We are taking bookings but will be leaving 1-2 days between all reservations to assist with cleaning, ensuring Elandra is clean, comfortable and well presented to its usual high standard during these challenging times. Alan & Jodie... Only a few minutes walk to penguin point and Willyama beach, Elandra Marion Bay is perfectly positioned. Elandra is a recently constructed 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house with large open plan living. It has full length windows and patio doors facing the extensive decking area with views to the natural scrub in the adjacent reserve. Elandra has been designed to comfortably sleep 8 people (4 adults and 4 children) - it's perfect for a family getaway. Well appointed Kitchen and dining facilities. Under bench oven, microwave and ceramic cooktop. Full size fridge and a second smaller fridge as required. 5 minute walk to the beach. Extensive deck with views to the scrub. 50" TV with media center, over 350 movies for all ages. Laundry facilities. Fish cleaning station and BBQ outside. Porta cot and high chair available. Sleeping arrangements Master Bedroom - queen size bed with en-suite bathroom and sliding door access to the deck. SHEETS, PILLOW CASES AND TOWELS NOT PROVIDED Second Main Bedroom - queen size bed SHEETS, PILLOW CASES AND TOWELS NOT PROVIDED Third bedroom – 2 x bunk beds. SHEETS , PILLOW CASES AND TOWELS NOT PROVIDED Strictly a maximum of 4 Adults 4 children. Abuse of the occupancy agreement within the booking will incur additional fees for excess water use and additional cleaning. Quilts, quilt covers, pillows and extra blankets are provided. A porta cot and high chair is also available. The house is Eco friendly and utilizes solar panels and filtered rainwater. What to bring: Bed sheets, pillow cases, bath and tea towels. Food and Drink. No smoking inside and no pets please. Please be aware pets are not allowed in Innes National Park All guests stay at Elandra at their own risk.

Super easy access to the national park. Quiet neighbourhood backing onto scrub so plenty of emus wandering past the front door. We loved our two weeks here and hope to be back at some stage.

This was our eighth visit to Marion Bay and we expected the usual tranquility. Not so! We found ourselves directly opposite the Party House from Hell and couldn't wait to go home again.

Photos were accurate. House was beautifully maintained, neat and tidy. Instructions were clear. Plenty of room for the 3 of us but also ideally suited to 2 young families. Excellent facilities and very comfortable.

Elandra was very comfortable and well set up for a small group. It was close to the beach and access to many walking trails. Being elderly we found the lack of hand rails on the steps a bit difficult to manoeuvre. Not recommended if you have a disability. Definitely a great place with many facilities for a younger group.

Very neat and tidy. Made it feel comfortable and welcoming only down side was no heating in the bedrooms. Only heating was in main living area and took a while to get down to the bedrooms

Elandra suited our needs very well. Handy location for a few days of hiking in the nearby National Park. Movie library was an unexpected bonus. House was modern and well appointed.

We had such a wonderful time visiting Marion Bay and staying at Elandra. The house was clean, modern and very spacious. It was so well equiped with games, books, a fully usable kitchen with all the utensils and appliances you can think of! The beds were really comfortable as were the sofas in the lounge. I can't wait to go and stay again!

Jodie was the fastest communicator ever, and I really appreciated her thorough organisation; of our trip and of 'Elandra'. This is only a preference and won't apply to everyone, but I really like the decor, colours, layout, choice of furniture and even the crockery :-) We had a great time and I'm happy to recommend 'Elandra' as a lovely beach house.

We stayed here at Elandra recently. This property is located very close to Innes national park and provides the perfect base to explore the area. The property itself is high quality home. It is quite spacious with 3 bedrooms… One bedroom with ensuite . Large hall and living area . Comfy sofas . Well equipped kitchen . 2 fridges to store your food . Good collection of board games to spend those afternoons relaxing and enjoy family time together when not out and about. Very close to the beach… our children loved turning over rocks at the near by beach and the area is lovely for walks …. Very good and prompt communication by Jodie. Thank you ! We created some amazing memories during our days at Marion bay . Congratulations on hosting such a wonderful property . I hope to refer friends and also hope to be back again.

A lovely home with everything for a group of friends to enjoy staying in or touring the area. Good facilities and plenty of space. Outside deck is a great place to relax. Comfortable beds for a good night's sleep.

We enjoyed our stay in this accommodation. However the lack of towels and sheets surprised me. I missed this in the description information and only realised when I received the Key information. I was already on the peninsula and finding towels and sheets was stressful, however we did manage. Linen is something I would expect to find in this type of accommodation Otherwise, the property was lovely

A very comfortable, well equipped holiday home, we loved our stay here. Quiet spot, lots of space, great beds , lounges so comfy, dishwasher is a great bonus as it isn’t mentioned. Had marshmallows at the fire pit last night. 100% recommendation.😃

We had a fabulous winter break at 'Elandra' in Marion Bay and would recommend this property for a great get away. The house has everything you need for an awesome summer or winter break. The benefit of staying in the winter was enjoying the firepit, drinking red wine around the fire was just perfect. The house was lovely and warm, beds really comfortable and an all round great place to stay. I would recommend planning meals and taking all your food with you as there are not any big shops close by. The servo/store has a good selection and does great coffee and take away food. We ate at the Tavern a couple of times and the food was awesome. Will definitely be booking again - thanks Jodie
