It is a quiet, low-density area of Gulf Shores. The complex expands over 7 acres of property located on Little Lagoon with a deeded beach access that crosses a low traffic, two-lane road. Sea Oats offers boat slips, private boat launch, fishing piers, 2 gazebos, picnic areas with the grills, two Olympic size pools and covered parking. Sea Oats is a great place to bring the family and the Wave runners! The rooms are spacious with a king size bed in the main bedroom and two twin beds in the second bedroom. The couch converts to a queen size bed. The kitchen is fully equipped to meet all of your cooking needs. The unit also offers a full size washer and dryer. Televisions with cable are located in the main living room and both bedrooms. From the balcony, the unit overlooks the pool. Sea Oats is a great destination for the family to vacation. It is quiet and has a relaxing beach atmosphere. There is plenty of white sand and beautiful waters to offer your family a flip/flopping good time. Don't forget your fishing pole!

At end of two week stay, killed a couple of bugs. Not sure of condo schedule but know Alabama is popular stop for little critters.

Vern nice rental unit Good location, well equipped. Would definitely stay again. Pet friendly, but bring dog booties because of the sand burrs

We were at the end of a three month cross country trip and had stayed in MANY homes, condos, etc before arriving here. Location was good for us at this condo but the condo is definitely in need of attention and updating. An air freshener in the living room went off on a timed basis— when you have something like this, you are trying to cover up odors and the smell of it was disagreeable to me. All random throw rugs in bath and kitchen needed to be washed. There was dried food on the inside of a kitchen pot; extremely moldy bath mat just needed to be thrown out and mold on ceiling in bathroom. The bath towels were stained ( except a couple newer towels) and wash cloths were random colors and tattered in one of the bathrooms— have never seen this anywhere and at first thought they were rags! Needless to say, we survived but it was the dirtiest accommodation we had rented! Perhaps the owner will make some updates and improve their cleanings before next year.

Our fall vacation at Gulf Shores was wonderful. Dan was a great host and check in was seamless. The condo was clean , well maintained and furnished nicely with everything you need .

The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. It was a very short walk to the beach and had two very well kept pools. The property was very peaceful and we loved being able to have access to the downstairs storage room for all our beach stuff!

My fiance, my pup, and I enjoyed our stay at this property. The check in was very simple, and Dan was very prompt in providing all information for check in. The hallway leading up to the condo could definitely use an update, as we were apprehensive about the condo upon seeing the hallway, but pleasantly surprised when finally entering the condo as it was cute, cozy, and smelled wonderful! There was a nice open space on the waterfront to take the pup out, which was very appreciated. I had made a mistake, thinking I booked for 2 nights when I only booked for one, causing me and my group to miss removing all of our items by the check out time. Upon calling Dan, he quickly answered and was patient, kind, and understanding. Thank you for a wonderful stay as well as great hospitality! :)

Totally the best of both worlds staying at this property. Beach is just a short walk away and also an amazing covered boat dock with a picnic table to enjoy a relaxing sunset. Property is located in a very quiet area in Gulf Shores.

Very nice location. Dan responds to messages right away. The property and pool are very nice and so close to the beach. My husband loved having a fishing dock and cleaning station. We will stay here again!

We had a great experience staying here in April of 2023. It is an older condo development but the unit was comfortable, clean, and fully stocked. It was perfect for what we needed with 3 kids and a dog.

Location of property was very good. Felt comfortable and safe in the area. Even though our condo was close to the pool, it was pretty quiet. Owner was very responsive when we had questions. Property could benefit from a bit of updating.

We loved staying in Dan's condo! We would definitely recommend staying here! It is nicely decorated, and right across the street from the Gulf of Mexico. Our friends who were staying in a different unit at Sea Oats commented how nice Dan's condo is compared to the one they had rented.

There are a few things that could be updated. The hall and stairs look kinda (scary)worn and need painted. (Not condo owners fault). The condo was exactly what it was shown to be. Very clean! The couch and bed could be better but it did its job. Overall I was very pleased with our stay! The owner went above to make sure we had what we needed and wanted on our trip!

Great location! Beach is within walking distance. Unit was roomy, super clean, decorated cute and beachy and had everything you’d ever need and more! September was a perfect time too, nothing was crowded or loud. We’d definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed this stay. It had access to beach and had 2 pools, along with small kiddie pool for kids. We loved the sectional and being able to relax together. Great kitchen with everything needed. Downstairs closet to drop all outside, sandy things in without having to take upstairs. Owner was very responsive and helpful.

We stayed here for a week and loved every minute of it. It’s right across the street from the beach and very close to many stores and restaurants. It was very clean and cute inside. It made my heart happy to hear that they would allow my pitbull to come and that they don’t judge that breed. Dan was super nice and answered any questions we had fast and respectfully. We had an amazing time and I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Overall, I was very pleased with the property and the amenities that you offer. I do have two items that you may want to address: 1) The carpet underneath the sleeper/sofa has not been cleaned or vacuumed in a while. 2) You may want to clean out the downstair storage room. That being said, I would recommend it to anyone.

We had a terrific weeklong stay at the Sea Oates property in Gulf Shores. The condo was nice and neat and well stocked. Great location by the lagoon and just across the street from the ocean. The complex had two pools which were clean and inviting. My girls had so much fun swimming in the pools and paddle boarding in the lagoon. Dan was a great host and was always immediately available by phone if we needed anything. I would recommend this condo and would stay here again! Thanks for everything Dan!

We were very happy with our stay here. Our family of 5 (2 adult, 3 kids, + 1 small dog) was very comfortable here. The place was clean and equipped with everything we needed. There is a storage area with things for the beach. There were two flights of stairs to climb to get to the condo, and that area is not conditioned, so we were usually sweaty by the time we reached our room. That wasn't the owners fault, and honestly I only gained 1 pound on vacation and I'm thanking those stairs lol. The only thing that I would change is that the thermostat is locked. It is controlled from somewhere else. It only allows the temp to go between 70°-78° and no matter how many times you turn it to 70° it ALWAYS goes back to 75+. When we got home from the beach the place was 79°, that was really a huge problem with my husband. Also, in the middle of the night the thermostat would jump up in temperature and we would wake up sweating. I think if you're paying to rent someplace for the week then you should definitely have control of the temperature. Hopefully this will change for future guest.

My husband and I very much enjoyed our month long stay in Gulf Shores. The condo was the perfect size for us, close to the beach yet set back far enough for us to enjoy quiet evenings on the deck. Enjoyed walking out by the Little Lagoon on the couple of windy days we experienced and loved our late afternoon walks on the Gulf! When contacted, Dan was extremely responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!
