Located in Ono Island, this lovely condo for $759 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. *****NOTE** Effective March 2024 the Phoenix X HOA is requiring prepayment for parking. You will receive an email allowing you to register and pay. They will be picked up at the front desk. You are allowed two parking passes at $60 each. The passes are good for the length of your stay. ******* Is your idea of a vacation sitting on the beach with a good book, lounging by the pool or sitting on the balcony listening to the waves crash and watching the sunset? Perhaps it's more of an action filled vacation. Parasailing, swimming, concerts, shopping or dining and dancing. Whatever your dream vacation, it awaits you here at Phoenix X Unit 912. Phoenix X offers lots of amenities including a huge outdoor swimming pool, kiddie pool, gazebos, BBQ Grills, large indoor heated pool and with 3 jetted hot tubs. All pools overlook the Gulf. The complex also offers lighted tennis courts, raquet ball, weightroom & sauna. The lobby is great for relaxing and has free wi-fi, coffee and newspaper stands. There is 24 hour security and a private covered parking garage. We are constantly updating our condo which is located on the 9th floor. The balcony offers a panoramic view of the Gulf. You can also enjoy the view from the living room and master bedroom since each has floor to ceiling patio doors leading onto the balcony. The living room has a sleeper sofa, blu ray dvd player, flat screen television, and stereo system. The kitchen is fully equipped. You should find all the gadgets you would find at home. We have both a regular coffee pot and a Keurig. The dining table seats 6 plus 2 bar stools at the breakfast bar. The master bedroom features a King size bed, dresser, flat screen television and 2 bedside tables with reading lamps. A large vanity/dressing area leads into the bathroom. The guest bedroom has 2 queen size beds, flat screen tv, blu ray DVD, dresser & night stand with reading lamp. The guest bedroom has it's own private bath. The unit contains a stack washer and dryer complete with iron and ironing board for your convience. All linens and towels are provided. Bring your beach towels, beach chairs, beach toys and come have fun! Beach chair and umbrella rentals are available on the beach through Ike's Beach Service. Check their website for rates. This is a nice condo that worked for our short vacation. The kitchen could use some updated pots and pans. The current ones are all scratched up. Having the sand toys and nets available was a nice bonus.

We enjoyed our stay. Property was exactly as it was listed. Everything was clean and neat. Location was great as it was within walking distance to the Flora Bama. Loved sitting on the balcony and listening to the waves. October is a great time to visit. Not as crowded. We had a minor issue with the TV and called the host at the cell phone number they provided. He called promptly and helped us resolve the issue. We would definitely stay here again.

The unit was nicely decorated and updated. We came down for the Eric Church concert and relaxing on the Beach. Being right next to the FloraBama was perfect for a quick lunch then back to the beach for the afternoon. Will definitely look for this unit on our next trip

What an adventure with our family and friends! Phoenix X is definitely a place we’d love to visit again. The lobby staff were friendly and answered all our questions upon arrival and our condo was PERFECT! Charming and updated with all the comforts of home. The beach and view from our balcony was very relaxing and our visits to Florabama were great. It was nice to be able to walk there from the beach. Their bushwackers are the bomb! We definitely plan to return again.

We had a great time! Place is super nice and clean! The Keurig needs to be cleaned or replaced. It has mold and the filter looks bad.

Everything was wonderful except that when we arrived the unit had not been cleaned. It took about 3 hours for the cleaning crew to get done with the unit. The contact person Diana was very responsive and we enjoyed the rest of our vacation without any problems.

Nice, clean place. They had plenty of kitchen appliances to do our cooking. The tall patio furniture was stressful with my toddler on the deck but the view was amazing. The parking rate was higher than I was told. It was neat to be close to flora bama to hear live music just outside the building.

We awoke each morning and watched the dolphins feed off the shore on our balcony Close to shopping and eating Condo was excellent for us we all the amenities we needed and more. Will definitely stay with this one again.

This is our 5th year coming to Orange Beach and the last 3 times we stayed at Phoenix X. The condo we rented this year was beautiful and perfect location. Decor within condo was beautiful. Would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful and too short stay. Property was clean, updated and comfortable. Beautiful views and large balcony! Great to be able to watch the fireworks from our room while we rung in the New Year. Very short walk to the Flora-Bama made it that much more fun!! Diana handle a situation we had with a swift, professional manner. We definitely plan to come back!!

The condo was clean, well supplied and lovely. I consider it a huge plus that the owners were quick to respond and answer questions. I prefer the east end of Orange Beach so being next door to the Flora Bama was.perfect. If you’re looking for a clean and pretty two bedroom condo, you can’t go wrong with this property

Overall, rental was good. Positives: The patio was a great place to watch the sunrise and have a cup of coffee. The kitchen was extremely well equipped and had everything we would ever need. Close to the FloraBama and resturants, grocery stores, etc. , which was perfect. Loved that you could personalize the door code! Negatives: For us, the beds were extremely firm and difficult to sleep on. If you are sensitive to beds, this could be a challenge. Also, the internet/wifi was terrible. Could barely get any access in the living area (came and went) and not at all on the balcony. Had to use our hot spot to sit on the balcony with wifi.. Overall, it worked for a quick weekend getaway.

We had the best time at Phoenix X. Condo had everything we needed. Beds very comfortable. Kitchen well stocked. Great location, being able to walk across the street for dinner is a big plus. Will stay here again.

Absolutely breath taking! Waking every morning to the sound of waves and the sight of dolphins. Perfect walking distance to FloraBama Grill. Nice outdoor/indoor pool areas. Highly recommend for a family get away!

We had a great stay at this wonderful condo. The decor was beautiful (Just as pictured), the beds and furniture were comfortable and everything we needed for coffee and cooking was provided.
