Seabreeze Accommodation offers 2 two bedroom fully self contained modern holiday homes that sleep up to four people each. The accommodation offers reverse cycle air con, colour TV, DVD player, CD player and a fully self contained kitchen. 2 night min stay There is a BBQ/picnic area on the property as well as fish cleaning facilities. Seabreeze is just a kangaroo hop away from Innes National Park where you can surf, fish, swim or just simply relax. Seabreeze Accommodation is only 280 kilometres from Adelaide so come down and experience all that Marion Bay has to offer. **** Please note there is a bond of $150.00 ( terms and conditions as below ) **** Please note 2 night minimum stay **** Please note that long weekends, Xmas/New year period rates do differ , please confirm with property owner ( Xmas/New Year period minimum 5 night stay and long weekends minimum 2 night stay excluding Easter where there is a 3 night minimum stay ****Please note no pets allowed ***Please provide your own sheets and towels ***NO wifi available Terms and conditions of bond > cover any damage to inside / outside of property > if any extra people staying in the unit or camping on the property then what has been booked for you bond will not be returned >dishes not washed , dried and put away on the day of departure bond will not be returned > a fee will be deducted from your bond if you have not cleaned the BBQ ( and you have been the ones to use this area ) > lost keys > a fee will be deducted from your bond if you do not vacate the unit by 10am ( unless otherwise arranged )

The place was perfect. Clean and well presented, close to the caravan park. Emu's walking down the road in the evening.

Filthy windows, stove top only worked on maximum heat, main bedroom door would not stay closed, bare light globes throughout, outside sink blocked with a sign saying not to use because it is blocked!!!, furniture and crockery obviously purchased from secondhand shops. A very dismal and poorly maintained unit for the money paid. Couldn’t wait to leave!

We always love our time in Marion Bay and the location of this cabin was perfect. However we were disappointed with the poor standard of cleanliness. The place seems to need a cleaner and some TLC to meet the same standards of similar priced accomodation in this beautiful town.

A small hiccup on arrival, but owner was onto it quickly. Our unit was clean and comfortable. Bed just a tad too hard for us but still ok .. I'm just getting old I think. We had a great time exploring this beautiful part of the world and if ever there again will use the same place if available.

Enjoyable stay. It's a budget accommodation but it has everything you need (except linen) Location is good, right on the doorstep of Innes and not far from the beach / Marion bay tavern. The neighbours appear to have a beehive right near the front porch, I'm allergic to bees but they didn't bother me.

Perfect location, photos don’t do it justice! Very clean and it had everything I needed. Cosy and comfortable, nice little picnic and BBQ area out the back. Definitely be back and I’ll double book both the units so I can have family and friends side by side!
