Nestled in Ono Island, this lovely condo for $457 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. *Please see "*Please note" section of following description for VERY important information about the property* Come experience the vacation of a lifetime when you stay in this beautiful 3rd. floor, 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit at SeaSpray East! This luxury complex is situated upon an immaculate stretch of the Gulf Coast, where miles of sugar-white sands give way to shimmering emerald waters and endless horizons, creating an idyllic setting for an unforgettable vacation! This unit provides open access to all of the spacious entertaining spaces. The living room features a plush sofa. The beautiful dining area has seating for four around the dining table and more seating that the breakfast bar. The kitchen hosts ample prep space and updated appliances. Perhaps the best feature of the living room, the sliding glass doors open directly to the Gulf front terrace. You’ll be greeted by the soft sea breeze and immediately transported into a state of sheer serenity when you sit and delight in the splendor of the Gulf’s perfection.The terrace is truly one of a kind! The master is the perfect restful retreat, with a plush king bed. The master bathroom features 2 granite vanities allowing for plenty of counter and cabinet space. The second bedroom is filled with queen bed and a second bath. Including the queen sleeper sofa in the living room, this unit comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests! Please note: SeaSpray is currently undergoing an extensive restoration project. There is currently no set schedule in place from the property at this time, but the entire project is anticipated to end sometime in June 2024, schedule permitting. Here is what to expect: • Work will consist of though not limited to; drilling, grinding, concrete work, and painting. • Limited to no parking specifically for the building receiving work at that time. • For safety reasons, intermittent closures of the outdoor pools are taking place now. (WEST POOL, no longer affected by this project!) • Intermittent balcony closures since December 2023. Furniture will be brought inside of unit when this occurs. • Brief access to unit may be required for inspections and punch list items with little notice. Please stay updated, changes may occur.

Really enjoyed our stay. We came down for a short weekend for my daughters 21st birthday. Loved the location and pretty satisfied with the accommodations.

I would have given it five stars but there was a few negatives which we didn’t realize. Master bathroom only has a shower, no soaking tub. Second room has no tv which we like to watch tv while first going to sleep. And we like to bbq in the evenings but the pits was a drive down the street so we cooked our steaks in the room. Other than that the place was clean and I’d recommend it if you’re ok with no soaker tub, no bbq pit on grounds or room tv in guest room. Other then that it’s a nice place and very clean.

We arrived and the condo had not been cleaned and we had to wait for them to send someone to clean but they did so quickly. The washing machine was broken but was quickly addressed. The location and amenities were great. I would recommend

the door locks for the door to the condo were veryhard to lock and unlock.the door to thecondo was unlocked when we checked in.it seems the cleaning crew could not lock the door.

The condo was nice, the beach front view was great, however, I had two issues. 1)The master bedroom window blind needs to be changed to blackout curtains so that you can sleep in on your vacation, otherwise, you'll get woke up every morning at 6:30am with the sunrise. 2)The owner has the thermostat locked at 68%. After I complained they finally allowed me to lower the thermostat.

Spring Break Family Trip
Our family (2-adults and kids 9 & 7) had a great time at the condo. The views off the balcony are amazing. It was super easy to get to the beach and clean off when coming back. We rented the cabanas for the week just off the boardwalk to make the week even easier. The kitchen was fully stocked and easy to use. The whole unit was clean and comfortable
Also the condo was close to everything from groceries to restaurants but was still far enough away from Orange beach that night time was quiet.
We will definitely be staying again.

Gorgeous condo and views.
Our family had a short stay at this property and it was wonderful. The condo was spotless, beds were comfy and all the amenities worked great. We especially loved the large patio with gorgeous views. This unit had a ceiling fan on the patio, which we noticed was rare for the complex, and considering we visited in August, we were really happy to have the ceiling fan. Spent a lot of time on the pation. We'd recommend this property to others for sure.

Great spot/ construction
Everything was great and as advertised. Only the construction issue put a damper on things as we were told this would be going on in the other building during our stay. Not only was this not the case but work crew set up directly outside our door with two large generators that were extremely loud. So sleeping in was not an option.

