In Yuma RO water very important. Glad to see there was RO water installed but it did not work. Emailed property manager on first day and they told me it would be 7 days before they could look at it. On the 8th day late in afternoon I emailed them again and they told me and I quote "But I can send my husband over to disconnect it (it's not promised in the listing), and make sure the water dispenser in the fridge is working properly" . This was totally unacceptable to me and a very rude response after waiting for 8 days to have it fixed. Ironic is that I own a rental property in Yuma also and that happened to me last year. When the customer called me I immediately took over a case of water and called someone to fix. They fixed next day. It only need air in tank. They did not even charge me to fix it. The house was clean but when the wife got pots and pans out to bake they were really dirty. The mixer had yellow stuff on it. The backyard bar b que was extremely dirty with the drip pan was completely full. It was nice that they had a spare propane tank to use. The neighborhood has numerous German Shepards. Even though there is a nice path behind the house we could not walk our dog there as German Shepards were trying to jump the fence to get at us. They even tried jumping when we did not have our small dog with us. Also they did like to bark in the middle of the night so light sleepers that is a problem. Also fireworks on the weekends in March and April. Not sure why .........

The property was clean and had everything we needed. Plenty of areas to socialize. The cornhole boards and supply of games was appreciated. I would highly recommend this property while visiting Yuma.

We have stayed in other VRBO homes. This was definitely our favorite. Great home, good location and the owner was very nice. I was able to communicate very easily with her. If staying in Yuma this house is a must!
