, a toddler, teens, young adults, middle aged, and seniors. The house is steps to the beach — we used the beach cart, chairs, umbrellas, cooler, beach towels, and beach toys — so convenient and sooo much fun. The pool, hot tub, grill and outdoor seating were fantastic. The host was super friendly, very helpful and made sure our stay was wonderful.

My 5 girlfriends and I stayed her for a long weekend. The house was beautiful, location to beach was exceptional, and the pool was awesome. It was a very nice, quiet neighborhood. We had a great time. The property manager and owner were both great to work with and extremely helpful.

We picked this house, somewhat lady minute, to have a celebration for my mother in law's birthday, after other plans fell through. We valued that it had a pool and was very close to the beach. The house was as advertised, lots of space for us. The upstairs patio overlooking the pool gets fabulous ocean breezes, and was out of the sun most of the day, making it a perfect place to have breakfast, read a book, plan the day, etc. The kitchen is tight for me than one person to be moving around, but definitely workable. The stove, range and microwave are all brand new, and there's a good collection of pots and pans and utensils. There could be a bit more on the way of mixing/prep bowls and storage for left overs, so if you're planning to do a lot of cooking there, it might be worth bringing a few of those items. We got takeout the first night, which came in boxes that we used the rest of the week to store things. The furnishings are eclectic and fun. Maybe a few places the house is showing its age, but who among us is not? It certainly didn't distract us from having a great vacation. There's a local property manager, Ron, who's always available if you need anything,. He came by to show us the pool system and to take our the trash, etc. One day we noticed, after speaking with Ron that the beach umbrella was missing from the garage. He brought us a brand new one the next day. The neighborhood was quiet and there were many restaurants and a ice cream place within walking distance. The beach was great. The first few days there was a rather substantial amount of seaweed, but then the winds changed and it was gone. Still, the water was perfect. Overall, we had a great stay and would happily return.

Rented the house for 13 people ranging from adults down to a 9 year old. The house fit all our needs and was awesome. Ocean views and a 1 minute walk to the beach was perfect. House is starting to get a little beat up (probably from all the renters) and could use a fresh painting and some cosmetic repairs (hole in door, broken shades, broken TV remotes, some rotting wood on house). All minor issues and easy fixes…..definitely didn’t detract from the vacation or the house. Would definitely rent again.

The place is perfect for a medium size family. We had plenty of space to enjoy ourselves. The pool and hot tub/spa were a nice perk, and the beach is just a very short walk down the street.

We had a wonderful experience. It was a quiet neighborhood with all the amenities needed for a great family vacation. The only problem we had was that we wished we would have booked for a longer time. It was a quick Uber ride to dinner or groceries and we also used Instacart.

I can’t say enough about this property. The location was great, very close to the beach, and the pool was wonderful. Myself and 5 other women stayed here for a bachelorette party. The house layout fit our needs perfectly. The house had everything we needed and more, (ex: beach chairs/umbrellas/coolers and even a cart to pack it all into). Communication with the owner and property manager was so easy and they are very responsive. Ron was fabulous and even went as far as to help us unload when we got there. I can’t thank the family and Ron for allowing us the opportunity to stay at this incredible house. We had so much fun and will hopefully be back!

The house was Great! Steps to the beach and so comfortable! There were 10 of us and we had plenty of room! The two master bedrooms were so luxurious! The pool and hot tub were wonderful too! Ronnie, who oversees the house couldn’t have been nicer ! Great guy! The whole experience was great ! Thinking of renting again next year! 5 out of 5 !!!

We had an amazing time at this home! The house was immaculate, everything was clean, and the pool/jacuzzi was just perfect.
