You may enjoy the HDTV with cable channels, WIFI. Unit has central AC and washer/dryer. Located on a lifeguard private beach in family friendly Ortley Beach, with surfing, longboarding, kayaking. Walk down the stairs and you are on the beach! Enjoy the beach by day and fireworks or nightlife in the evening. There are free movies and concerts on the beach in summer just a short walk away. The condo was very clean and comfortable; Great ocean view! The photos and description were as listed. The location was far enough from the boardwalk yet close enough to walk there and back. The kitchen was well stocked, the washer and dryer were a huge plus, and all appliances worked very well. Accommodations were great; The parking spaces under the building were a plus. We enjoyed our stay and would love to do it again.

Prime location facing the ocean. Sparkling clean, very well stocked with pans. dishes, latest in appliances. Beds very comfortable, aii conditioning. Nice deck, etc Only drawback were the # of stairs to climb. Got used to it Would definitely return.

Great property and location, it met all of our needs for a convenient, relaxing stay on the beach! The owner was responsive and helpful, the private beach is fantastic and close (but not too close) to the boardwalk activities. Will definitely stay again!

Compact 2BR, 1 BA condo with a lovely view of the ocean and a quick 5 minute walk to the boardwalk. It had everything we needed. Beach passes would have been a nice touch. Owner was responsive. Guest parking at the complex is a bit challenging (we had family staying nearby), but I guess this is a common issue when staying on the beach. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Comfortable, convenient for using the beach, the terrace has a great view and is fun to relax on day and night. Kitchen upgrades made the stay even better. We recommend it.

I don't want to tell you how wonderful this place is because I want to go back next summer! I already miss the dolphins! I have been going to the Jersey shore for 16 years and have rented many places. I'll be going back to this one!!

My husband, 2 year old, and I had a great stay. The location is great- right on the beach with a beautiful view from the lovely balcony. Close walk to the boardwalk for some kiddie-ride fun. The apartment is perfect for a week away. Very clean and exactly as advertised. The bedrooms are a bit small but there was still plenty of room and lots of space to unpack and be comfortable. Host was easy to reach and very responsive. Zero complaints- I would definitely stay there again!

I stayed at this lovely condo with my two teenage kids this past week. It is accurately described and has the most beautiful views of the ocean. People are very friendly and helpful. The condo itself has everything you need, except beach badges, sheets and towels. You should bring your own pillows too. I would also recommend an eye mask if you’re light sensitive like me and prefer a dark room to sleep in. I’ll miss the deck watching the sunrise, looking for dolphins and listening to the ocean waves. Truly an exceptional place. Laundry area is tight and takes some maneuvering. If I had to give any advice to the owners it would be: 1) get the AC looked into. It doesn’t cool the bedrooms and it’s hot even with the ceiling fan on and shades drawn. Maybe heavier blinds would help control afternoon sun. 2) Remove the water saving shower head. The slow drip shower actually makes you take much longer showers so you’re not saving on water. 3) replace large frying pans in kitchen. 4) it would be great to provide beach badges. Even if only 2. Overall we had a great stay and would love to come back again! ~ Anita T. and the kids

We had the time of our lives this vacation-The condo is Absolutely Beautiful!!! The view of the beach is Amazing. It has a nice size private deck to watch colorful sunrises over the ocean. It was so much fun sharing our infant grandchild’s first vacation at this Gorgeous shore home. It’s Beautifully decorated-Immaculate and perfect size for our family of 4 and a baby. The beach is quiet, private, and so clean that the water is turquoise -you can see clearly to the bottom. Location is perfect. The owner is so polite, accommodating and attentive. We would love to stay here every summer!!!

The ocean never looked more beautiful than this summer from our adorable condo balcony at Dunes Terrace in Ortley Beach. The condo was pretty, comfortable, and quiet. All in all, a restful, relaxing, pleasurable way to vacation.

Beautiful end unit on the upper level with an unobstructed view of the beach - what else could we ask for? The private beach itself was immaculate with attentive lifeguards and friendly badge checkers. Some tips for prospective visitors: weekly beach badges are $35 (cash) for anyone over age 12. There are no concession stands if that’s your thing, but your kitchen is *right there* and an ice cream truck came by once or twice a day. One other tip, in the interest of full disclosure: the laundry room is realllllllly small. Obviously that can’t be helped, but if you’re someone above-average size, it’s just something to keep in mind because you’ll really have to squeeze into a tight space. We had a fabulous time and were so sad to leave. Thank you, Karen!

Condo was as advertised. Excellent communication from owner. Close to boardwalk but far enough that you don't hear it. Neighbors were friendly, one worked the beach access. She offered advice on where to go to dinner & where to grocery shop without overpaying..
