Located in Longboat Key, this charming villa for $653 per night is a great option for your next trip. Welcome to the Zilli family Villa beach house on Longboat Key. After using this 2,000 sf home for their own family vacations, the house was completely redecorated and stocked to offer all the comforts of home to our VRBO guests. A cool, beachy palette welcomes you to sit back and relax. The Zilli Villa is part of the Zilli Collection each with the Zilli touch of amazing view, decor, ( not typical wicker furniture, silly beach artifacts,40 year old flooring, 1 size fits all look.) We call it upscale coastal. The properties are more of a resort, 5 star hotel feel. This Villa is a two bedroom/two bathroom light-filled, ocean front home located just 13 steps to the sand and 60 yards to the water. The interior has been professionally decorated in a cool palette of ocean colors. Highlights of this home: · Complete privacy in this standalone home · Two bedrooms: one has one king and bedroom two has 2 queen-sized beds · Free high-speed wireless internet · Three TVs with cable · Gas fireplace · Full sized stainless steel appliances in well stocked kitchen and pantry · On-site full size washer/dryer · Stereo system and DVD player · Two sofa sleeper couches and one futon – property can sleep up to eight · 40 feet of windows with hurricane shutters facing the Gulf · Clean, well maintained lawn · Master bedroom faces Gulf with small patio · Both bathrooms have combination tub/showers · Both bedrooms have flat screen TVs and Casablanca fans · Free access to pool (with free use of beach towels) next door · Ample storage · Dining room seats up to 10 · Entire home is on one level, making it safe for little ones or elderly guests . Multiple woman's touches, make up chair area, make up mirror · Our beachside patio overlooks the Gulf of Mexico You’ll find everything you need on-site from free WIFI to dishes, linens, towels and even a few extras you may need for your stay like puzzles and soap. The nearby pool has a covered grilling area with picnic table overlooking the beach. There's plenty of room for bikes, a bike trailer and/or several vehicles. This resort is not a place of public accommodation as defined by the ADA and, therefore, does not meet the accessibility requirements of the ADA. WOW!!! What an amazing beautiful home right on the beach. This home is as described and the property owner is AMAZING!!!! He responded to emails and txt very quickly. My husband, daughter, and I had a wonderful stay at Jim's property on Longboat Key. Jim is a class act and answered all my questions promptly and thoroughly. He also knows the area so well, and he had great suggestions for restaurants and other things to do. The home is literally steps from the beach, and the beach and its sunsets are remarkable. If you are looking for peace, quiet, and beauty then this is definitely the spot for you!

I wish I could summarize our stay with a few simple words, I cannot. The host, Jim Zili, with simply the best host we have ever had through VRBO or any other rental service. He was in communication with us the whole time in case we needed anything. If we called or texted, he immediately picked up or called back. He’s such a kind man with your best interest at heart as a guest. The house is stunning. The views are amazing, the people around you are friendly, we could not have asked for more. I implore you to rent this property. You will not regret it. You will want to go back year after year. I know we will!!!

Location was absolutely amazing!!! The views from the living and dining areas were beautiful! Very well appointed. Pictures are very accurate. Owner was very helpful and quick to respond whenever we had questions. Provided great information on places and things to see and do, restaurants, local information, etc. We would definitely stay there again!

The villa was a great fit for myself, my husband, and our adult son who has disabilities. The house was clean and well-maintained. Check-in was the easiest ever. Being literally only a few steps from the beach was a game-changer for us all!
When texting with Jim before we arrived, I asked if the unit was equipped with a shower chair, mentioning that it would be so much easier for us. A shower chair, still in the box, was waiting for us at the door when we checked in. Now that's service! We plan to book again for next year, which, I believe, is the highest vote of confidence you can give.

This is one of the most relaxing and beautiful stays I have ever experienced! The home is gorgeous and right on the beach with spectacular views and privacy! This is a great spot for families/friends to stay and relax, but also have beach or poolside fun! The owner provides the most proficient service I have ever received with great suggestions and always a friendly correspondence with any questions we had! This was such a great place for us to stay with our kids. The home was beautiful and clean and well-appointed - really could not think of anything more that they could have provided. The location of the house you couldn't ask better, right at the beautiful beach. And a special Thank You to Jim , property owner, who was really attentive and helpful with a great communication and care . We left with unforgettable memories about our stay and definitely be back next year.

