The home boasts an open interior with vaulted ceilings, a gorgeous updated kitchen with dark granite countertops and upgraded stainless steel appliances, a cozy eating nook with bay window, a large master suite with walk-in closet, and 2 large sized extra bedrooms. All this, and an unbelievable back yard with sparkling HEATED pebbletec pool and hot tub- absolutely perfect for entertaining! CHILD & FAMILY FRIENDLY! Because we have four little ones of our own, this house offers plenty for babies, toddlers and young children. Recently installed was a security fence securing the pool from the back door to protect your little ones. Also, we have plenty of child toys for their enjoyment. I recently had the pleasure of staying at casa De Abrams. I can't say enough about how fantastic my experience was. From the moment I arrived, I felt like I had found my own little piece of paradise. The property was not just a place to stay; it truly felt like a home away from home. The attention to detail was evident in every aspect. The interior was tastefully decorated, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that immediately made me feel comfortable. The spacious living area was perfect for relaxing, and the kitchen was well-equipped with all the amenities one could need to cook and dine in. The bedrooms were cozy and provided a restful night's sleep, with comfortable beds and soft linens. One of the highlights of this property was the outdoor space. The well-maintained backyard was an oasis, complete with a pool and hot tub. It was the perfect place to unwind after a day a long day at a conference. The location of the rental was also ideal, after a long day I was able to return to the tranquil haven of my home away from home in the evenings. The property's owner was incredibly welcoming and responsive to any questions or concerns, which added an extra layer of comfort to my stay. Their hospitality truly enhanced the overall experience. In conclusion, my stay here was nothing short of exceptional. It provided a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and relaxation.

house was perfect for us. Went to Phoenix for a conference and staying in the house with the pool and hot tub was way better than staying in a hotel. House was just as described and met all our needs for 2 couples to spend the week relaxing.

Really enjoyed our mini girls trip to Arizona, the location of this house to shopping and restaurants was perfect. Erik was very accommodating and this was a very comfortable house with plenty of space and a relaxing backyard and pool atmosphere was perfect. We will definitely be back.

We booked this for a spring break getaway from Seattle. The heated pool and hot tub were perfect for us and our 8 year old son. The house was clean and ready for our arrival - a good selection of basics in the kitchen (including teabags!). Very conveniently located near Desert Ridge - well within walking distance. We'd certainly stay here again the next time we visit the area!

Just spent a great week here with my wife. Very comfortable house with everything we needed. We spent most of our time lounging around the nicely heated pool. Love the blooming cacti and landscape by the very private pool. Close to many places to eat and shop. Would definitely stay here again, and recommend it to others.

Winter trip with our kids and grandchild. Great location for the Barrett-Jackson auction. Comfortable home setup well for families. There were some issues with pool & hot tub but the owner responded immediately.

Had a wonderful girls' trip! House was very comfortable with all the amenities, so great for eating in, plenty of room for hanging out, and relaxing, whether indoors or out, or in the pool or hot tub. But also plenty to do; dining out, shopping, hiking and wine tasting rounded out a great stay.

Gathered family in Phoenix, we flew in from various locations. 8 of us altogether and the house worked very well for that. We enjoyed cooking a meal together and eating at a table suitable for 8 people. We enjoyed the hot tub and backyard very much. I'd recommend this house and owner to anyone needing to stay in Phoenix. This was our first VRBO experience and everything was smooth and easy. So thankful to have found this. If we ever end up back there, I will absolutely look at this FIRST!

We were extremely happy with this house. It is exactly as advertised. The house has everything you need. The heated pool and hot tub were excellent. We found the location to be ideal for us. Shopping, pubs and restaurants are within walking distance. It’s close proximity to highway 101 made it easy to get around as well. Best bang for your money.

This was the perfect place for us to stay with our little dog-location is great and walking distance to Desert Ridge Mall. The home is comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. Our little dog enjoyed the "potty pen" on the side of the yard and we enjoyed the back yard with the outdoor seating, pool and spa. We enjoyed having the garage to store our bikes and found some bike trails nearby. Check in and check out was easy. A great spot in the North Phoenix/North Scottsdale area!

We had a great time at this property. Home was exactly as described. Kitchen fully stocked, lots of towels and linens and extras of cleaning supplies and toiletries readily available. The pool and hot tub were wonderful! Although I didn't have young children with me, there were toys and a pack and play available too! Lots of cookware and even an extra refrigerator in the garage for extras. Would definitely stay here again!

This house included everything we needed for a long visit. We were close to shopping and restaurants. We made good use of the tremendous variety of cooking supplies and grill. The pool and hot tub were on point and most importantly our fur babies had a safe backyard to play and roam.

My husband and I stayed at this house and loved everything about it! The pool was perfect and very clean. The hot tub was relaxing. We spent as much time as we could enjoying the outdoor area. We visited several restaurants in the Desert Ridge area. There is an Albertsons grocery store, gas station, CVS, alcohol store, and a Target all in Desert Ridge making everything convenient. It was nice to have shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a hair dryer available. We took a road trip to the Grand Canyon (4 hours) and were thrilled to find a cooler in the garage that we could use. We didn't do any cooking ourselves but the kitchen was well stocked. The new sectional in the living room was very comfy. Thank you for a great stay!!
