Situated in the historic neighborhood of East Walnut Hills, just minutes to all downtown attractions (Paul Brown stadium, Great American Ballpark, OTR, Newport on the Levee, etc). The condo is in a converted 125 year old Victorian home. Amenities include wifi, large TV, in unit washer/dryer, 2 large bedrooms, and extra nook. The space This spacious unit includes original hardwood floors, high ceilings, and a true to the period turret, all furnished with contemporary finishes and decor. Rooms include: kitchen, 2 full updated bathrooms, living room, dining room, 2 large bedrooms, and private nook that can be used as a 3rd bedroom. Please be advised that the house is situated on a hill, so there are both an interior and exterior flight of stairs to get up to the unit. Guests have access to the exterior and interior doors via a convenient smartlock keypad. Guest access Guests have full access to the private condo on the second floor. Interaction with guests We are available 8am-10pm to answer any questions. We also live in the house in another unit, in case help is needed in any emergencies.

They were shingling the roof one morning they woke us up at 7:30. The next morning we were leaving and they were cleaning off the sidewalk with leaf blowers etc. There was a mouse trap in our bedroom so I am guessing they have a problem with mice. The kitchen has a lot of plates etc. but the pans are just a bunch of things that no one wanted. Laundry was amazing and all the essentials for showers etc were appreciated. We would not recommend staying here needs alot of work. They did give us a credit which was. I’ve but still ruined our trip to Cinn. OH

We were in town for the weekend and it was a great place to stay. Owners responded to messages very quickly and gave us check in information ahead of time. The area felt very safe and the place was very clean. We would definitely book again if we are in the area!

This was a great location. Easy to get into downtown or uptown. The house was gorgeous. Only thing maybe I would add is some fans in the bed rooms, the air doesn't move much and another sofa/love seat for the sitting area by the TV. The owners communicated very quickly and professionally. Would def stay here again on my next visit.

This a beautiful house on a quiet street! I will say it is pretty steep to get to the house, so if stairs are a problem, this isn’t the place for you but otherwise not too bad. I would definitely stay here again!

Great place, beautiful home and exactly as advertised. Communication with Preston was easy. The place was perfect for a group of concert goers with plenty of room. Took us about 12 minutes to get to Riverbend... also close to a brewery and restaurants that we stopped in while we were there. Would definitely recommend and stay there again in the future.

This place is gorgeous! Great location. The property is 100% just like the pictures posted on Vrbo. This was our first trip to Cincinnati, Ohio. Preston was very helpful and quick to respond when I had questions about the city. If you are looking for a place to stay in Cincinnati, I highly recommend this property! It is BEAUTIFUL! Definitely a great location in a cool historic neighborhood in Cinci with all the amenities..just a few minutes to all downtown attractions and big enough for a group of 8-10..if there’s mobility issues with anyone staying here I wouldn’t recommend it because the stairs to get up to the place are no joke!

My husband and I , our daughter and son in law and our 2 teen grandkids stayed. We took in the Creation museum on one day, the Ark Encounter the next day and on day 3 we did things in Cincinnati. This was a great location for all of those adventures. Preston was very responsive to all of our “neediness” as we are a group that is needy. The condo was comfortable and clean and Preston is friendly and availability and provided everything we needed. I recommend this as a great place to stay.

What a wonderful place to stay in Cincinnati. It was clean, close to downtown and very spacious. Preston was very friendly and helpful. I can tell he takes pride in caring for this home - making it comfortable for anyone who stays in it. There were only four of us staying there, but the home could easily have fit many more. The kitchen was well stocked. There were plenty of toiletries and towels in the bathrooms. On top of all that, the home has so much character and charm. If we are ever in the Cincinnati area again, we would try to rent with Preston again.

We are from Louisville and knew we wanted to go somewhere for fall break. We opted for Cinci because it was close and easy! The apartment was perfect for our family and my sister and 3yo, who came up for one night. The room with two double/queen beds was perfect and the living and dining rooms were a great size. We all had space and having two bathrooms really helped so we didn’t feel cramped. We enjoyed our 3 days/2 nights visiting and feel like East Walnut Hills was a great location and central for all activities. Would definitely recommend and come back! Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay! Preston was quick to answer questions. The flat was stocked with ample linens and was tidy. There was plenty of room for 11 people (we used the air mattress!). If we are ever in the area again we will definitely see if this property is available.

We took a weekend family trip to Cincinnati and decided to stay here! It accommodated 4 adults and 6 kids nicely and was 7-8 minutes from everything we wanted to do. Parking on the street was never a problem either. It was clean and had everything we needed! The owner responded quickly to emails.

We stayed in Cincinnati to be able to visit the Ark Encounter and Cincinnati Zoo & Botanical Gardens. With a group of 11 I thought it would be difficult to find a comfortable, reasonably priced place, but thankfully we found this place. Meeting the homeowner was an added bonus. Very friendly!

We had a wonderful 3 night stay. The directions to get in were well-explained, the condo was clean and spacious, and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. This place has so much charm and was excellent to relax and cook in after spending our days exploring the Newport Aquarium, Cincinnati Zoo, and taking a walking tour of the city! Preston was super helpful and quick to respond when we needed help with a light. Our kids (ages 6 and 8) loved this place, and so did we! Having 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, and a full dining room was super convenient! We will be staying here again the next time we take a trip to Cincinnati!