This villa is true paradise. As soon as you walk in you know it’s not your everyday VRBO. We were pleasantly surprised when we first opened the door and smelled a very clean home. The decoration in the Villa is exquisite. Every piece of furniture matched and the quality of the furniture was excellent. Everything from the throws on the sofas to the decorative pieces on the walls combined in perfect harmony. All accessories were top quality Pier 1 import and pottery barn. This tells me that the owner didn’t cut any corners when decorating. There’s even an Alice Dalton print in one of the rooms. Everything you can possibly want or need you will have at your reach from a well equipped kitchen with pots and pans, utensils and stemware to a pizza pan and cookie sheets. They really thought of everything to make their guests feel at home. The Villa is spacious and the layout is open floor plan so you never feel crowded. We were a family of 5 but originally booked for 8. 8 people would have fit comfortably.
If you have small children or older adults in your party this place is perfect. You have a covered parking space steps from the front door. It is a one story so you don’t have to worry about carrying things up stairs or worry about kids and stairs. The sliding glass door that leads you to the amazing view of the gulf has a lock not accesible to kids. Access to the water couldn’t be any closer. The Villa has beach chairs and Umbrellas for you to use along with beach towels. The views and access to the beach are just breathtaking and the daily sunsets are mesmerizing.
All of the above are important factors but what made the trip extra special was the one of a kind customer service. Mr. Zilli reaches out before your trip and provides detailed directions on what you need to do to make your trip enjoyable. He’s only a phone call away and goes above and beyond to provide his clients with everything they need. He also reaches out mid week to make sure everything is up to your standards and although we didn’t have any issues and didn’t need anything he was kind enough to send over fresh towels. I had asked Mr Zilli prior to our trip if the Villa came with a vacuum. He advised that it did. As soon as we arrived to the Villa he asked if the vacuum met my expectations because if it did not he would purchase a new one and have it sent to us. That is the kind of service you get with the Zilli properties. We can’t wait to book again.

Amazing Gulf-front Property
This property is exactly as described. It is very nicely appointed inside with comfortable furniture and a fully-stocked kitchen. Outside is even better as the beach and view is amazing. Jim is a pleasure to work with. He provides tons of local info and answered all my questions very quickly. We loved it so much that we already booked a week next summer.

This property was perfect for our family beach vacation! The home is beautiful, with everything you could possibly need and immaculately clean. We loved the location too. Very relaxing in Longboat Key but close to all sorts of activities if we wanted to do something besides lie on the beach. And the sunsets at night are breathtaking! You can sit in your own yard and watch or walk 5 feet to the beach and enjoy. The property manager is very accessible and prompt with answers to any of your questions. We look forward to going back in the future and staying longer!

Fabulous place
This property was all it said in the description and more. The location on Longboat was so convenient. It was directly on the beach with a yard to boot. We will definitely stay here when we visit Longboat in the future. Jim was so easily accessible as well.

Amazing location
Tons of room for our family of 5. All 3 of our children were doing remote learning while at the villa, and there was plenty of room for all to have their own space. The location is perfect and we completely enjoyed our time here! Jim was so easy to work with and was responsive to all our questions and concerns.

Peaceful
We’ve been visiting Sarasota and it’s environs for many years, usually staying in town. My wife found this gem and instead of a hotel we booked here. Best idea ever! It sits along a quiet stretch of Long Boat Key beach, actually, it sits right on it! It is literally steps out the back door! The convenience was amazing. The house is very comfortable and everything works, something you don’t always find in a VRBO. While quiet in the area, it is 15 minutes to everything you might want to do. Very relaxing. Except of course for TS ETA that rolled through during our stay. Wouldn’t have rather been anywhere else but right there on the beach to see it! Jim was so worried about us that he offered us the use of his own house off the beach if we didn’t feel comfortable staying there ( full disclosure: we are Floridians and Tropical Storms are just part of the deal). What other owner would ever do that for you? In short, can’t recommend this property and it’s owner enough. Book early, as I think he has lots of repeaters lol!

Blissful Vacation
This property is outstanding. It is steps from the beach. You also have a small private yard to sit and enjoy the gorgeous sunsets. The house is spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated, and includes every amenity you need including beach towels, umbrellas, covered private parking, and a fully stocked kitchen. All you need to do is visit the nearby Publix for groceries. The owners are very responsive and provided lots of recommendations for restaurants and activities. We can't wait to return to this piece of Heaven on Earth.
