About this house rental

Nestled in Fortuna Foothills, this attractive house for $211 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Sand Dunes, and Lakes, and Mountains! Plenty of parking for your boat, Quads, etc. My lovely home features tile floors, and 3 lovely bedrooms, internet, and cable TV. The master bedroom has a comfy King sized Tempurpedic Mattress, nice linens, and 4 pillows, some feather, some foam, and a large bath with Garden Tub and walk in Shower. I provide plenty of linens, soap, and shampoo, and conditioner, hairdryer. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds that are also comfy, with nice linens. There is a 3rd bedroom with a Queen Bed, memory foam topper, and nice linens. (Total, a King bed, Queen bed, 2 Twin Trundle beds) There are a total of 2 bathrooms. The landscaping is quite nice, and there is ample outdoor space with patio chairs to relax in, and a table and 4 chairs to eat out on the covered porch. This home features some nice mountain views from the back porch. There is a dishwasher, and Reverse Osmosis for fresh drinking water, icemaker, and fully appointed kitchen. (I provide coffee, creamer, sugar, sweet n low, salt and pepper, spices.) The furnishings are beautiful and the home is decorated beautifully and tastefully. The actual city of Yuma is about 15 minutes away and the popular and much visited town of Algodones, Mexico is just a 30 minute drive. (Don't forget your passport!) (PS if you have a passport, but forgot it, you can respectfully apologize and see if they will look it up.) Thousands of winter visitors flock to this little town for excellent inexpensive dentists and doctors. Example: A Crown is appx $300.00-400.00 and dentures arount $500. You can purchase most prescription drugs less expensive with no prescription. There are generic versions of almost all drugs, at a much reduced cost. Some popular drugs are Ambien, Hormones, diet pills, Viagra, Cialis, Cholesterol lowering drugs, and many more. Just step up to the pharmacist and ask. If you love golf, there are 3 golf coursed in the immediate area, within a mile or 2. There is another golf course over the mountain in Wellton that is less travelled, but very nice. Senator's Wash is a popular lake for boaters, and is about 45 minutes or less away. Mitry lake is a tiny lake about 20 minutes for fishing. The Sand Dunes are about 45 minutes from the house, and is very popular for dunebuggys, quads, etc. Return of the Jedi, the Star Wars series was filmed here. If you want to stay a month or even a couple of weeks, San Diego and the beach is about 3 hours away. Close by are restaurants, large grocery stores, and service stations. Oct November are beautiful months as are my favorites, April and May. The weather is beautiful in these months, so do not feel that you need to come in peak season, which is Jan -March. Other months may be even more lovely! I am confident that you will absolutely love your stay at my lovely home! So book now as this will get snapped up in a hurry for the most popular months. Please note: No cats allowed,. No dogs without express permission of Host. Absoultely no parties. Small quiet gatherings with friends and family are fine, but no loud music or any disturbances to the neighbors or neighborhood. No firecrackers.

Since we had a family group, we fixed a lot of meals there. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils. We enjoyed sitting out on the covered back patio area. Would stay here again.

Just finished our 3rd rental of this property and once again it was wonderful! The home is well appointed and had everything we needed for our extended stay! This home was truly the center of our holiday as we enjoyed meals and games together around the large dining table. The master bedroom is an oasis and the bed is amazing! We leave refreshed and rested! Thank-you!

The house was very nice and clean and is in a very good neighborhood. Had all basic needs in kitchen and bathrooms so we did not have to go out and buy basics. Backyard has a nice covered area off the back of the house that made it very enjoyable to sit outside.

Everything was clean and organized, close to shops and restaurants. Plenty of parking space in driveway and street for bringing boats/water toys for fun at lake Martinez. Host was very easy to work with and responded quickly to questions. Overall great stay!

Very nice house. Had everything we needed and was quite clean. Neighborhood was quiet and good for walking. Only issue was a nuisance chirping from security system which I was able to silence on the second day.

This was a peaceful, quiet and comfortable home, well appointed and absolutely enhanced our Yuma visit. A bonus was not only the covered back patio with comfortable chairs, but also the nice surprise of a VERY comfortable king size bed, which helped us sleep better than we have in a long time! Highly recommend!

We LOVED this home and it truly was a home. We will be staying here again when we come to see our son. Close to the Marine Corp base and in a quiet neighborhood. The home was beautiful. We did a lot of home cooked meals and very much enjoyed our stay. Can’t wait to come back!
