We had the most amazing time! You couldn’t ask for a better location, house and hosts! John and Kimberlee were just the best!! Having beach cruisers was also so much fun! We will definitely be back!

Don’t let the small size fool you, this cottage has it all! Perfect getaway spot for spouse/significant other. Cottage is very clean and great attention to detail. Outside the cottage you are Walking distance to the beach, grocery, shops, food and much more. Property Owners communicate great and are available to help where needed. We hope to visit again soon!

This is the absolute best place to stay if your looking for comfortable living, all the amenities you need, attention to every detail, and quick beach access. We have stayed here several times and it never disappoints. John and Kimberlee are wonderful hosts and they go out of their way to make sure your stay is fabulous. Boardwalk for bike rides, walks on the beach, wonderful restaurants, treats, grocery store and laundry are all within walking distance. Can’t say enough about this place. We love it! You know we’ll be back!

My husband and I were married in CA. I grew up near Newport. I have rented many places over the years and this is absolutely the best for 2 people, even though there is a sleeping sofa. Everything they offer you is such quality,,,the bed ( mattress) beach chairs, towels, umbrella, bicycles. Their towels, their dishes, their WiFi/TV was exceptional. Short walk to the beach is great. Response to your needs is amazing and they have the most beautiful succulent garden you have ever seen. We're already planning to go back next year !!

We loved our long weekend in this chic little cottage! Fantastic location! John and Kimberlee were the perfect hosts! The cottage is beautifully appointed and fully stocked with whatever you could possibly need. Two beach cruiser bike on property were a big bonus! We will visit again!!

My husband and I agreed that this was one of the best rental experiences we have ever had. John and Kimberly are exceptional hosts, and the cottage was meticulously maintained, offering all the comforts of home. The location allows for easy access to everything you want and need: grocery store, restaurants, shopping, and the beach. The rental has all the beach gear you need and if you forget something, they have it there for you . The front patio with the lovely dining table expanded our space when visitors came over. There is a Weber grill with everything to make a wonderful dinner, which we enjoyed on the front patio. We said this will be a place where we will come again to stay. It was a wonderful experience.

I am so glad we chose this property. It is absolutely beautiful there inside and out!! I love all the succulents around the cottage and the large outside table. My daughter and I had such a great time. We will be coming back each year. It was just a short walk to the beach, grocery store, and restaurants. I cannot say enough nice things about Jonathan and Kimberlee. They had a parking spot waiting for us when we arrived, all kinds of fun things for the beach and bikes too!!! Thank you guys … see you in September

We had 10 wonderful days and nights at this lovely cottage and could not be more grateful for everything it provided for us! The hosts were so kind, helpful and pleasant to chat with but also respected our privacy. All the amenities that were thoughtfully added to the property truly enhanced our stay. Also, the cleanliness inside plus the immaculate garden outside were the best we have ever encountered in our many stays with VRBO! We can't wait to go back!!! Many thanks to our hosts!!!

This cottage by Kimberlee and John has won our favorite cottage stay! Sure the location is excellent with the beach close by and plenty of dinning options, however, John and Kimberlee have designed a wonderful property. We were able to meet both of them since they live on site and John was the best "concierge" ever! We look forward to returning over and over. It was such a comfortable stay. Thak you both.

Had a wonderful time in Newport, the home we stayed in was so comfortable and was in the perfect location! Close to the beach and also walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Our host John gave us some great restaurant recommendations.. we loved the Cannery. We did not drive our vehicle the entire 3.5 days we were there. Will definitely be staying here again in the future.. Thank you John and Kimberlee!

We had a great time relaxing here with the perfect host. John was always available and very accommodating. The place was spotless and close to everything. The AC worked beautiful to keep us comfortable all week. Was a little small but there was a large table on the front patio so that compensated for the small dining area inside. Overall, we had a great time and enjoyed our week immensely. Thank you Kim & John

Truly the cutest, cleanest, best location, adorable front porch, fully stocked little cottage you will find in Newport Beach! We can't say enough about Kimberlee and John as they were the most amazing and accommodating hosts you can ask for! John met us upon arrival which was earlier than original check-in time. They were so kind to reach out a couple days before our stay to let us know we can access the property early since our flight was arriving earlier that morning and there was no one checking out. He showed us around and gave us great recommendations of places to visit/eat/drink during our stay. Additionally, they provided us with their bikes which was a huge plus because we did not need a car while there... that's how wonderful the location was! Finally, the day we were leaving they allowed us to stay until we headed to the airport later that night. We had such a wonderful time at "A LITTLE SLICE OF HEAVEN AT 211!!" Thank you so much Kimberlee and John for being so accommodating and for the "concierge" service... We WILL be back!! "See you tomorrow...!!" Katie and Mike :)

This is a super romantic getaway place. Can’t beat the location. The place is beautifully decorated. Between the actual house with the ownership you really can’t beat it. We’ve rented many beach houses but this one most definitely tops the list!!!!!

My husband and I had a wonderful time in Newport Beach! John and Kimberlee's cottage exceeded our expectations!! John met us for the check-in and had a parking spot saved right in front of the cottage. The location was so walkable, we didn't use our vehicle for the four days/three nights. The beach is about a block away and there are great restaurant options in all directions. We will definitely be back!!

Our hosts, Kimberlee and John, were wonderful. Prior to arriving, they were very responsive regarding questions about the area as well as accommodating arrival and departure times. John gave us a tour and offered a few suggestions on places to go within walking distance. The cottage was beautiful and immaculately clean. Being so close to the beach and Newport Beach restaurants was amazing. We highly recommend staying at this VRBO and hope to book it again on future visits!