Girl Getaway
My sister & I spent four days in this condo. It was very roomy, quiet, and comfortable. The only complaint I have was the lock on the front door was difficult to operate. The key was bent so we weren't the first to have this problem. We arrived after hours so management sent someone over first thing the next morning to look at it. He sprayed the lock and that helped some. Would be much better if they went with a coded door entry. Would not hesitate if we are in the area staying in this condo again.

Easy beach access.
Really appreciated the easy beach access via the ramp from the property. Other places we stayed had steps up and down to get to the beach. Not easy with family members with mobility issues.

Beautiful view from nice, roomy condo
This condo is in an older building but was well maintained. With the two elevators never waited long for one. The unit itself has a beautiful view and the balcony area is fantastic!!! The building location is very nice, the beach was not crowded and quiet since it is so close to the state park. It is away from "condo row" of Orange Beach. The condo layout was great, center of the building, but is close to the pool. The master suite is large, nice upgrades and the slider to the balcony is great. The unit has a newer kitchen, plenty of storage and place settings, glasses, towels, etc. The washer and dryer are a great thing to have while on vacation!! There were previous reviews regarding the DVD player not working, but it worked fine for us. Here are some suggestions for the owner:
- There are some scrapes on the walls, the unit could use some paint in the next year.
- The master bedroom needs a room darkening window covering
- Basics like salt & pepper, basic spices, sugar, etc have always been "standard" in other "luxury" and not so luxury places we have stayed
- A larger TV in the living room would be recommended. Move the living room TV to the second bedroom.
- The sliding doors were a little hard to open - not sure if it is because they are "hurricane" proof. I wonder if a little lube would help them open easier.
The linens provided by the management company were very nice as was the memory foam pad on the master bed. However, the contract we had to sign was a little intimidating (11 pages with lots of stuff I was responsible to do in order for them to cover their interests) and the notion of allowing a realtor to show the unit while it was being rented is ludicrous (this included leaving the unit and having it in a presentable state). A cleaning fee of $149 for a linen change and sanitizing the bathroom seems excessive. Spending the first hour of our vacation taking photos of walls, checking kitchen inventory and seeing if everything works is not how I wanted to start my vacation.
Having said all that, we would happily recommend this property and have no regrets about staying here.

Great stay
Nice condo and clean except for the plastic food storage bowls. They looked as if they had been put up dirty. Greasy spaghetti sauce stuff i several of them so we ended up washing dishes when we got there. The office is not open on the weekends although it was in the paperwork they send you before arriving that they were. Otherwise, we know differently now but were still pleased with the condo.

PERFECT Beach Access and View!
Condo is beautifully decorated and has all the comforts of home. We couldn't have ask for a better view or convenient access to the boardwalk and beach. PERFECT!
Perdido Key is not over crowded, very relaxing.There were a couple of minor problems - Ice dispenser did not work and made a terrible grinding noise when you tried to use it. DVD player made a loud buzzing noise so it wasn't possible to watch a movie. Neither of these things bothered us enough to ruin our trip. But hopefully they can repaired for future renters. We for sure want to come back!

We absolutely loved staying here!!
Our recent stay at 323 East was just fabulous. The condo could not have been more perfect. The only complaint was that their wasn’t a tv in the extra bedroom but for us it was fine because it kept our kids in the living area watching TV with us. The location was great. The beach was never crowded and it was easy access to stores and restaurants. We will definitely recommend this condo to others!!! Thank you!! The Dunaway’s (Conway, AR)

Beautiful condo with amazing view of the Gulf of Mexico
The condo itself is beautiful. Everything you will need for the week. We have been renting condo's for our family vacation for the last 11 years and this was one of the best we have ever stayed in. The ONLY negative is the blind in the master bedroom needs to be changed to a room darkening shade. I was up each morning by 7am. This is a low cost fix that I know others have remarked about. Other than that, the condo is very nice.
The SeaSpray complex itself is very basic. We would have liked to have had umbrellas and tables and chairs around the pool area. There is no shade at the pool during the day. Like i said very basic, but nice enough.
We would definetly recommend this unit. It is really nice.
