Please monitor kids for safety and NO glass materials or kitchenware in the pool area. - No SMOKING inside the house!!! There will be a $500 penalty fee if smoke evidence/odor found in the property. - Please keep doors and windows closed when AC is on - Please don’t set AC temp below 70 - NO loud noise/music after 10pm - We do not refill propane tank for BBQ grill. However, it can be exchanged at a local gas station or hardware store for around $30 (Home Depot/Lowes are about less than a mile away)
