1,050 SF First floor of an owner-occupied property. (Owners live in basement.) Separate entrances. 2 bedrooms. Queen bed in each, second bedroom also has a Twin bed. 1 bath. Full eat-in kitchen and living room. 2 porches and a patio. Quiet street. Convenient location (Ridge Avenue off I-71). Off-street parking (for 1 vehicle). Washer & dryer available. Disclosure: No cable TV but all 3 TVs are "smart" and connected to my Netflix and Hulu accounts.

We loved our stay. It was perfect for our family of 4. The neighborhood was cute and safe. The house was super clean and stocked with items (cooking oils, seasonings) that you may need when cooking. I loved sitting on the front porch with a drink and a book. We felt welcomed and at home during our stay. Highly recommend.

House was very spacious with a beautiful backyard and patio. Quiet neighborhood. The home was well stocked with all the amenities you could need. The home was very clean and organized. Centrally located for our needs with family living in Blue Ash and just minutes from downtown Cincinnati. Communication with the owner was outstanding from the beginning to the end.
We would highly recommend this property and will stay again on future trips.

Just needed a quiet, small home while attending the tennis tournament. We slept well and the water power was great in the shower….in an older home built around 1937! The owner responded immediately to a very minor issue that was resolved very quickly.

We had a very comfortable stay at Tracey's home. It is very well sticked with everything- lots of kitchen items, linens, towels, etc.
The location is so convenient to everything. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit.

We stayed for a week and come the home was quite comfortable. It provided easy access to groceries, restaurants and the freeways. We used it as a base to explore Cincinnati as well as travel to Oxford and Lexington, KY. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware, toaster oven, utensils and spices. The home is in a quiet neighborhood.

I stayed for 30 days, and this was a great place to do it. The owner is very gracious in keeping on hand all kinds of supplies that are not expected to be part of the stay. The neighborhood was great for walking, and centrally located for my needs, which was to go in many directions.

This property is the best. My host knows how to do a home away from home. Totally awesome!!!! And I felt at home. It is calm and relaxing. I enjoyed a quiet birthday with family and friends. I recommend this place and will try to come back in the future.

Beautiful and quaint
Loved the house and hospitality. The house is located close to the zoo and aquarium and was very easy to get to each. Very quiet and nice neighborhood. Enjoyed my time very much.

Last Minute Miracle
My Mom was hospitalized and I had to fly in town. This was a last minute reservation. I contacted Ms. Tracy and she was able to get me in that day. How awesome!!! She was very supportive. Great house, great location
We visited Cincinnati from Boston and had a wonderful stay at Tracy’s house. Well stocked kitchen, neat and organized (loved all the labels). Very convenient for visiting the sites in Cincinnati but in a quiet, walkable neighborhood. Would definitely book again!

Cozy Stay in Charming Neighborhood
This house is in a great location, central to everywhere my partner and I needed to go. The neighborhood feels safe and there is a nice coffee shop within minutes of the location. Everything in the house is nicely labeled so you know where things are. The check-in and check-out processes are simple and the keypad on the door makes getting in and out very easy. Terry was very kind and checked in with us when we got there. I would highly recommend this location.

Our favorite VRBO
This is our favorite VRBO. The home has everything you need, is clean and comfortable and is in a cute, quite neighborhood that is very walkable and has nice coffee shops and restaurants. Tracy was great to work with and quick to communicate with you. I am already booking our next stay there.

Great Place!
We were thrilled with this place! It had all the amenities we needed and some. The owner was available immediately to help us get in as the batteries on the locks happen to quit working one day but it was an easy fix. The only thing we needed was the address to be well lit because at night we weren't sure which house it was. We are 85 & 83 and came to Cincinnati to visit family and visit our old hang outs from when we met over 65 years ago. It was a great trip!

Perfect Xecution for XU visitors
Hostess was fabulous: professional, and very informative, but left us alone except when we had a question or greeting. House is pre WWII construction which is the same decade as our home in NJ, so we were very comfortable in the surroundings. Since we stayed at the property over Halloween, we witnessed a Cincinnati tradition, which is to have a firepit in the driveway, and sit around the fire, handing out candy outside to the children as they came up the driveway. It sure beats opening the door with every ring of the doorbell, so we will try this technique next year in NJ. This property is in a very convenient location for Xavier University alumni, parents, or prospective students on a campus visit.

Everything was extremely clean, and there was nothing I needed that wasn't stocked, including coffee and creamer. Neighborhood is nice, quiet and peaceful, Tracy is super helpful.

Perfect for people traveling with children. Close to parks, playgrounds, splash pad, shopping, food etc. Big yard to play in with nice patio area.
Owner was so nice, extremely detailed and helpful with labels throughout the house, lists of area restaurants, etc. She also stocked everything you may have forgotten on your trip (toothbrushes, coffee, etc).
I forgot a picture at the house when we left and she even shipped it to me.

Nice property - did what we needed it to do. Close to local parks/pool. Definitely need to visit High Grain Brewery close by!
