About this house rental
Located in Desert Ridge, this lovely house for $508 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Our exceptional home Casa Palmilla is located in the highly desired neighborhood of Desert Ridge. We are located on the border of North Phoenix and Scottsdale, only minutes from the Loop 101 and 51 Highway. This fabulous home boasts a spacious open concept floorpan with 4 bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths, 2 living areas and a den. Our bedrooms have soft luxury linens along with with comfortable beds. We also have big screen TV's in family room as well as in master. All rooms have high vaulted ceilings and beautiful wood plank tile floors. We have tastefully decorated with Pottery Barn contemporary type furniture. One of the top features of this home is the retreat like private back yard with many waterfalls that cascade into a pebble tech pool Gorgeous landscaping and tons of flagstone turn this spacious backyard into a true paradise. It is the perfect spot to relax or entertain! We do now offer a large heated pool for a charge of around $40.00 -$60.00 per day in the winter season. Casa Palmilla would be ideal for couples, families with children over 6, golfers or girls trips! We do reserve the right to put 5-7 night minimums on holidays, prime weekends. We also have a 7 night minimum on our summer rates.

The house and amenities are great. Perfect house for multi-generational families with how it is laid out. Overall everything was very clean and spacious. The kitchen was well equipped and had all updated appliances. The beds were very comfortable. The pool area was beautiful and the heated pool was great for this time of year. Kim the owner is very responsive and made sure everything was good for our stay. The Desert Ridge area where the house was located is close to everything. Would highly recommend this house for your stay in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area!

We were a group of 7 women who travel together. This house was beautiful. The beds were the most comfortable beds we have slept in. The owners were very kind and responsive. The pool is lovely. Only negative wound be not having a hand rail to get into pool. Would stay here again in a minute if traveling to phoenix.

Plenty of space for the whole family to spread out and have their own privacy. Loved the pool and patio area to play board games and cards in the shade. Enjoyed cooking with the nice appliances and having all the extra amenities to cook at home. The property owner even had a dog bed available for our dog. So thoughtful! Loved this home.

Open floor plan made it easy to hang out in group setting. Would highly recommend to any/all who are looking for a comfortable house setting. Pool would be great in warmer months!!

What a beautiful home. My wife and I stayed here with our daughter and a friend as we came back to Scottdale to pack up her apartment to move East. This stay was conveniently close to everything we needed. The amenities were great. Would definity stay here again.

This home was nothing short of that - AMAZING. Beautiful and extremely clean. The kitchen was well equipped - we cooked every day and never once needed something that wasn't there. We had a mixed group - 85 to 15 years and everyone enjoyed the pool multiple times a day. The pool was clean and warm and such a nice change from the day to day grind. The homeowners were responsive to our questions and very easy to communicate with. One of the BEST rentals we have stayed at on VRBO.

The house was everything we expected....very modern, well stocked, with all the bells and whistles. It was perfect for our golf getaway to Scottsdale. Great location convenient to golf courses, restaurants and shopping. Pool and grill were great. Highly recommend this house!

An absolute family favorite!!
This is our second year enjoying all that Village at Aviano has to offer...truly a perfect vacation home in the valley. Instantly feels like home, the beautiful landscaping in the backyard is a wonderful backdrop for all your family pool pics. Kitchen is well stocked and perfectly equipped, our dogs loved all the extra thoughtful items for a pups perfect vacation. Host is wonderful and easy to work with. Plenty of spaces to relax and unwind with the family...truly one of our favorite vacation homes to visit. If I could give it 10 stars I would!!!

The Village at Aviano is located in Desert Ridge area of Phoenix - close to anything you'd need for a week of fun, relaxation and/or activities. Kim's house was perfect for my family of 4 adult children, my husband and I. The Village at Aviano is located in Desert Ridge area of Phoenix - close to anything you'd need for a week of fun, relaxation and/or activities. Kim's house was perfect for my family of 4 adult children, my husband and I. Amazing property!
We had such an amazing time in Arizona and especially at this house. We have stayed in a lot of VRBOs and other homes and this one truly exceeded our expectations! The layout is absolutely perfect for two families and had enough room for 7 of us. The heated pool is the highlight and the kids had a blast. Cute little play area right next door. Close to stores and dining...but you seriously won’t want to leave the house. Lots of generous amenities (pantry, soaps, shampoos, pans/pots, etc) we really didn’t want for anything! Perfect if you have a dog (we did not) with lots of doggie perks!
