This property is located on the 15th floor overlooking the Atlantic Ocean offering amazing views. The property was very nicely furnished and the kitchen was equipped with everything that we needed to make our stay enjoyable.

We loved this property! This might be one of our favorites and we have stayed at a lot of units in Margate. Kitchen was well appointed, furnishings were beautiful. It was the best trip to MB yet to date. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us!

The condo is much larger than other similar units that I have stayed in around the area and the layout was very open. There is an excellent view of the ocean and tons of balcony space. A large number of the units are owner occupied, so the beach is also much less crowded than other similarly sized facilities. I would gladly stay in this unit again.

This was absolutely perfect for our family trip to Myrtle Beach to play golf. Very convenient location for easily getting to golf courses and out each night for dinner. Only thing to know upfront -- it is tricky to get an Uber or Lyft to navigate properly to the condo building so be prepared to walk drivers through the directions as the apps send them to some back alley that is locked!

This condo is everything you see in the photos and more! We were in town with another couple for our sons college baseball spring training trip and stayed a week in this home. We have been using VRBO for nearly 20 years and have stayed at some great places, and I would put this condo at the top of our list for nicest places. Larry was really great to work with. Easy to communicate with prior to the trip, and extremely accommodating. There were only 4 of us in the condo, but this would be a great place for 4 couples! Lots of space, beautiful views of the ocean and the condo was huge. All of the furniture was comfortable and in great condition. The building and grounds were well kept, clean and easy to navigate. A hidden gem within the neighborhood is a little bar/grill called Spanky’s. Fun little place to grab lunch nearby. If you are looking for a nice place to vacation in Myrtle Beach, I think you would be hard pressed to find a better condo!! We will be back, thank you Larry for making our stay so easy, comfortable and fun.

Larry was very responsive to questions. The condo was even more beautiful than the pictures. It felt so cozy for our November stay. While we couldn’t too much time on the beach (because it was chilly!) we could enjoy panoramic views from the condo. Highly recommend this property.

We just spent a long weekend at this spacious condo with great ocean views from the large balcony. Layout of the condo was great and allowed our couples to have their own space. The large seating area with the 72 inch TV was great for watching our favorite teams. We’ve stayed at margate in other units and really like this development. We would definitely stay in this unit again. There are plenty of beach chairs and a couple of umbrellas in the unit which was nice.

Wonderful week. We've made MB our family vacation for 18 years and moved to the North end last year since the kids are now older. This will definitely be the unit we book for years to come. Unit is exactly in person as the photos show and the kitchen had everything we needed for a family of 7 for the week. We had plenty of space and even had comfortable beds. Thank you.....what a great experience for the in-laws that had their first MB vacation with us.

We were pleasantly surprised with how appointed the kitchen/pantry and beach closet were. There were a few pieces that had recently been replaced. The ice maker worked like a charm and that is rare for the units at Margate. There was a wine/beer refrigerator in the pantry as well. He hope to stay again in the future.
