My daughters and I just spent 5 days in Orange Beach and were sad to leave. Christa was a great host and was very accommodating. She gave lots of information of what to do and see in the area. The condo was clean, comfortable and the view spectacular. We can't wait to come back! Patti

The unit was very nice. It was clean, everything worked, well stocked and well organized. The owner keeps this unit well maintained which is more than I can say about some of the others we have stayed in over the past 8 years. I would recommend this unit to anyone. We love it!

This property was great for our group. We have young ones and a teen and all the kids enjoyed being able to enjoy the beach, indoor pool, and outdoor pools. They were able to interact with others their age that were also at the condo and it is laid out where they could quickly change activities on the property. The condo was clean and set up nicely. It was pleasant but not overly decorated or decorated with breakables to the point of chasing the toddler around afraid he would touch too much. Next time we are in Orange Beach we would definitely stay here again.

This is a wonderful condo in the perfect location. I would give it a 100 stars if i could! Great experience from the inception of booking through checkout. The owner, Christa, is very thoughtful about everything and made our vacation such a pleasure. We will definitely be staying here at least on an annual basis. Absolutely loved it!

5 Stars! The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The owner, Christa, was an amazing host. She provided recommendations of places to eat and things to do. Great communication! The condo offers stunning views of the ocean. We saw dolphins on 4 of the 7 mornings we stayed there. This is the perfect location offering beachfront and close to tons of enjoyable activities for the family. We will definitely return for another visit. Highly recommended!

This was our first visit to the area, and we couldn’t be happier with our stay. I can’t say enough good things about the condo (clean, comfortable, convenient, amazing waterfront view/ porch, and beautifully decorated), facilities, and owner (thanks again for everything, Christa!). We loved the beach and the Flora-Bama, and will definitely stay here again when we return.

Property was absolutely fabulous. Everything thing was wonderful. Check out was somewhat rushed with Housekeeping knocking at 9:30. We clean extremely well and always was our towels. But, I understand not everyone is not as OCD as I am. I run a tight ship at home. Anyway, can't wait to return to 1114, just amazing!

You don't hear the music from Florabama . Overall a nice location. Wife loved the pool and we have stayed at other Phoenix condos in Orange Beach-this is the best. This is also the first time we have decided to reserve the same unit for the next year.

My sisters and I rented this condo on the beach for my sister's birthday. We had a wonderful time enjoying the surrounding area. The last 2 days were perfect weather and we did get to enjoy the beach and hot tubs. It is a very nice area and the condo was clean and stocked with everything you may need to enjoy meals, snacks or just coffee. We enjoyed playing card games at night around the comfortable dining room table.

First I'll say up front that we would definitely stay here again if ever in the area. Crista was very helpful in helping with where to find food and places to visit that fit our interest. She reached out often before our arrival to make sure our stay would be great right from the start and then again after our arrival to leave us access to her for any needs that might come up. The area was in a great location with easy access to many activities when not at the beach or looking out from our upper floor balcony looking out over the white sandy beach and gulf coast. Gary

We loved our stay at Christa and Gerald's condo in Orange Beach. The unit is clean and well stocked with all the essentials. The building has great amenities and the staff is very helpful. It's conveniently located with bars and restaurants all within walking distance. More dining and entertainment options are just 5-15 minutes drive away on either side of the Florida-Alabama state line (taco truck anyone? How about some late night ice cream?). The beach was clean and was never overly crowded, all the beach rental services (chairs or kayaks) are reasonably priced. Christa was quick with communications and always available to help - which we so appreciated. Our whole family had a wonderful time and we can't wait to come back again!
